본회 부품산업팀에서는 전자부품연구원과 국내 전자부품산업의 살아있는 현장실태를 조사하여 급변하는 환경속에서 국내기업이 기술개발전략 수립 및 투자결정에 활용할 수 있도록 정보를 제공하고자 지난 7월 3일 한국과학기술회관에서 전자부품동향 예보제 세미나를 개최하였다. 이에 본고에서는 유망 전자기기 부품현황에 대해서 다루어 보고자 한다.

2003년 일본으로부터 도입, 작년 말까지 45대의 무인헬기가 운영 중이다. 확대 도입에 앞서 충분한 방제면적 확보와 기타 활용성을 꼼꼼히 따져 경제적으로 운영되어야 하며 적당량의 농약이 균일 살포되는 자동조정시스템 개발과 전용 약제 및 제형개발, 표준 방제매뉴얼이 하루 빨리 정립되어야 할 것이다.

로블록스, 포트나이트, 제페토 등 다양한 메타버스 플랫폼들의 등장으로 글로벌 사회 전반에 메타버스 플랫폼 서비스를 통해 메타버스 산업의 주도권 확보를 위해 글로벌 ICT 기업의 경쟁이 불붙었다고 할 수 있다. 본 고에서는 메타버스 플랫폼의 정착에 활용되고 있는 XR 기술의 현황과 글로벌 메타버스 플랫폼의 동향을 살펴보고 국내 메타버스 플랫폼 도입 확산과 산업 발전을 위한 시사점을 제시한다.

본 연구는 우리나라 제주도의 운송수단별 물동량을 중심으로 제주물류 현황을 분석하였으며 이로부터 제주 물류의 문제점을 식별하여 제주물류의 효율성을 개선하기 위한 기초자료로 활용하고자 한다.

This paper presents a case study on foreign language learning applications based on the speech recognition technology, aiming to grasp their current status and limitations of the technology applied to the foreign language speaking education, especially for English and French. As a result of examining the characteristics of the selected English and French applications by drawing on speech learning, it is shown that the use of speech recognition technology has the advantage of creating a speaking practice environment and giving feedback. However, in the case of feedback, there is a lack of appropriate calibration feedback which can help learners correct errors by themselves.

This paper explores the current condition of facebook pages in order to provide university libraries with practical ideas in using facebook services. A total of 20 facebook pages of 20 selected Korean and USA university libraries were examined and analyzed in various ways. The research questions for this study are: (1) how well do library operate the facebook page? (2) what are the category and nature of wall posts of library facebook pages. To get the answers to this questions, various checkpoints are developed and applied. The most significant findings are that there are a quite different data of operation and there are similar patterns of posts communication to the Korean and USA university library pages.

Millimeter wave is expected as the unlimited useful frequency resources for the next generation wireless communication services. In the past, its usage was limited to the military warfare due to lack of millimeter devices. The development of GaAs pHEMT in 1980 and the progress in the processing technologies made the new consumer wireless services possible utilizing millimeter waves. Specially, most of passive components necessary for circuit design can be integrated with GaAs pHEMTs and this removes the difficulty in assembly unavoidable in hybrid design. InP based pHEMTs developed later possess all the properties of GaAs and it shows many advantages in higher frequency applications. In this paper, the status and trends of those devices and MMICs are presented and the future developing trends is also described.

최근 기후의 급격한 변화 및 이상기후로 인해 전 세계적으로 가뭄의 발생빈도가 증가하고 있는 추세이다. 우리나라의 경우 지역·계절별 강수량의 편차로 인해 국지적으로 극심한 가뭄이 발생하고 있으며, 향후 피해는 더욱 증가할 것으로 예측하고 있다. 농업가뭄은 농작물 생육에 따른 수확량 및 수자원 이용에 직접적인 영향을 미치고 있으며, 농업수리시설물의 의존도가 높기 때문에 저수지의 대응능력과 농경지의 수리답 시설이 농업가뭄 대응을 위한 중요한 지표로써 활용되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 수리시설물의 가뭄대응능력과 평야부 농경지의 가뭄빈도를 이용하여 농업가뭄 취약성 평가를 수행하였다. 2015년 이후 매년 가뭄이 발생하는 충청남도 태안군을 시범지역으로 선정하였으며, 논 중심의 농업가뭄을 평가하기 위해 기상영향, 가뭄발생현황, 보조수원능력, 가뭄대응능력 4가지의 관련 항목을 선정하였다. 기상영향, 가뭄발생현황, 보조수원현황 항목은 계수화를 위해 데이터 속성 정보만을 이용하여 가중치를 산정하는 엔트로피 (Entropy) 방법을 적용하였으며, 가뭄대응능력 항목은 농업수리시설물과 농경지 평균 가뭄빈도 분석을 통해 점수화를 수행하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 지역별로 선제적인 가뭄대응 우선순위를 결정할 수 있고, 용수공급의 효율화 등 논 중심의 농업가뭄 대응을 위한 기초자료로써 활용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

최근 교육부의 가상대학 설비의지가 표명되면서 각 대학과 소프트웨어개발업자들은 가상대학의 구현에 노력을 기울이고 있다. 외국에서는 명문대학이건 2년제 대학이건 또는 통신대학이건 오래 전부터 원격교육의 형태가 활성화되어 있었으며 최근에는 각종 정보 기술 및 매체를 활용하여 보다 효율적이고 본격적인 가상교육 서비스를 제공하고 있다. 이러한 가상대학의 도래는 오늘날의 정보화사회에서 홈뱅킹, 전자상거래, 재택근무등의 사회현상과 동일한 맥락에서 필연적인 당위성을 내포하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 가상대학의 구성형태별 특징 및 현황을 조사하고 또한 가상대학 구현을 위한 솔루션 현황을 조사하여 향후 가상대학의 발전 방향에 대한 연구와 가상대학 시스템의 설계를 위한 기본 자료로서 제공하고자 한다.

본 연구는 동남아 각국에서 시행되고 있는 레저 스쿠버 잠수 인증 제도에 대한 자료를 수집하고, 잠수 현황 및 인중 현황을 비교하였다. 자료 수집을 위해 인터넷에 게시된 내용을 많이 활용하였고, 관련 문헌을 조사하였으며, 자료 보완을 위해 잠수 협회 관계자, 2007년 동남아 각국의 DIVE EXPO 에 참가한 동남아 각국의 관공홍보 정부 관계자, 잠수 리조트 운영자 및 강사들과 폭 넓은 인터뷰를 하였다. 논문에는 인증 제도에 대한 이해를 돕기 위해 스쿠버 잠수 인증 단체의 설립 역사를 간략히 소개하였고, 스쿠버 인증과 국채 표준의 관계에 대해서도 언급하였다.
