Analytical Solution for Attitude Command Generation of Agile Spacecraft (고기동 인공위성의 해석적 자세명령생성 기법 연구)

  • An analytical solution to generate attitude command profile for agile spacecraft is proposed. In realistic environment, obtaining analytical minimum-time optimal solution is very difficult because of following constraints-: 1) actuator saturation, 2) flexible mode excitation, 3) uplink command bandwidth limit. For that reasons, this paper applies two simplifications, an eigen-axis rotation and a finite-jerk approximated profile, to derive the solution in an analytical manner. The resulting attitude profile can be used as a feedforward or reference input to on-board attitude controller, and it can enhance spacecraft agility. Equations of attitude command profile are derived in two general boundary conditions: rest-to-rest maneuver and spin-to-spin maneuver. Simulation results demonstrate that the initial and final boundary conditions, in terms of time, attitude, and angular velocities, are well satisfied with the proposed analytical solution. The derived attitude command generation algorithm may be used to minimize a number of parameters to be uploaded to spacecraft or to automate a sequence of attitude command generation on-board.

Design of the Power Assist Controller for the In-Wheel Type Smart Wheelchair (인휠형 스마트 휠체어를 위한 힘 보조 제어기 설계)

  • This paper presents the design of the power-assisted controller for the in-wheel type smart wheelchair by using torque estimation that is predicted by relationship between input voltage and output wheel angular velocity. Nowadays, interest of the moving assistant aids is increased according to the increase in population of the elderly and the handicapped person. However some of the moving assistant aids have problems. For example, manual wheelchair has difficulty moving at the slope, because users lack the muscular strength of their arm. In electric wheelchair case, users should be weak by being decreased muscles of upper body. To overcome these problems, power-assisted electric wheelchair are proposed. Most of the power-assisted electric wheelchair have the special rims that can measure the user's power. In here, the rims have to be designed to install the sensors to measure user's power. In this paper, we don't design the rim to measure the man power. To predict the man power, we propose a control algorithm of the in-wheeled electric wheelchair by using torque estimation from the wheel. First, we measure the wheel velocity and voltage at the in-wheel electric wheelchair. And then we extract driving will forces by using proposed mathematical model. Also they are applied at the controller as the control input, we verify to be able to control in-wheel type smart wheelchair by using simulation.

  • In this paper, we designed a current controlling servo system for speed control of a PMSM. In existing auto-tuning methods for PI controller parameters, the output response is delayed and the overshoot is generated. By solving these existing problems in this paper, a new PI auto-tuning method is applied to the speed controller for fast-response and reduced overshoot. PMSM servo systems offer a great advantage in unmanned factories where a great number of servo motors are employed, because of its easy maintenance characteristics and controllability. The implemented servo system is composed of absolute position detecting circuits of a rotor, a new auto-tuning PI control algorithm, a speed controller by using DSP, and power driving section. The proposed servo system is verified for it's practical availability by considering experimental results.

  • This paper was undertaken to do morphological analysis of wear particles for sliding members hydrauric rotary acuator. The lubricating wear test was performed under different experimental conditions using the wear test device and wear specimens of the pin on disk type was rubbed in paraffinic base oil by three kinds of lubricating materials, varying applied load, sliding distance. The four shape parameters (50% volumetric diameter, aspect, roundness and reflectivity) are used for morphological analysis of wear particles. The results showed that the four shape parameters of wear particles depend on a kind of the lubricating materials. It was capable of presuming wear volume for three kinds of materials on driving time.

  • 발전설비의 대형화로 인하여 소내소비 전력량이 점점 증가하고 있는 추세이며 대용량의 화력발전소라 하더라도 기저부하보다는 부하조정의 역할이 강해져 정격속도로 운전하던 팬, 펌프등을 필요 부하에 따라 회전수를 제어하여 전력절감을 꾀하여야 할 필요가 있다[1]. 이에 따라 생산기술개발 과제로 개발한 대용량 GTO 인버터 시스템을 서 인천복합화력발전소의 3상 6600V 1500KW 용량인 전동기 구동 해수펌프에 적용하기 위한 기술적 검토 내용과 계산된 전력 절감량을 제시하였다. 적용 시스템으로는 개발된 3상 660V 1MVA 단위 인버터를 병렬 운전시켜 2MVA의 용량으로 하였으며 인버터의 입출력 단에 변압기를 설치하여 강압 및 승압 시켜 사용하였다.[2]

  • 본 연구에서는 5축 능동형 자기베어링 시스템에 대한 설계 및 제작 방법을 소개하고 모우드 변수 및 임계속도, 과도 및 정상상태에서의 응답 특성 등 관련 동특성을 실험으로 규명하였다. 자기베어링 제어방식은 PID 제어를 이 용하였고, air jet를 이용하여 회전체를 구동할 수 있도록 실험장치를 구성하 였다. 실험을 통하여 안정한 부상특성을 실현하였고, 1,2차의 임계속도를 통 과하여 10,000rpm이상이 회전속도에서도 안정하게 운전할 수 있었다.

  • Acoustic emission (AE) was originally developed for non-destructive testing of static structure, but over the year its application has been extended to health monitoring of rotating machines and bearings. It offers the advantage of earlier defect detection in comparison with monitoring bearing. This study was diagnosed low-speed machine which had a fault bearing for early detection by AE. And the artificial faults in a experimentation bearing was made for the bearing signals from difference speed and load were compared and analyzed by AE.

  • Vibration monitoring of rolling element bearings is probably the most established diagnostic technique for rotating machinery. Acoustic Emission (AE) Analysis is an extremely powerful technology that can be used within a wide range of applications of non destructive testing. Therefor, this paper investigates the detection methods using AE for rolling element bearings about low-speed. Two transducers, the accelerometer and acoustic emission sensor, are used to acquire data and the results are compared for the capacity of early fault detection.

  • 본 논문은 이차공기송풍기를 가변 회전수 제어하여 소내 소비 전력을 절감하고, 전동기의 직입기동에 의한 스트레스를 줄이기 위하여 실증 적용된 발전소 이차 공기송풍기 구동용 H-브릿지 멀티레벨 인버터에 관한 것이다. H-브릿지 멀티레벨 인버터는 독립적으로 절연된 직류 부를 갖는 저압의 단상 인버터(셀 인버터)를 다수 직렬 접속하여 고압 3상 전압을 출력하는 Cascaded H-브릿지 전압형 인버터이다. 주요내용은 국산 인버터 발전소 현장적용 기술을 바탕으로 대형 인버터 현장 실측 내용과 적용시의 문제점들을 다루어 발전소에 확대 적용에 도움을 주고자한다.

  • 지구 화석연료의 고갈로 불안정한 고유가 시대를 살아가는 현대인들에게 자동차 연비는 소비자들이 자동차를 구매할 때 반드시 고려하고 있는 필수 조건이 되었다. 또한 자동차 연비향상 문제는 이산화탄소 배출로 인한 환경문제와도 직접적인 연관이 있다. 연료펌프는 연료탱크로부터 직접적인 펌핑을 통해 유체를 전달하는 장치이며 전동 모터에 의해 구동 된다. 본 논문에서는 연료펌프 전동 시스템인 모터와 제어기를 개발 하였다. 한편 모터를 제어하기 위해서는 회전자의 위치 검출이 필요한데 그 방법으로는 Hall 센서, 엔코더, 리졸버 등을 사용하게 된다. 하지만 연료펌프의 내부는 고온, 고압의 환경 조건이다. 이에 따라 센서리스 제어 방식을 선택 하였으며, 센서를 제거하여 비용절감이 되는 부분에서 본 논문의 주제와도 부합 된다.
