한국공업포장협회(KAIP)는 일본의 일본곤포공업조합연합회(JPA)와 중국의 중국포장연합회(CPF)와 함께 수송포장가인드라인(이후 가이드라인이라 칭함)을 제정하고 있다. 제정의 배경과 추진 현황 그리고 주요 내용 및 활용 계획에 대하여 설명하고 관련 업계 및 종사자들에게 이해의폭을 넓혀 제정 후에 이 가이드라인이 효과적으로 활용되어 수출 포장 화물의 손상 사고를 획기적으로 줄일 수 있게 되기를 기대하면서 현재 제정 사업이 진행 중에 있지만 가이드라인의 추진 배경, 현황 및 앞으로의 계획을 소개하고자 한다.

본고는 한국데이터베이스진흥센터에서 발행한 [2003년 데이터베이스 백서]에서 발췌 정리한 것이다. '96년 창간호를 시작으로 지난 2월 여섯 번째 백서가 발간됐다. 국내외 데이터베이스 산업 현황 및 데이터베이스 최신 기술을 소개하고 있다. 또 정부의 데이터베이스 관련 정책 현황 및 향후 제도적 과제 등을 폭넓게 소개해 주목받고 있다. 그 가운데 제조, 금융, 유통 분야의 데이터베이스 활용 사례 분석을 소개한다. 정보화 관련 정책 입안자와 업계 CEO 및 학계, 연구기관의 독자들에게 좋은 정보가 되길 바란다.

RFID는 우리의 삶을 바꿔놓고 있다. 이미 RFID 기술은 도서관에서 한 번에 여러 권의 책을 식별하여 대출 시간을 단축시키고 있고, 상점에서는 계산원 없이 소비자가 스스로 계산할 수 있도록 하고 있다. 이렇듯 RFID는 U-City를 실현하기 위한 기술로서 손색이 없지만, RFID가 가진 자동식별의 특징은 우리에게 혜택뿐만 아니라 보안 및 프라이버시 침해라는 부작용을 가져오기도 한다. 그리하여 세계적으로 다양한 기술적 제도적 보호대책들이 연구되고 있다. 따라서 본 고에서는 RFID 기술의 현재 상황을 파악할 수 있도록 RFID의 활용 현황과 보호대책에 대해 소개하고자 한다.

국가참조표준센터가 2006년에 설립된 이후 우리나라에서 필요로 하는 참조표준 개발이 궤도에 오르기 시작하였다. 일차적으로 참조표준을 개발하기 위한 기본 체제로서 국가참조표준체계가 지경부 고시에 의해 확립되었고 이 체계에 따라 현재 12개의 데이터센터가 지정되어 각기 분야별로 참조표준을 확립하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 참조표준 개발 현황을 간략하게 소개함과 동시에 산업계에서 이것이 실제적으로 어떻게 활용되고 있는지 제시하였다.

바이오인식 기술은 사람 신체의 고유한 특징을 기반으로 사용자를 식별, 인증할 수 있는 융합 기술로써, 다양한 활용 가능성을 가진 보안기술이다. 최근 아이폰 5s, 갤럭시 S5 등의 모바일 기기에 지문인식 기술이 채용되어 바이오정보를 활용한 기기 인증 등의 서비스를 제공하고 있으며, 향후 모바일 지급 결재 등 다양한 응용 서비스에도 바이오인식 기술적용이 확대될 전망이다. 본 기고에서는 우리나라가 바이오인식분야에서 ISO, ITU 등 국제표준화기구에서의 표준화 활동현황 및 전망을 살펴보고, 모바일 바이오인식 응용기술 등 향후 기술진화에 따른 발전 전망을 예측해 보도록 한다.

국립등대박물관은 1985년에 포항시 영일만에 있는 호미곶등대 옆에 건립되었다. 이후 몇 차례 확장을 했고, 2여년에 걸쳐 전시관을 신축하면서 유물관을 리모델링하고 2022년 7월 1일 재개관식을 개최했다.. 본 연구에서는 국립등대박물관의 핵심건물인 전시관의 상설전시공간의 현황을 조사하고 분석하여 국내 유일한 등대박물관으로의 역할과 발전방향을 고찰하고자 한다. 먼저 기존 상설전시실이 위치하던 유물관의 복잡한 동선체계를 개선하고 패널과 일반 모형 중심의 연출을 벗어나 이용객 지향적인 동선과 체험물을 활용했다. 앞으로도 전시공간 매치, 연출 및 그래픽 체계, 영상매체 등의 미디어를 활용해 관람객이 능동적으로 참여하는 공간을 구축해야 한다.

Recently the domestic construction companies have been occurred to the various demand of information. Also information quantity is increasing. But using information have been stated in low why large information quantity. The other side, the various Metadata have been proposing in the many field for an effective search and an application. So the Metadata for using construction information must be built. In this study, we have founded information of construction companies, present condition of information, concept of Metadata and recent report. And we have presented the Metadata system model and building process of information system. We have analyzed the Metadata element of construction. This study is the foundation for the Metadata using system.

본지를 통해 저자는 식품으로써 활용가치가 떨어지고 있는 산란노계육의 활용 현황에 대해서 소개를 한 바 있다. 이번호에서는 산란노계육의 활용을 위해 축산연구소에서 수행되었던 과제의 일부 결과물에 대해 소개를 하고자 한다. 이와 아울러 본고에 제공하는 내용들은 특허출원이 완료된 상태이므로 농촌진흥청의 허가 없이 독자들 임의로 본 자료를 배포할 수 없음을 공지하고자 한다.

To measure the state of instructional programs in school libraries revitalized by the MEST project, teacher-librarians who are members of a provincial library education research committee were asked to respond to a survey and phone interview. The results illustrate that both teacher-librarians and classroom teachers lack a comprehensive understanding of information literacy(IL), and that information literacy instruction(ILI) was implemented in less than half of the surveyed schools. Even in those schools where ILI was implemented, the curriculum was underdeveloped, frequently consisting of little more than basic library orientation programs. The lack of understanding regarding ILI by classroom teachers was specified as a major barrier.

As the recent research environment and research paradigm have become data-driven, Open Science, based on openness and sharing of public research results, has emerged as a global agenda for scientific research. National policies for sharing and re-use of research data from publicly-funded research are in effect globally. Therefore, in Korea, it is urgent to build policies and infrastructure for sharing and re-use of research data. In this paper, we investigate the current status of research data management of science and technology research institutes in Korea. We conducted in-depth interviews with researchers from 22 research institutes belonging to the National Research Council of Science & Technology, and 20 universities in Korea, asking about terms of creation management utilization of research data, willingness to share data, and needs for sharing and re-use of research data. From these interviews, we drew implications for open research data and future directions.
