전자상거래와 고객관계관리에서 고객의 개인화를 위해 사용되는 협동적 필터링 방안은 고객이 상품에 대해 표시한 선호도에 기반을 두어 선호도가 유사한 사용자를 찾고, 유사한 사용자의 선호도를 활용하여 추천할 상품을 선정하는 방안이다. 고객간의 유사도 계산과 상품에 대한 선호도 계산을 위한 다양한 방안들의 계산식에 대해서는 명확하게 정의되어 있으나, 이에 활용되는 데이터의 선정에 대해서는 명확한 규정이나 가이드라인이 존재하지 않는다. 즉, 몇 번 이상의 선호도를 표시한 사용자를 대상으로 추천을 수행할 것인지, 혹은 몇 번 이상 선호도가 표시된 상품을 추천에 활용할 것인지와 같은 데이터 선정에 활용되는 계수와 협동적 필터링의 추천 성과간의 관계에 대한 연구는 아직 부족하다. 본 연구에서는 협동적 필터링의 연구에 많이 활용되는 EachMovie 데이터를 가지고 협동적 필터링의 계수와 추천 성과간의 관계에 대해 실험적으로 연구하였다. 첫 번째는 몇 번 이상 선호도를 표시한 사용자를 협동적 필터링에 활용하는 것이 추천 성과를 높일 수 있는지에 대해 연구하였으며, 두 번째는 몇 번 이상 선호도가 표시된 상품을 고객에게 추천하는 것이 협동적 필터링의 추천 성과를 높일 수 있는가에 대한 연구를 수행하였다. 계수와 추천 성과간의 관계에 대한 두 가지 실험에서 선호도 표시의 한계가치(marginal value)가 점진적으로 감소하는 것을 볼 수 있었다. 본 연구의 결과는 협동적 필터링의 수행을 위한 효과적인 데이터의 선정에 도움을 줄 수 있을 것이다.

This study aims to present the framework for promoting active engagement of users in digital archives through social tagging. It analyzed the technological development involved with digital archives, and the user participation and engagement through social media. The analysis explored the aspects of social tagging in terms of communication, sharing and collaboration in digital archives. Based on the analysis and reviews, it developed the model of social tagging for user participation and interaction in digital archives. The study proposed the application of open and game platforms for promoting active engagement of users in digital archives through social tagging.

By the progress of Information Technology, spatial data have been recognizes as one of essential infrastructure. Now for the near future needs of urban simulation, management, u-City construction, etc. MOCT(Ministry Of Construction & Transportation) have been driving to construct the 3D Geo-spatial Data as one of National Spatial Data Information on a base of 2D GIS(Geographic Information System). In this study we tried to analysis the demands and the optimum implementation method of 3D Geo-spatial Data in local governments. As the result of study, the plan to utilize 3D Geo-spatial Data and to carry out its utilization, and the advanced vision of 3D GIS in for the public affairs of Local Governments and private business scope were proposed.

최근 우리나라는 기후변화의 영향으로 인해 가뭄의 발생빈도와 강도가 점점 더 증가하고 있다. 기후변화로 인해 발생할 수 있는 극심한 가뭄을 대비하기 위해 추가적인 용수확보방안의 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 이러한 방안 중 하나로 2011년 수립된 수자원장기종합계획에서는 용수공급 예비율의 도입이 필요하다고 언급한 바 있다. 현재 국내 대부분의 다목적댐들은 용수공급에 이용되는 이수용량 외에 비상시 활용 가능한 비상용량을 확보하고 있지만 명확한 활용방안이 없어 이를 활용하지 못하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 추가적인 용수확보를 위해 비상용량을 예비량으로 활용하였으며, 낙동강수계의 다목적댐들을 대상으로 적정 예비율을 산정하여 예비율 활용에 따른 용수공급능력 향상 정도를 분석하고자 하였다. 저수지 모의운영을 위해 저수지 모의운영 프로그램인 HEC-ResSim을 이용하였으며 기후변화의 영향을 고려하기 위해 RCP 4.5 CMCC-CMS 수문 시나리오를 유입량 자료로 이용하였다. 분석기간은 21세기 초기('11-'40년), 21세기 중기('41-'70년), 21세기 후기('71-'99년)로 설정하였으며 예비율 활용에 따른 용수공급능력 향상 정도를 분석하기 위해 신뢰도와 회복도, 취약도 등을 산정하고 그 결과를 비교 분석하였다. 마지막으로 과거 낙동강유역에 발생한 가뭄 시 유입량 자료를 이용하여 ('94-'96년, '00-'01년, '14-'15년) 모형을 검증하였다.

우리나라 강우는 대부분 여름에 편중되어 수자원 이용의 불확실성이 크기 때문에 댐과 같은 수공구조물을 활용하여 대응하고 있다. 기존 수도권의 용수공급은 한강수계 다목적댐들을 활용하여 충족시켰으나 기후변화에 따른 이상가뭄, 용수 수요 증가 등에 의해 미래 용수부족이 전망된다. 수도권의 안정적인 용수공급을 위해 환경부와 한국수력원자력(주)는 2020년 4월에 우리나라 최초로 기 건설된 발전용댐을 다목적화하는 『한강수계 발전용댐 다목적 활용 협약』을 체결하였다. 협약에 따라 화천댐은 시범운영기간 동안 기본계획 공급량 22.2 m³/sec (연간 7억 톤)를 상시 공급하고 있다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 팔당댐에 기여하는 화천댐의 용수공급량을 산정하여 용수공급 효과를 검증하였다. 화천댐 용수공급 기여도를 정량적으로 제시하기 위해 HEC-ResSim을 활용하여 시범운영기간 운영 결과와 유사한 한강수계 댐 운영 모형을 구축하였다. 또한, 시범운영 기간 화천댐과 다목적댐들의 팔당댐 용수공급 기여도를 정량적으로 제시하는 방안을 구축하였다. 시범운영이 수행됨에 따라 발전용댐의 다목적 활용 효과를 정량적으로 평가하는 방안 구축으로발전용댐의 용수공급 효과를 검증할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

This study suggests the establishment and applications of the News core thesaurus for efficient indexing and searching of news information. News core thesaurus was constructed as macrothesauri which can cover all of news subjects and then has microthesauri like politics, economy, society, culture, etc. as its subsets. In this research, News core thesaurus embodied 2,012 descriptors and 74 non-descriptors by SKOS(Simple Knowledge Organization System). It suggests measures that treat only special subjects in detail in weekly newspaper or biweekly newspaper with little information and special subjects, which is not daily newspaper, and use each microthesauri by merging or integrating in huge news archives or portal sites.

본 연구에서는 타당성조사 수준의 재해저감시설 계획을 위한 지역구분을 시행할 때 지형자료 등 최소한의 자료만으로 객관성이 높고, 수문학적으로 의미있는 지역구분이 설정될 수 있도록 기준을 정립하고 그에 따른 근거를 설정하고자 하였다. 내배수 침수재해와 관련하여 기존의 치수계획이 빗물펌프장 등 일부 구조물에만 한정되어 해당 홍수방어시설에 과도한 부담을 주고 있으므로 유역내 저류지, 빗물 탱크, 침투시설 등의 다양한 내배수 홍수분담시설의 설치 및 그에 따른 효과를 종합적으로 고려한 계획수립이 필요하다. 또한 지속적으로 피해가 커지고 있고 피해원인 및 양상이 다양해지는 도시유역의 내배수 재해에 대한 대책으로 피해지역의 확인 및 관련 저감대책 수립을 위한 지역구분의 방안에 대한 연구가 최근들어 강조되고 있다. 내배수 재해에 대응하기 위해서 전체유역을 지형특성 및 재해저감 시설의 입지조건을 종합적으로 고려하여 보수, 유수, 저지지역의 구분 방안을 검토하였다. 저지지역 설정을 위한 기준으로 평균침수심을 활용하였고, 아울러 유수지역과 보수지역을 구분하기 위해서는 습윤지수를 활용한 지표의 포화여부와 한계경사를 활용하였다. 이러한 지역구분 결과는 내배수 재해저감시설의 설치를 위한 기초자료로써 활용 방안을 검토하였다.

In this paper, a building disaster notification system with MEC (Mobile Edge Computing) technology is proposed, which informs people in a building about the disaster. The overview of MEC is presented, and the structure and characteristics of network using MEC are described. In addition, the characteristics of a enterprise integration pattern based Apache Camel is described, and how to implement MEC with Apache Camel is presented. Finally, an implementation method of building disaster notification system with Apache Camel based MEC is proposed to quickly recognize disasters through sensors and to rapidly evacuate people from buildings.

This study is centered on the application of metaphor theory to math education from the cognitive-linguistic view. This study, at first, introduced what metaphor is, and looked into it from the math-educational view. Furthermore, on the basis of that, this study examined the significance of metaphor to math education, and dealt with its relevance to math education, focusing on the functions that metaphor has. This study says that metaphor has the function of explanation, elaboration and representation. In addition, this study examplifies that using metaphor can be an effective math learning strategy for mathematical concept explanation, mathematical connection and mathematical representation learning.

Recently developed digital devices are being used in cyberspace. Digital device users are engaged in activities such as financial settlement and e-commerce using cyber-connected terminals. With the activation of cyber trading, cyber crimes against users are increasing. Forensic evidence should be obtained from investigations of cybercrime. However, there is a lot of information to analyze digital forensic evidence. In many of these digital information, Scripts are an effective way to secure evidence for cybercrime. In this paper, we study how to secure forensic evidence using scripts. Extract evidence from EnCase and study how to obtain evidence using scripts. This study will be used as the basic data for cyber security for the safe life of the people.
