  • 본 논문에서는 5 kWh급 초전도 플라이휠 에너지 저장장치(Superconductor Flywheel Energy Storage System : SFES)를 제작하고 시험운전을 통하여 회전 테스트를 수행하였다. 본 연구에서 사용된 초전도 베어링은 저널형 베어링으로써 액체 질소를 순환시켜 초전도체를 냉각시키고 휠을 부양시켜서 전동발전기를 통하여 회전시키게 된다. 액체 질소를 순환하였을 경우 초전도 베어링의 냉각특성을 고찰하였고, 전동 발전기를 이용하여 2000[rpm]까지의 회전 테스트가 수행 되었으며, 전동발전기의 동작 특성 및 회전시 휠의 궤적과 축진동 특성을 테스트 하였다.

  • As recycled fine aggregate manufacturing technology with exceeding in economical efficiency, reduction efficiency of environmental load and quality improvement effect of recycled fine aggregate, it is to develop dry manufacturing system composed specific gravity separator of high-speed rotation impact type and centrifugal Force Powder Collector, etc. in this study. And it is to verify performance with evaluating quality of recycled fine aggregate. In consequence, it is identify that performance improvement effect of recycled fine aggregate by crushing recycled fine aggregate according to high-speed rotation impact, separating and collecting powder and minuteness dust according to centrifugal Force and mass defect, separating and reclaiming minuteness sand to mass defect.

On the Lift Enhancement Technique of the Trailing Edge Rotor of Two Dimensional Hydrofoil (날개 끝 회전자를 이용한 양력강화기법에 관한 연구)

  • In order to verify the lift enhancement of the 2D hydrofoil with trailing edge rotor and check the ability of its practical use, experimental studies were conducted in the caviation tunnel using the test model with NACA0020 section. The three-component forces acting on the model could be measured by exclusively designed sting type multi-component load cell. The trailing edge of the model has been replaced with rotor which could be controlled by DC servo motor installed at the exterior of the tunnel. A typical effect of the trailing edge rotor has been introduced among the systematic experiments on various angular deviation of the model and the rotational velocity of the trailing edge rotor. It is appeared that the circulation control effect could be easily adjusted by selecting the rotational velocity of the trailing edge rotor and the lift force was augmented more than two times. Thus the proposed lifting device could be utilized as a novel high lifting device which has adjustability of lift force.

  • The behavior of the biological water treatment process on start-up operation was evaluated in the integrated recirculating aquaculture system consisting of a double drain type rearing tank ($2.5 m^3$), a sedimentation tank, a floating bead filter, a foam separator and a rotating biological contactor. A system was stocked with nile tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus) at an initial rearing density of $2\%$ for 2 weeks for acclimated rotating biological contactor. The total ammonia nitrogen (TAN) level increased to $13.6 g/m^3$ on day 4 after adding feed and was decreased to $0.3 g/m^3$ on day 7. The total suspended solid was completely removed during overall experimental period.

A Study on Aggregate Waste Separation Efficiency Using Adsorption System with Rotating Separation Net (회전분리망 흡착선별기의 순환 굵은골재 이물질 제거효율에 관한 연구)

  • Aggregate waste separator with rotating separating net was designed for applying classification process of construction waste. In order to evaluate the performance of the aggregate waste separator, according to the type of waste, standardized waste samples are prepared using acrylic. The appropriate operating point was evaluated by the classification efficiency and misclassification rate of recycled aggregate according to the control frequency of the blower operating and inlet position of the separating net. The classification efficiency at the operating point of the aggregate waste separator was evaluated through flow analysis assuming recycled aggregate and waste sample as particles. As a result of the performance test, when the distance. between the conveyor belt and the inlet was 0.2m, the classification efficiency was 95%, but the misclassification rate of recycled aggregate was 2% or more, which satisfies the classification efficiency and the misclassification rate of less than 2%. The operating point was shown at a control frequency of 58Hz at a suction distance of 0.254m. As a resu lt of flow analysis, there was no misclassification of recycled aggregate. In order to redu ce constru ction waste in the existing recycled aggregate production process, adsorption system using a rotating separating net that can be operated as an installation type was built.

  • Canned type household circulating pump in the country almost depends on the act of imports, however it has disadvantage of low efficiency because an airgap of between rotor and stator is large and when the boiler is not used in a period of summer, a can and a rotor become adhered each other. Accordingly the pump is impossible to drive the initial state, and a lifetime of the pump gets shortening. To overcome these defects a electronic circulating pump by axial air-gap type brushless motor which is completely depart from the general idea for the conventional pump is developed. This paper is verified through experiments that the developed pump has good performance for reduction of size and noise, reo trenchment of cost, and improvement of efficiency in comparison with the conventional pump.

  • 질감 분류 기술은 패턴인식과 컴퓨터 비전 분야에서 널리 사용되는 기술로서, 최근 들어서는 감시 카메라 시스템에서의 정확한 객체 인식을 위한 회전 변화에 강인한 질감 분류 연구가 진행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 순환 가보 웨이블렛 필터를 이용한 회전 변환에 강인한 질감 분류 방법을 제안한다. 제안하는 방법은 순환 가보 웨이블렛 필터링된 영상에서 전역 및 지역 특징 벡터를 계산하고 특징 벡터의 차이를 이용한 유사도 측정 판별식으로 질감 분류를 수행한다. Brodatz 질감 앨범을 이용한 실험에서 기존의 방법들보다 2~6% 향상된 질감 분류 비율을 확인할 수 있었다. 제안하는 방법은 질감 기반 객체 인식에 관련된 응용 분야에서 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
