In this paper, a way for maximum use of cancer risk assessment software system CARA which can assess cancer risks by using health related information only without doctor's diagnosis is proposed. A way of maximizing the usage of CARA with use of nation wide internet network is described along with the general description of CARA. If CARA is used, the damage causing by cancer can be reduced since it is possible to sort a group of people with high risks (before diagnosis at a hospital). Also, CARA is helpful for medical research by used as a tool to reveal correlations between personal information and cancers practically. Unlike other preexisting systems, CARA is a new system which can consider 30 different cancers simultaneously and it is very efficient for early detection of cancer.

The educational effect of movie is very high. This paper suggests a practical scheme applying multimedia materials to some subject classes. At present film education consists of 3 methods, integrated method, regular method, and professional method in the 7th curriculum. The simplest method is integrated method. Most previous researches tried to apply to middle or high schools, or only one subject class. So we apply integrated method into 5th grade elementary students. At first teaching schedule is constructed on Korean, Social, Science, Ethics, and Art classes, and then movie materials are applied. Finally we let students write study book. Study book says that students take great interest and can promote the thought ability.

Recent interest in the diverse applications of artificial intelligence (AI) language models has highlighted the need to explore didactical uses in mathematics education. AI language models, capable of natural language processing, show promise in solving mathematical word problems. This study tested the capability of ChatGPT, an AI language model, to solve word problems from elementary school textbooks, and analyzed both the solutions and errors made. The results showed that the AI language model achieved an accuracy rate of 81.08%, with errors in problem comprehension, equation formulation, and calculation. Based on this analysis of solution processes and error types, the study suggests implications for the didactical application of AI language models in education.

The FTA utilization rate in Korea current, compared with the developed countries, utilization rate is low overall. In particular, in the case of Korea-ASEAN FTA, etc. remain at 30% level, improvement of FTA utilization has emerged as a matter of urgency. In addition, the proportion receiving the FTA preferential tariff trade companies have also been assessed as weak, improve the utilization ratio is in the policy issue of maximum. In this study, in order to increase the utilization of FTA trading enterprises, and analyzes were performed in reality. And to understand the FTA bottleneck matters of trade enterprises, and was also studied improvement plan consulting and education FTA utilization of trading partners. This has a purpose to provide data useful measures making to improve the utilization of FTA government. It is expected that the contribution of export expansion trade companies that take advantage of the FTA as a result of this study, enhancement of FTA policy, to strengthen the support base of FTA policy.

도시지역은 인구 및 사회인프라시설 등이 밀집되어 있어 홍수 발생 시 타 지역에 비하여 큰 피해가 발생한다. 우리나라의 경우 2017년 부산 지역과 2018년 서울 지역에 시간당 최대 100 mm 이상의 강우가 발생하여 인명 및 재산피해를 발생시켰다. 이러한 도시홍수 피해를 저감시키기 위해서는 수방시설물의 유지관리 뿐만 아니라 한정적인 물자와 인력을 효율적으로 활용하기 위한 홍수예보 방안이 필요하며 정확도 높은 기상예보가 수반되어야 한다. 현재 지자체에서는 기상청의 기상특보를 활용하여 홍수대응을 실시하고 있으나 이는 전국적으로 동일한 기준으로 각 지역의 홍수특성을 반영할 수 없다는 문제가 있다. 또한 국내에서는 정확도 높은 기상예측을 위해 다양한 기상 수치예보모델을 활용하고 있으나 급변하는 기상상황을 정확히 예측하는 데에는 한계가 있다. 수치예보모델의 한계를 극복하기 위하여 현재 영국에서는 강우 앙상블 자료를 활용한 영향예보 도입이 활발히 진행되고 있다. 영향예보란 단순 기상상황 뿐만 아니라 기상현상이 발생시킬 수 있는 위험수준과 그 위험수준이 발생할 확률을 함께 예보하는 방안이다. 본 연구에서는 부산광역시 동래구 지역을 대상으로 과거 피해 발생 강우량 및 지역의 확률강우량 등을 활용하여 지역특성에 맞는 총 4단계의 강우기준을 제시함과 더불어 기상현상의 발생확률을 조합한 홍수위험 매트릭스(Flood Risk Matrix)를 개발하였다. 또한 개발된 홍수위험 매트릭스의 활용성 평가를 위해서는 2016년, 2017년 기상청에서 산출한 국지규모 앙상블예측시스템(Local Ensemble Prediction System, LENS)의 강우 앙상블 자료를 활용하였다. 그 결과 짧게는 24시간 전, 길게는 72시간 전에 홍수피해 발생의 예보가 가능한 것으로 분석되었다. 향후 본 연구에서는 연구 대상 지역을 확대하여 각 지역에 적합한 홍수위험 매트릭스를 개발하고, LENS자료를 활용한 활용성 평가를 통해 실무에 적용 가능한 홍수예보 방안을 마련할 계획이다.

Recently, 3D printer technology has been attracting attention in various industrial fields, and research papers are being conducted to utilize 3D printers in the construction industry. Actual structures such as bridges and buildings are being printed to 3D printers, and various applications such as mock-up structures using 3D printers are being proposed. In order to utilize 3D printer technology in the construction field, a 3D model is required, and the 3D BIM data produced at the design stage can be printed by a 3D printers, saving the cost and time of 3D model generation. However, 3D BIM data often does not satisfy the conditions for 3D printer output, causing many errors on output. In this paper, authors propose a problem analysis for 3D BIM model output to 3D printer and a method for reducing errors in 3D printing process of 3D BIM model. In addition, this paper presents a practical application of 3D model output from 3D printer.

In the recent rapidly changing IT environment, the amount of smart digital data is growing exponentially. As a result, in many areas, utilizing big data research and development services and related technologies is becoming more popular. In SMART learning, big data is used by students, teachers, parents, etc., from a perspective of the potential for many. In this paper, we describe big data and can utilize it to identify scenarios. Big data, obtained through customized learning services that can take advantage of the scheme, is proposed. To analyze educational big data processing technology for this purpose, we designed a system for big data processing. Education services offer the measures necessary to take advantage of educational big data. These measures were implemented on a test platform that operates in a cloud-based operations section for a pilot training program that can be applied properly. Teachers try using it directly, and in the interest of business and education, a survey was conducted based on enjoyment, the tools, and users' feelings (e.g., tense, worried, confident). We analyzed the results to lay the groundwork for educational use of big data.

To solve the housing supply problems which are combined with economic, social, environmental and urban spatial structural aspects, it is needed to analyze housing supply based on the analysis model. This study aims to draw the construction of the housing geospatial information for housing supply model. For these purposes, we construct the housing geospatial information and draw case studies on information utilization based on the precedent studies and relevant systems about housing geospatial information. From the result, we construct the geospatial information according to spatial unit and draw standardization of connected information between housing supply information and housing geospatial information. Also we found that it is essential to use a building and parcel level housing geospatial information for housing supply. In the future, it will be needed to construct the housing supply information from qualitative aspect for dwelling and to establish a utilization strategy.

본고에 저자는 식품으로써 활용가치가 떨어지고 있는 산란노계육의 활용 증진을위해 계육수리미 생산 및 식육푸레이크 생산에 대해서 소개를 한 바 있다. 이번호에서는 산란노계육의 활용을 위한 세 번째 방안으로써 축산과학원에서 수행되었던 과제의 일부 결과물에 대해 소개를 하고자 한다.
