문화관광부가 온라인게임에 대한 사전등급 심의를 강화하고 있는 가운데 한국게임산업연합회(www.kgia.org)는 지난 10월 17일 온라인게임의 사회적 부작용을 해소하고 건전한 온라인게임 문화를 조성하기 위해 사업자들이 준수해야 할 '온라인게임사업자 자율규제 권고안'을 마련해 회원사들이 지키도록 한다고 발표했다. 정보통신부의 정보통신윤리위원회(이하 정통윤)와 문화관광부의 영상물등급위원회(이하 영등위)의 사전ㆍ사후 심사를 뛰어넘은 온라인게임 업계 자정노력을 지켜봐 달라며 기자간담회를 개최했다. 한국게임산업연합회 임동근(49) 회장으로부터 취지와 앞으로의 계획을 들어보았다.

At the time the local credit-card companies plunged into a liquidity crisis in 2002, S-Card was urged to take into account the estimated customer income (ECI) to enhance its customer credit evaluation function for the first time in Korean financial industry. Before this new attempt by S-Card, most credit-card companies including S-Card had performed a customer's credit evaluation based on the customer's behavioral factors such as the amount of purchase on credit, debt payment, and financial history that is provided from the Credit Bureau. However, this approach failed to measure customer's potential value which is one of the major factors in judging the customer's ability to pay, and hence, led to difficulties in risk management. The purpose of this case study is to present the better approach to sophisticated risk management for financial firms in Korea by reviewing S-Card's process of customer income estimation and its application to risk management.

불공정 하도급거래 행위로 인한 회원사의 피해방지를 위해 대한설비건설협회는 국토부, 공정위, 국회 등에 지속적으로 제도개선을 추진한 결과 지난해 6월 국토부, 기재부, 공정위 등 5개 부처 합동 국가정책조정회의에서 '건설산업 불공정 거래관행 개선방안'이 발표됐다. 그 후속조치로 지난 2월, 하도급부당특약 설정금지를 비롯해 보증기관의 하도급대금지급보증금 지급사유 법제화, 하도급대금지급보증서 면제대상(2개 이상 신용평가 기관의 회사채평가 A이상 등급업체) 삭제 등 관련 법령이 개정됐다.

This paper presents the content regarding electronic medical examination chart and data processing for efficient medical examination and fast treatment by realizing remote medical examination system of mutual conversation type among 3 parties(patient, doctor, pharmacist) on internet base, and establishment of database enabled system integration for efficient data processing in both on-line and off-line mode by interconnecting ASP and SQL on IIS 4.0 web server, consultation between patient and doctor, medical examination on off-line mode, transmission of prescription sheet to the pharmacist designated by patient, preparation of medicine, semieternal storage of medical examination data owing to storage and check of medical examination data, more accurate medical examination and prescription using this medical examination data by patient and doctor, and so on. And, data processing between doctor and pharmacist is differently performed based on class such as general member and charge member, and service access right pursuant to this is endowed, so that certification of each member must follow by all means.
