The Performance Evaluation of the Adaptive UPC Mechanism in ATM (ATM망에서의 적응적 UPC 메커니즘의 성능 평가)

  • 트래픽의 흐름을 조절하고 ATM 네트워크 자원의 사용을 최적화하기위해서는 폭주로 인한 성능 저하를 막기 위한 적절한 제어가 필요하다. 기존의 사용자 감시 제어(UPC) 메커니즘이 네트워크의 상황과는 관계없이 매우 불안정한 예방적 기능만을 수행하였고, qvj로 인해 셀 지연을 가중시키는 한계점을 갖고 있었다. 본 논문은 OAM 셀을 이용하여 네트워크의 상태에 따라 능동적으로 반응하는 적응적 사용자 감시 제어 메커니즘을 제안하고ㅡ 버퍼로 인한 지연을 고려하여 서비스의 한층 더 높이고자 한다. 제시한 사용자 감시 제어방식은 OAM 셀이 주는 정보를 바탕으로 네트워크 내의 상황을 판단하여 사용자가 요구한 서비스의 질을 고려할 수 있도록 리키율과 버퍼의 문턱값을 조정하였다. 네트워크가 분주시에는 리키율을 낮추고 버퍼를 줄여서 네트워크 내에 유입되는 셀을 막는 역할을 하고 네트워크가 한가할 때는 리키율을 높히고 버퍼를 늘여서 빠르게 네트워크 내로 셀이 유일도리 수 있\ulcorner 한다. 폭주 발생 시에는 셀의 유입을 막고 푹주 상태가 해결될때까지 스페이서의 작동을 멈춘다. 본 논문에서 제시한 사용자 감시 제어 메커니즘의 트래픽 소스 모델은 IPP로 모델링하였고, 트래픽은 음성과 고속 데이터를 중심으로 시뮬레이션하였다. 음성과 고속 대이타 각각의 경우에 시뮬레이션한 결과를 기존의 방식과 비교, 분석한 결과에서 음성에서는 버퍼지연이 대폭 줄였고 고속 데이터인 경우에는 셀 손실율이 줄어드는 것을 볼 수 있었다. 따라서 제시한 방식에 의해 사용자가 요구하는 서비스의 질을 유지하면서 동시에 네트워크의 자원을 효율적으로 사용하였음을 알 수있었다.에 적합한가를 고찰하였다.베이터에 의한 아파트의 소음 및 진동에 관하여 그 현황, 원인 그리고 대책에 관한여 논하고자 한다.감 방법을 연구하였고, T.Sakai는 5자유도 모델을 이용하여 엔진 공회전시 발생하는 치타음에 대해 이론과 실험을 통해 해석하고, 엔진 회전수 변동, 클러치 특성, 변속기의 드래그(drag) 토크의 영향과 치타음 저감을 위한 개선된 클러치 특성을 제시하였다. 이 외에도 Thomas C.T.와 E.P.Petkus는 특정 차량에 대한 동력전달계의 비틀림 진동 현상에 대해 연구하였다. 이러한 연구들로 볼 때, 자동차 동력전달계에서 발생하는 진동은 이론과 실험을 통해 그 해석이 가능하며 설계에 매우 유용하게 이용되고 있음을 알 수 있다. 따라서, 본 연구는 4 실린더 4 싸이클 1.5 L 엔진을 장착한 경승용차의 실차 주행실험을 통해 가속 페달의 급조작에 따른 차체의 종진동 현상을 측정하고, 엔진-변속기-타이어-차체의 반환정계 4자유도 진동모델로 시뮬레이션을 수행하여 실차 주행실험의 결과치와 비교, 분석한 후 클러치 비틀림 특성을 비롯한 자동차 동력전달계의 각 설계인자들이 차체의 종진동에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 해석하고자 한다.be presented.LIFO, 우선 순위 방식등을 선택할 수 있도록 확장하였다. Effect of Joint Orientation Distribution on Hydraulic Behavior of the 2-D DFN System (절리의 방향분포가 이차원 DFN 시스템의 수리적 특성에 미치는 영향)

  • A program code was developed to calculate block hydraulic conductivity of the 2-D DFN(discrete fracture network) system based on equivalent pipe network, and implemented to examine the effect of joint orientation distribution on the hydraulic characteristics of fractured rock masses through numerical experiments. A rock block of size $32m{\times}32m$ was used to generate the DFN systems using two joint sets with fixed input parameters of joint frequency and gamma distributed joint size, and various normal distributed joint trend. DFN blocks of size $20m{\times}20m$ were selected from center of the $32m{\times}32m$ blocks to avoid boundary effect. Twelve fluid flow directions were chosen every $30^{\circ}$ starting at $0^{\circ}$. The directional block conductivity including the theoretical block conductivity, principal conductivity tensor and average block conductivity were estimated for generated 180 2-D DFN blocks. The effect of joint orientation distribution on block hydraulic conductivity and chance for the equivalent continuum behavior of the 2-D DFN system were found to increase with the decrease of mean intersection angle of the two joint sets. The effect of variability of joint orientation on block hydraulic conductivity could not be ignored for the DFN having low intersection angle between two joint sets.

  • We have constructed two flight models of airglow photometer system (AGP) to be onboard Korea Sounding Rocket-III (KSR-III) for detection of MUV dayglow above the Korean peninsular. The AGP system is designed to detect dayglow emissions of OI 2972${\AA}$, $N_2$ VK(0,6) 2780${\AA}$, $N_2$ 2PG 3150${\AA}$ and background 3070${\AA}$ toward the horizon at altitudes between 100 km and 300 km. The AGP system consists of a photometer body, a baffle an electronic control unit and a battery unit. The MUV dayglow emissions enter through a narrow band interference filter and focusing lens of the photometer, which contains an ultraviolet sensitive photomultiplier tube. The photometer is equipped with an in-flight calibration light source on a circular plane that will rotate at the rocket's apogee. A bane tube is installed at the entry of the photometer in order to block strong scattering lights from the lower atmosphere. We have carried out laboratory measurements of sensitivity and in-flight calibration light source for the AGP flight models. Although absolute sensitivities of the AGP flight models could not be determined in the country, relative sensitivities among channels are well measured so that observation data during rocket flight in the future can be analyzed with confidence.

Kinetic Analysis of the Salto Side-Ward Tucked on the Balance Beam (평균대 옆공중돌기 동작의 운동역학적 분석)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the success or failure on the balance beam in element group requirements posture which is bending salto side-ward tucked through kinetic analysis. The national team players were participated. The goal was to present training methods to coaches and athletes so as to provide scientifically useful information. The results from this study were summarized as below. When the performance was successful, the features of the body's center of gravity during the side somersault motion showed to spread from the center of the balance beam and the center of the gravity moved to the direction of the body's rotation. In the spring sections - event2 and 3, when the performance was successful, up/down fluctuation became more wider and increased air time. It supported the result that the projecting variable was higher than in failure trial. In addition, the right side hip joint angles and speed, and angular velocity as jumping up for a leap were larger than in failure trial. Those variables showed the optimal conditions for a leap. By increasing the speed of the upper limb from the shoulder and the speed of the shoulder joint angular velocity, the momentum was increased. Especially the right side shoulder joint angular velocity increased dramatically because the right leg was held. As to the side somersault motion, the angular momentum of successful trial with respect to x-axis was bigger than failed trial. It indicated that the increasing angular momentum with respect to x-axis was an important factor in flying motion. Besides, as to side somersault, the appropriate proportion of angular momentum with respect to y-axis and z-axis was a key to successful trails.

Cyclic Loading Test for Beam-to-Column Connections of Concrete Encased CFT Column (콘크리트피복충전 각형강관 기둥-보 접합부의 주기하중 실험)

  • In this study, the beam-to column connections of concrete-encased-and-filled steel tube columns were tested under cyclic loading. Two specimens using steel beams and two specimens using precast concrete beams were tested. The dimension of the column cross section was $670mm{\pm}670mm$. The beam depths were 488mm and 588mm for the steel beams and 700mm for the precast concrete beams. The longitudinal bar ratios of the precast concrete beams were 1.1% and 1.5%. For the connections to the steel beams, continuity plates were used in the tube columns. For the connections to the PC beams, couplers were used for beam re-bar connections. The test results showed that except for a specimen, deformation capacities of the specimens were greater than 4% rotation angle, which is the requirement for the Special Moment Frame. Particularly, specimens using precast concrete beam showed excellent performances in the strength, deformation, and energy dissipation.

Comparison of the Dose of the Normal Tissues among Various Conventional Techniques for Whole Brain Radiotherapy (여러 통상적인 전뇌방사선치료 기법에서의 정상조직의 조사선량 비교)

  • Purpose: To compare radiation dose of the brain and lens among various conventional whole brain radiotherapy (WBRT) techniques. Materials and Methods: Treatment plans for WBRT were generated with planning computed tomography scans of 11 patients. A traditional plan with an isocenter located at the field center and a parallel anterior margin at the lateral bony canthus was generated (P1). Blocks were automatically generated with a 1 cm margin on the brain (5 mm for the lens). Subsequently, the isocenter was moved to the lateral bony canthus (P2), and the blocks were replaced into the multileaf collimator (MLC) with a 5 mm leaf width in the craniocaudal direction (P3). For each patient plan, 30 Gy was prescribed at the isocenter of P1. Dose volume histogram (DVH) parameters of the brain and lens were compared by way of a paired t-test. Results: Mean values of $D_{max}$ and $V_{105}$ of the brain in P1 were 111.9% and 23.6%, respectively. In P2 and P3, $D_{max}$ and $V_{105}$ of the brain were significantly reduced to 107.2% and 4.5~4.6%, respectively (p<0.001). The mean value of $D_{mean}$ of the lens was 3.1 Gy in P1 and 2.4~2.9 Gy in P2 and P3 (p<0.001). Conclusion: WBRT treatment plans with an isocenter located at the lateral bony canthus have dosimetric advantages for both the brain and lens without any complex method changes.

A Basic Study on the Development of Garlic Seeder (경운기 부착형 마늘 파종기 개발을 위한 기초연구)

  • Cultivation area of garlics is 9% of all cultivation area of vegetables. The amount of annual demand is increased in 1,000~1,500ton. Also, the amount of demand per person has a tendency to increase as above 10kg. So, garlics has become important crops in agriculture. The purpose of this study is to acquire the basic information to design the garlic seeder attached power tiller. We used Working Model 3D program to design an automatic aligning device which is the most important part of the garlic seeder. The results are as follows; 1. The optimum depth of garlics seeding was shown as 3cm. 2. The garlic seed has to he discharged from the garlic seeder at intervals of 0.75sec in order to seed at intervals of seeds of 15cm. 3. The optimum design factors of the automatic aligning device were shown as cylinder diameter of 4cm, cylinder gap of 1cm, revolution of 36rpm and inclined angle of cylinder of $8.4^{\circ}$.

  • Lane Designation is defined as reasonable road management to ensure the road safety and enhance road efficiency. While the lane designation system was abolished in 1999, it was redefined because of the increasing number of large vehicles in the passing lane, violent on driving and traffic accidents in 2000. The needs of improvement on operating the lane designation has been increasing more in recent due to the low ratio of compliance with the system and difficulties to keep the right lane due to need of turning and demand of widening of designates lane for two-wheeled vehicles and truck. In this study, we presented the improvement plan through the question survey, simulation analysis, safety evaluation. It found a problem that the low-speed vehicle is to use the upper level roadway, difficulties of supervision, the imbalance in the lane use, imbalance traffic and does not match the international standards. This study suggested five different alternatives through the survey. micro simulation has used in order to examine each alternative by management effectiveness and feasibility. It analyzed the traffic speed, efficiency, traffic balance of alternatives. Also, safety evaluation conducted in terms of the range of field-of-view to ensure the easiness of field of view by various configurational difference between the vehicles. By the analysis results of such indicators, This study presents proposals for improvement in operating designated lane that low-speed-big-sized vehicles keep to the right lane, and high-speed-small sized vehicles keep to the left lane.

  • Eight-membered ring spiro orthocarbonate (C$_{25}H_{20}O_4$, M$_r$ = 384) is monoclinic, space group C2/c, with a = 15.319(4), b = 9.057(3), c = 13.168(3)${\AA}$, ${\beta}$ = 98.53(3)$^{\circ}$, Z = 4, F(000) = 808, T = 290 K, ${\mu}$(Mo-K${\alpha}$) = 0.55 cm$_1$, D$_c$ = 1.36 g/cm$^3$ and D$_m$ = 1.40 g/cm$^3$. The intensity data were collected with Mo-K${\alpha}$ radiation (${\lambda}$ = 0.7107 ${\AA}$) on an automatic four-circle diffractometer with a graphite monochromater. The structure was solved by direct methods and refined by full matrix least-squares methods. The final R value was 0.052 for 1412 observed reflections. The molecule has C$_2$point symmetry. The eight-membered ring has a chair conformation with pseudo-C$_s$ symmetry. The naphthyl ring is planar with the C-C bond lengths being in the range of 1.352∼1.444${\AA}$ and bond angles of 117.2∼123.5$^{\circ}$. The bond lengths of C(1)-C(9), C(8)-C(9) and C(9)-C(10) are somewhat longer than those of the other C-C bonds.

The Study of Auto Welding Machine for PCTC Lashing Socket (PCTC Lashing Socket 자동용접장치 개발에 관한 연구)

  • 자동차 운반용 선박(PCTC) 건조 시, 자동차를 고정시키기 위해 약 5 만 여개의 Lashing Socket(6,700 Units PCTC 기준)이 소요되는데, 이때 사용되는 Lashing Socket 은 용도 및 형태에 따라 Hole Cup, Flush Cloverleaf Type Pot, Raised Cloverleaf Type Pot, D-Ring, Crinkle Bar 등으로 구분된다. 이와 같이 다양한 종류 중에서 Hole cup 타입이 전체 적용되는 Lashing Socket 의 약 80%에 이른다. 기존에 사용되고 있는 자동용접장치는 Hole Cup 이외에는 적용이 불가능하고, 자석을 이용하여 Hole Cup 의 상부에 위치시키는 방식이었기 때문에 경량화 및 다양한 종류 및 크기의 Lashing Socket 에 적용이 가능한 자동용접장비의 개발이 요구되었다. 본 연구에서는 두께가 다른 $\phi$140 Hole Cup 및 Flush Cloverleaf Type Pot, Raised Cloverleaf Type Pot 에 적용 가능하며, 분리형 용접캐리지와 Centering Template, Magnet Jig 로 구성된 연속 및 단속 용접이 가능한 자동용접장치를 연구 개발하였다. 이를 통해 종래 Hole Cup 전용 자동용접 캐리지의 문제점을 개선하여, 작업자가 Centering Template 과 Magnetic Jig 을 이용하여 캐리지를 Hole Cup 의 중앙에 위치시키기 용이하게 하였다. 이 같은 분리형 장치 구성을 통해 Hole Cup 중앙에 캐리지 고정 작업과 용접 작업을 분리함으로써 자동용접이 진행되는 도중에 여분의 Jig를 이용하여 다른 Hole Cup 에 용접 준비를 하여 연속적인 작업이 가능하도록 하였다. 본 연구는 종래의 Hole Cup 전용 자동용접 캐리지의 문제점을 개선한 분리형 용접 캐리지를 개발함으로써 아래와 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1. 용접 캐리지를 포함하여 각 부분별 분리를 통해 작업자가 1 회 이동 시 필요로 하는 중량을 감소시켜 장비의 이동 및 제어가 쉽다. 2. Magnetic Jig 를 Centering Template 에 결합하고, Template 의 Jig 를 Lashing Socket 에 결합함으로써 손쉽게 Lashing Socket 의 중심부를 찾을 수 있으므로 용접 캐리지의 정확한 센터 고정이 가능하다. 3. 엔코더에 의한 1 회전을 검출함으로써, 작업 종료 후, 어떤 위치에서나 작업 재개가 가능하며 원점 복귀 작업이 불필요하다. 또한 엔코더에 의한 거리 설정으로 용접 속도에 상관없이 동일한 거리만큼 오버랩 용접이 가능하다. 4 디지털 방식으로 용접 조건의 입력이 가능하고, 용접 조건을 D/B 화 함으로써 Control Panel 상에서의 자동 제어가 가능하다. 이를 통해 연속 용접 또는 단속 용접이 가능하므로 다양한 형태의 Lashing Socket 을 자동 용접할 수 있는 효과가 있다. 이상의 결과를 통해 본 장비가 Fig.2 의 3 가지 종류의 Lashing Socket 용접에 효과적인 장비임을 확인할 수 있었다.
