대부분의 CEO들은 대규모 투자가 선행되는 정보시스템의 화폐적 가치에 확신을 가지고 싶어 한다. 지금까지 MIS 연구자들은 정보시스템의 조직적 성과에 관한 여러 가지 간접적인 증거를 보여주었으나 경영자들이 요구하는 정보시스템에 대한 화폐적 확신을 주는데 실패하였다. 본 연구는 최근 각 기업들이 도입하고 있는 BSC의 성과지표 중 정보시스템 관련 지표를 활용하여 기업의 계량적 및 비계량적 성과측정을 활용함으로써 조직의 정보시스템 성과를 화폐가치로 환산할 수 있는 방법을 제시하고자 한다. 이때 사례기반추론 시스템을 활용하면 사례베이스로부터 유사사례를 도출하고 이를 통하여 정보시스템 도입에 필요한 주요 정보를 추론할 수 있게 되어 조직에서 도입할 정보시스템의 잠재적 화폐가치를 어느 정도 가늠할 수 있다. 본 연구는 정보시스템의 화폐적 가치분석을 위하여 실물옵션 가격결정모형을 활용하였고 객관적 화폐가치 추론을 위한 웹 사이트 구축을 목표로 한다.

The researcher's objective is to analyze a case study from the teaching profession course entitled "Instructional Methods and Educational Technology: IMET," in which the instructional method 'Music Technology-Based Learning: MTBL' has been implemented. In addition to the analysis and the completion of the associated 16-week coursework, the researcher conducted an open-ended survey, and conducted and analyzed in-depth interviews, with participants in the case study. Using MTBL in IMET has elicited mostly favorable responses from participants such as "interesting" and "fun." They also mentioned "active learning participation." There were also negative responses to MTBL, citing "the lack of interconnection between MTBL and other teaching profession courses," "the difficulty of hybrid and convergence classes," and "the need for additional time and attention in an individual study." The analysis of this case study indicates that the use of MTBL in teaching profession courses somewhat enhances the understanding of the general concept of integrating technology into education, although some difficulties remain. The analysis of more case studies is required in order to establish more effective training courses, in which learning is not limited to the theoretical aspects of education. Using MTBL as an integrated part of the educational method would help to foster more creative and professional teachers.

Today, eCRM has been attention as an enterprise information system that systematically manages and utilizes the eCRM customer information visiting Internet home page. On this paper, the case study of N company Korea's leading manufacturers of the dairy industry is been application research in the practices of using optimization tools for analysis of customer information and marketing activities by the introduction of eCRM and doing weblogs analysis. This research is a case study on an introduction and the use of eCRM solutions in dairy industry company. In addition, of the scope and effectiveness for use introduced eCRM explain.

The purpose of this paper is to investigate the roles and effects of FTAs (Free Trade Agreements) in agroindustrialization, and to navigate its implication for the government support for the utilization of FTAs in the agriculture sector. The paper, in particular, is based on a case of contract farming, which has often referred as the key factor of agroindustrialization. By doing this, this paper has the importance academically in enhancing the study of FTA utilization to the study of agroindustrialization, and practically in exploring the implication for the FTA implementation policy that provides fundamental solutions to the issues of agriculture sector. As the results of this study, it is highlighted that the role of government that intermediates, monitors, and controls the equal and the fair relationship between the agribusiness firms and farms is essential for the further progress of agroindustrialization under the keen competition created by FTAs.

Purpose: This paper aims to verify the applicability of MORT-TAC and expand the scope of research by studying disaster cases using MORT-TAC, a factor for considering disaster site situation evaluation presented in Dr. Kim Sung-geun's doctoral thesis. Method: In order to achieve the research purpose, disaster cases were studied using MORT-TAC, focusing on literature research. Result: The Disaster Site Situation Assessment Consideration Element (MORT-TAC) can be used as a useful research methodology in studying disaster cases and allows a three-dimensional understanding of the disaster site through disaster site situation assessment. Conclusion: Studying disaster cases using MORT-TAC, a factor considering the situation evaluation of disaster sites, is useful for improving the expertise of disaster officials and gaining insight into disaster sites

워크플로우 관리시스템(WfMS: Workflow Management System)은 업무 프로세스를 컴퓨터에 의해 정의, 실행 및 관리하기 위한 소프트웨어 시스템이다. WfMS에서는 업무 프로세스의 로직을 컴퓨터가 이해 가능한 언어로 표현하므로 다수의 사용자가 이기종의 분산된 환경에서 참여하는 업무 흐름을 관리 하는데에는 효율적이나 지식경영 측면에서의 지원은 미약하다. 본 연구에서는 WfMS 구조하에서 효과적인 지식 관리를 위해 인공지능 기법의 하나인 사례기반추론(CBR: Case Based Reasoning)을 활용하여 업무 흐름상에서 발생하는 지식을 생성, 저장, 추출되도록 하는 업무 지원 시스템을 개발한다. 지식의 생성을 위해 폼 기반 워크플로우 관리 시스템을 활용하고 CBR 엔진은 제약 조건의 형태로 이뤄지는 쿼리에 대해 유사 사례 추출을 담당한다. 사례 베이스의 저장 형식은 XML(extensible Markup Language)을 이용한다. 본 연구에서 개발된 업무 지원 시스템을 활용함으로써 업무 조정자만으로서의 WfMS의 한계를 벗어나 지식경영 도구로서의 WfMS를 기대할 수 있다.

본 논문은 RFID를 활용하여 자동차 제조 분야의 Traceability 구축 사례를 연구한 것이다. 전통적인 자동차 제조 환경 분석을 통하여 자동차 제조 분야의 Traceability 구축의 필요성과 RFID 기술의 적용 가능성을 분석하였다. RFID 기술을 활용한 통한 Traceability 구축을 위한 제조 및 공급망 관련 프로세스의 변경 내용 및 효과에 대하여 분석하였다. 실제 사례 기업은 Traceability 구축을 통하여 기존의 일 단위 결산 재고방식에서 실시간 재고방식으로 전환할 수 있게 되었으며, 상주원의 재고량 판단으로 부품 공급 시기와 양을 결정했던 방식에서 실시간 정보전달로 입고와 불출량 결정할 수 있게 되어 사내부품고의 최소 최적화가 가능하게 되었으며, 납입지시 신뢰도 향상 및 정보이용범위 확대(트래킹, 품질정보 등)를 통한 오보충 및 재고 진부화 방지 효과를 얻고 있다. 본 논문은 사례 기업의 Traceability 구축 과정에서 프로세스 변경, 관리 내용의 변경, RFID 기술의 적용 부분, 협력사와의 협업 등에 관련된 주요 이슈에 대하여 분석하여 향후 관련 분야의 Traceability 구축시 고려 요소 및 시사점을 제시하였다.

도시에는 다양한 종류의 기반시설들이 있고 이들은 계획방법에 따라 건축적으로 활용될 수 있는 가능성도 충분히 가지고 있다. 기반시설의 건축적 활용은 가용지가 부족한 도시에서 유휴공간으로 방치될 수 있는 도시 내 잃어버린 공간을 재생시킨다는 의미도 가지며 공공시설의 통합디자인이라는 측면에서도 중요하다. 본 연구는 이 점에 주목하여 도시 내 기반시설 중 교통관련 시설인 교량, 도로, 교통섬 등을 활용하여 공공공간을 계획한 사례들을 중심으로 계획특성을 고찰하고 시사점을 도출하였다.

빅데이터의 패러다임과 함께 데이터의 활용과 이를 통한 기업 운영 혁신이 새롭게 주목받고 있다. 소셜 미디어 분석이나 고객 마케팅 분석등과 같은 분야에서 빅데이터 분석의 활용 사례가 속속히 소개되고 있다. 하지만 국내 산업에서 제조업이 차지하는 비중과 가치에비해 빅데이터의 제조업에 대한 응용에 관한 연구나 관련 문헌은 타 산업이나 응용분야에 비해 미약한 편이다. 본 글에서는 빅데이터 분석이 제조업에서 어떻게 활용될 수 있는지를 세가지 다른 형태의 데이터 분류 - 제조장비 운영데이터, 운용 통합데이터, 고객 경험 데이터 - 를 통해 소개하고 각 분류별 실제 사례를 통해 제조업체에서 실질적으로 응용할 수 있는 방안을 제공한다.
