This study aims to suggest efficient setting up of GPS (Global Positioning System) for cadastral surveying. In order to perform it effectively, worldly used modern surveying technology GPS introduced. In a practical analysis, GPS observation had been performed in the research area and the results had been compared and analysed with the results of Total Station. As a results, it is shown that GPS is more efficient rather than current surveying method in terms of time, cost and economy. The results of GPS surveying were included in the scope of error tolerance, being accepted by cadastral laws, showing high accuracy of GPS surveying method. With the results of analysis, how to application of GPS for cadastral surveying was suggested.

The purpose of this study is to suggest a model for increasing international use of Korean scholarly journals. Recently DOI and open access are remarkable from the standpoint of increasing the opportunity of global exposition and citation of domestic scholarly journal papers. The data used in investigation and analysis were from KAMJE, KISTI, DOAJ and SCIMAGO. The model comprising DOI service and open access is obtained through analyzing DOI and open access utilization models and investigation on both.

In this short review, the polymer electrolyte membranes consisting of polymer and Ag salts were introduced and various approaches to solve the long-term stability were summarized. In particular, utilizing $AgNO_3$ as carriers with ionic liquid, the replacement of polymer matrix as poly(ethylene phthalate) (PEP) for strong coordinative interactions with Ag ions and the introduction of $Al(NO_3)_3$ to $polymer/AgBF_4$ complexes were introduced for long-term stable facilitated olefin transport membranes. For the polymer nanocomposite membranes, the role of electron acceptors as polarizer on the surface of AgNPs and the approach to solve the low permeance were introduced.

ITA법 제정 이후 많은 공공기관들이 ITA/EA 도입 및 구축을 추진하고 있으나, 명시적인 성과를 보여주는 경우는 많지 않은 것으로 조사되고 있다. 특히, 공공기관 EA 성숙도 수준 평가 결과 EA 도입에 비하여 관리 및 활용 영역의 수준이 낮게 나타나고 있다. 본고는 EA의 활용성을 저해하는 제 원인 중 EA 관리체계의 부실에 주목하였다. EA 도입과 함께 EA관리 체계가 수립됨에도 불구하고 EA 관리 및 활용 수준이 낮은 이유는 첫 번째로, EA관리 조직 설계 시에 EA 산출물의 작성 주체 및 협업 방안이 구체화되지 않은 상태로 관리 조직 및 역할이 수립되는 경향을 지적할 수 있다. 두번째로 EA 관리체계 설계 시에 각 EA 산출물의 특성이 고려되지 않은 획일적 관리 프로세스의 설계로 인하여 관리체계가 오작동하는 문제를 지적할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 문제의식을 근간으로 개별 산출물에 대하여 요구되는 정확성과 정합성 수준에 따라 범정부 EA 산출물들을 구성도/정의서(Diagram/Description)형, 모델(Model)형, 정보자동생성(Auto Description)형, 설계서(Description)형, 서지정보(Metadata)형으로 유형화하고, 각각의 산출물 유형에 따른 조직의 역할과 협업 방안, 관리 프로세스를 제시하였다. 본 연구를 통해 향후 EA 관리체계 수립 및 조정 시에 산출물 유형별로 작성 주체 및 관리 조직간 요구되는 역할과 관리절차를 명확히 함으로써 효율적인 EA 산출물 관리가 이루어지도록 하고, 이를 통해 궁극적으로 EA 활용도 증진 및 EA의 근원적 목적 달성이 가능할 것으로 기대한다.

Pilotage & Tugs Assistance Service in Korean e-Navigation provides port monitoring which presents features of port by utilizing dynamic and static information of vessel, weather data, water way information and etc. It also supports process related to pilotage and tugs according to each user types. This study suggests how this services can be utilized after practicalization and describes expectation from applying this utilization. The Pilotage & Tugs Assistance Service is expected to be platform for Pilotage & Tug by further research and development.

This study was carried out for the purpose of Exploring the types of AI platforms for creative activities and how to use them. In order to learn AI in the fields of art creation and music creation, which are representative areas of creative activity, types of AI platforms that can experience AI and perform simple programming were investigated. In addition, the utilization plan was presented so that each AI platform can be used to express students' ideas abundantly and to enhance their creativity. Through this, it is meaningful to suggest that the AI platform can be used as a teaching aid to enhance students' expressive power and creativity in creative activities.

The purpose of this study is to propose effective plans for Anyang municipal library to use online media in preparation for the post-covid-19 era. For this purpose, the main implications were summarized by analyzing the operation cases of 5 excellent libraries that received government awards in the libraries' operation evaluation in 2021. And based on the analysis, strategies that can help Anyang municipal library use online media to operate library effectively even after COVID-19 were derived. This study is meaningful in that it is an empirical study that summarizes the online media usage strategy of the Anyang municipal library in preparation for the post-COVID-19 era based on actual cases of excellent libraries in the COVID-19 period.

하천의 유량은 다양한 방법으로 측정가능한데 그중에 ADCP(Acoustic Doppler Current Profiler)는 1980년대 말 도입된 이래 현재 국내외에서 광범위하게 사용되고 있고, 그 활용성은 점점 더 커지고 있다. 이러한 이유로 최근 미국, 호주, 뉴질랜드 등에서는 ADCP 측정유량에 대한 품질관리와 생산된 자료에 대한 평가를 통해 신뢰성을 확보하기 위한 방안을 마련하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 ADCP 이동보트법 측정유량에 대한 3개국(미국, 호주, 뉴질랜드)의 품질관리 및 신뢰도 확보 방안에 대한 문헌조사를 수행하였고, 각 방안들에 대하여 7개 항목으로 비교 및 분석하였다. 그리고 분석된 내용을 바탕으로 ADCP 이동보트법 측정유량의 품질평가 방안을 제시하고, 유량조사사업단에서 수행한 ADCP 이동보트법 측정유량 자료(2013년~2014년)를 대상으로 측정유량 품질평가 방안을 적용하여 결과를 품질등급으로 제시하였다. 이 지표는 사용자가 ADCP 이동보트법 측정유량의 품질을 확인하고 신뢰할 수 있게 함으로써 향후 활용성을 더욱 향상 시킬 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

This paper aims to analyze the characteristics of hotel REITs' performance and operation, and to examine their use for activating the hotel industries in Korea. The results of this study are as follows. First, hotel REITs underperformed average REITs and investment proportion of hotel REITs compared to total REITs has been curtailed after 1998. This is because performance of hotel REITs is sensitive to business fluctuations. Second, hotel REITs have mainly invested chain hotels, and shared their role with professional hotel management companies. Third, hotel REITs are to be useful for activating the hotel industries in Korea. In this context, major implications are presented to use healthcare REITs effectively.

An aim of this study is to analyze status of information literacy and propose some ways strengthening its role as a cross-curriculum. Analyses show that information literacy is a basic competency of creative person composing the educational human figure under the national curriculum in Korea. In the school knowledge, its position is a procedural knowledge to create new ideas, also it is a interdisciplinary thinking skill under the instructional method. Therefore, information literacy instruction covering media and ICT literacy should exist as a main cross-curriculum to be a selective subject in the national curriculum. And finally, one of learning skills, its definition should be cleary stated such as information research and access, information analyses and interpretation, information synthesize and presentation.
