In order to understand how to increase the use of virtual training content at K University's online lifelong education institute, this study examined the use experience, content recognition, field practice replacement, and requirements, focusing on the examples of operating institutions. To this end, 12 institutions that operated virtual training contents distributed by the K University Online Lifelong Education Center in 2020 were selected for in-depth interviews and qualitative analysis was conducted on the interviews of 11 institutions. As a result of the analysis, first, the experience of using the contents of the virtual training operating institution was aimed at changing the educational environment, supplementing theoretical learning, and improving the sense of practice. Second, according to a survey on the recognition of virtual training content, if the importance and utilization of the content are high, it can be replaced by on-site practice in non-face-to-face classes, such as experiences of facilities and equipment, attracting interest and attention. Third, in many cases, the perception of replacement for field practice is not unreasonable to use as a pre-training material for field practice, but it is difficult to replace field practice. Fourth, content quality improvements can be summarized as content quality improvement, content access and manipulation improvement, dedicated device development, training for instructors, and curriculum systematization. Fifth, institutional requirements include improving the quality of virtual training content itself, equipment support, curriculum systemization and characterization, systematic curriculum and detailed content sharing, detailed guidance on using virtual training content, introducing how to use content, and recruiting instructors. This study is meaningful in that it sought ways to improve the utilization of virtual training content based on the perception of virtual training content operating institutions.

기술지도제도는 전문기술인력을 활용하여 재해율이 높은 중ㆍ소규모 현장의 건설재해를 효율적으로 관리하기 위해 정부가 간접적인 안전관리 전문제도로 도입하였다. 하지만 IMF 이후 급격히 변화된 건설현장 안전관리 체계와 재해율 증가, 지도기관 업체의 난립과 부실한 지도업무수행 등으로 기술지도제도의 실효성에 많은 문제점이 발생하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 기술지도제도의 운영 실태와 관계 법령, 설문조사 자료를 분석하여 문제점을 도출한 후 제도 운영상의 개선 방안, 지도기관의 전문성 강화 방안, 자율적인 안전관리 유도 방안으로 구분한 내실화 방안을 제시함으로써 효율적인 재해예방대책으로서 기술지도제도의 신뢰성을 제고시키는데 그 목적이 있다.

본고는 지난 해 9월 협회가 낙농.유제품 산업정책의 기초자료로 활용키 위해 연구용역을 의뢰한 바 있는 "낙농유제품의 관세체제 정비방안에 대한 연구"(GSnJ 인스티튜트 이정환) 중 요약 발췌한 것이다. 연구용역에서는 혼합분유 수입이 국내 분유시장을 어지럽히고 있으며, 유사버터 제품 등 유제품 수입이 파행적으로 이뤄지고 있는 상황에 대해 유사제품의 분류를 세분화 하는 방안, 유사제품으로 수입되고 있는 물품의 분류를 변경하는 방안, 실행관세를 양허관세 수준으로 인상하는 등의 해결방안을 제시하고 있다.

담양 및 화순 홍수조절지는 홍수 시 본류에 계획방류량만 흘러가도록 제수문을 운영하고, 계획방류량을 초과하는 홍수량은 하도 및 조절지 내에 저류하여 홍수를 지체시킨 후 저류된 홍수량은 첨두홍수가 지나간 이후 방류하는 방법으로 영산강 유역의 홍수를 방어하기 위해 '12년 건설되었다. 그러나 홍수조절지는 200년 빈도의 홍수량을 저감 시키도록 설계됨에 따라 준공 이후 10년간 '20년 8월 홍수 등 3회만 홍수방어용으로 활용되었다. 영산강은 오염부하량 대비 유출량 부족 등으로 수질관리에 취약하고 하천유지용수를 공급하는 다목적댐이 없는 등 수자원 확보가 어려우므로, 비홍수기 홍수조절지에 환경대응용수를 담수 및 방류하여 영산강의 유량확보 및 수질개선 등 활용 다변화 방안을 모색하고자 한다. 이와 관련하여 '16년 및 '19년에 시범담수를 실시하였으나, 담수 수질 관리의 어려움, 방류 전후 강우 등 제한적 여건으로 인해 하류 유량증가 및 수질 개선 효과의 확인은 어려웠으며, 제방 물비침 등을 발견하여 시설 안정성 확보가 필요한 것으로 확인되었다. '21년 안정성 확보를 위한 보강 그라우팅을 시행했으며, '19년부터 '21년 2월까지 「홍수조절지를 활용한 영산강 수질개선 방안」연구용역을 실시하여, 비홍수기 활용방안을 수립하였다. '21년 4/4분기 댐과 보 등의 연계운영협의회에 '시범담수 계획' 안건 상정 및 의결을 거쳤고, '22년 3월 25~26일까지 담양 74mm, 화순 61mm 비가 내려 담양 63만m³, 화순 151만m³를 담수하고 18~19일간 저류 후 담양은 평균 3.0m³/초로 25시간 동안, 화순은 평균 5.0m³/초로 32시간 동안 하류로 방류하였다. 방류 후 담양·화순 모두 가까운 하류 수위국 수위 상승을 확인했으며, 화순의 경우 하류 수질에 일부 영향이 있음을 확인하였다. 다만, 초기유출수 배제 등을 고려하지 않아 담수의 수질이 본류보다 좋지 않았으며, 이에 따라 수질 영향의 인과관계 확인이 어려웠다. 기존 연구용역에서 제시한 비홍수기 활용방안의 검증·보완을 위한 연구용역이 '22.5월부터 '23.12월까지 진행될 예정이며, 초기유출수 배제를 위한 조건 재수립, 수질 모니터링지점 확대 등 보완된 '시범담수 계획'을 '23.3월 댐과 보 등의 연계운영협의회에 보고하였다. 연말까지 연구용역과 연계한 시범담수·방류 시행 및 모니터링·효과분석을 통해 비홍수기 홍수조절지 최적운영방안을 마련할 계획이다.

Recently, market of mobile spatial information service is increasing along with enlargement of geo-spatial information utilization area and spread of smartphone. In particular, smartphone users look forward to utilizing spatial information service more easily and conveniently. Korea has the potential for spatial information technology development, but does not have enough governmental support to develop various spatial information service in mobile network environment. Hence, it is need to make governmental support plans for utilizing mobile services and promoting the related industry base on mobile spatial information. In this paper, we propose governmental action plans for utilizing mobile services and promoting the related industry by surveying mobile application/web services and analyzing demands of mobile spatial information experts.

The purpose of this study is to explore a teaching method of limits of functions with more intuitive and visual of CAS graphing calculators rather than with the rigorous ${\epsilon}-{\delta}$ method. Texas Instruments Voyage200 CAS graphing calculators are used for studying the possibility of the use of technology in calculus course. For this, various related theoretical constructs are reviewed: concept image, concept definition, cognitive conflict, the use of visualization of technology for calculus concepts, the theory of APOS, and local straightness. Based on such theoretical constructs this study suggests a teaching method of limits of functions with embodied visualization of CAS graphing calculators.

This study aims to propose the exhibition contents by utilizing the technique for 3D VR using the presidential archives that are provided on the web-site. Especially, this study proposed requirements and a method to develop exhibition contents based on 3D VR technique. To accomplish it, this study analyzed literature review and cases of the online exhibition in presidential archives and then classified contents to find out how to apply 3D VR for exhibition contents effectively. With the results of the analysis, this study selected the type of records and proposed the effective 3D VR model as displaying contents. Then, this study developed an implementation case.

Disaster management system can prepare enough for a social disaster. In addition, it is measures to reduce damage. When, where and how to prepare for a disaster will happen we can not expect an appropriate sense of crisis, disaster response and is the right choice early. In this paper, the next national disaster safety sector effective use SNS will find ways. To do this successfully in the field of international disaster safety use cases and measures are derived that can be applied to our country. As a result, comprehensive and systematic introduction of disaster management system to minimize the damage will contribute effectively to the rapid disaster recovery.

As the threat of cyber incident grows continuously, the need of IOC(Indicators of Compromise) is increasing to identify the cause of incidents and share it for quick response to similar incidents. But only few companies use it domestically and the research about the application of IOC is deficient compared to foreign countries. Therefore in this paper, a quick and standardized way to create IOC automatically based on the analysis result of malwares from Cuckoo Sandbox and its application is suggested.

고품질, 고 신뢰도를 지향하는 미래 지능형 전력시스템에 대한 기대와 함께 전력 기기 및 설비의 디지털화에 관심이 집중되면서, 전력시장에서는 전력정보의 양방향 교환 표준을 위한 공통정보모델(CIM : Common Information Model)의 개발 및 활용이 새로운 화두로 부상하였다. CIM은 차세대 전력시스템과 미래형 부가서비스 등의 전반적인 운영측면에서 혁신을 이루는데 사용할 수 있도록 표준화된 데이터교환 모델이다. 이는 전력시스템 내 모든 다양한 객체(변전소, 송전선, 변압기, 차단기, 설비자산, 작업지시, 작업원 등)들이 어떻게 상호 연결되는지를 표현하는 방식이다. 최근 CIM/GID(GID : Generic Interface Definition)에 대한 관심이 고조되면서 CIM/GID를 어떻게 도입하고 활용할 것인가에 대한 논의가 활발하다. 그 활용 방안의 일환으로 개발된 시스템에 대한 상호 운용성 테스트를 수행함으로써 제품 또는 시스템의 표준화 준수 여부와 활용성에 대한 검증이 가능하다. CIM/GID 상호운용성 테스트는 UCA International Users Group에서 가입 회원들을 대상으로 지속적으로 진행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 미국 클리블랜드에서 2003년 11월 18일$\sim$20일 사이에 진행되었던 5차 CIM/GID 상호운용성 테스트 결과를 토대로 CIM/GID와 CIM XML의 상호 운용성 테스트 방안을 소개하고자 한다.
