현재 연근해 어선에는 정격하중 1∼2톤의 크레인이 주로 보급, 설치되고 있는데, 이들 어선에서 사용하는 크레인은 안정성이나 동적 특성에 관한 조사, 분석이 거의 없어 크레인을 이용한 어로작업시에 많은 위험이 수반되고 있다. 따라서, 연근해에서 사용되고 있는 크레인의 진동저감 대책과 안정적이고 효율적인 사용을 위해서는 크레인의 동적응답 특성에 대한 규명이 필요하고, 또한, 향후 어로 크레인의 사용을 활성화시켜 어로작업의 효율화와 노동력 절감을 모색하기 위한 연구가 절실히 요구된다. (중략)

최근 애플의 아이폰과 안드로이드폰이 국내에 출시됨에 따라 스마트폰에 관심이 크게 증가하고 있다. 이에 따라오는 인터넷 서비스등도 같이 크게 활성화되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 스마트폰의 보안위협에 대해서 각각의 운영체제에 따른 보안 기술을 파악하고, 서로의 보안 취약성을 비교 분석함에 따라 향후 보안 강화를 위한 방안 연구 방향을 제시하였다.

스마트폰 보급의 확산으로, 어플리케이션 마켓 및 다양한 인터넷 기반 서비스가 활성화되었다. 그러나 모바일 악성코드로 인한 공격 및 피해가 증가하고 있고 향후에는 더욱 지능화된 다양한 형태의 악의적 행위에 의한 정보 유출, 불법 과금, 부정 사용 등과 같은 보안 위협 일어날 것으로 예상된다. 본 논문은 스마트폰에서 보안사고의 사례와 취약점을 분석하고 대책 방안을 위한 연구 방향을 제시하고자 한다.

The utilization and value of drones are increasing throughout society. However, there was a lack of government support and investment such as lack of technology of domestic drone companies, regulation of loans and lack of technology evaluation items. Therefore, this paper conducts statistical analysis to derive what drone capacity should be strengthened for the drone industry activation in Daegu. As a result, the demand satisfaction(price, quality, service) of drones leads to revitalization of drone industry when the physical, social, and policy factors among drones are strengthened. In conclusion, drone capacity to be strengthened in order to revitalize the drone industry in Korea is based on physical factors(drone demand, development, number of registrations, number of businesses and workers), social factors(national level public relations, establishment of public education institutes, correct understanding of drone occupation, preception), policy factors(privacy measures, government funding, legislation and system easing). As for the three factors, the government, industry, and drone operators are expected to have a bright future when the trinity is improved and complemented.

KONEX (Korea New Exchange) is the organised stock exchange for small enterprises. It is a channel through which venture start-ups at their early stage can raise funds without a huge burden of debt. We explain the regulations in this market and examine the effects of major changes in the relevant regulations. The first change was replacing the call auction mechanism with the continuous auction mechanism. The change improved the information asymmetry among investors. The second was lowering the minimum deposit requirement for individual investors from 300 million won to 100 million won. As the result of the change, market liquidity increased a lot and the number of investors increased. The last change was introducing the small investment account. Although this raised the participation of individual investors but did not lead to the improvement in market liquidity or information asymmetry. In overall, encouraging more investors to participate in the transactions in KONEX is the fast way to boost the market, while the long-term strategy should focus more on improving the information asymmetry by helping information generating and transferring activities.

We tried to show the course of UTIS vitalization, promoting to introduce as part of the advanced traveler information system through analysis using traffic information gap model of service and structural equation modeling being used by drivers. The summary of the research is as follows. 1. We could find out the service matters needed to improve and what should be prior that make drivers' use increase through establishing the gap model of service. 2. We could establish the structural equation modeling through using traffic information use satisfaction rate, entire traffic information satisfaction rate as the observation variables. You can say it is the fruit of this research that it was confirmed the entire satisfaction rate of traffic information influenced extension, convenience, accuracy, economical efficiency in order. We could also arrange the base to determine the order of services for vitalization of UTIS in the future through grasping the priority of each service functions classified by factors. 3. It is confirmed that many drivers want multimedia function, driving support function and various functions for the personal convenience in situations except driving, which enable the drivers to enjoy leisures and interests rather than economical functions during driving due to the recent social and economic changes.

The construction engineering field is less than $3\~5\%$ of the gross construction cost but engineering's role is very important because the performance of final facility is decided in the engineering stage. Nowadays Korea, where the elderly comprise 11.7 percent of the population had approached to an aging society. In these situations, the purpose of this study is to investigate a employment policy directives of a senior for the employment activation. For this study. we divided the employment policy with a law aspect, a programmatic aspect and a social aspect. And researched about the employment policy case of advanced countries. In the law aspect, this study suggested that they should extend age-limited, strengthen the law and unify the policy actors. In the programmatic aspect, this study suggested that they should change the program goal, make diversification of programs and expand the education students. In the social aspect, this study suggested that they should promote the cognizance change and private participation about senior policy. This study was conducted for the employment activation of a senior.

Recently, the Korean government has announced a stream of countermeasures for stabilizing petroleum product prices. Especially, the Fair Trade Commission proposed a transaction guideline focusing on the petroleum-product blending. The main purpose of this study is to suggest the policy options to induce and promote petroleum-product blending. For this purpose, this paper describes the changes in domestic systems related to petroleum-product blending. In addition, it discusses the major topics for inducing and promoting petroleum-product blending. It would be prerequisites to alleviate or demolish the requirements of separate storage by supplier and exclusive dealing. These options would result in the price decreases at the stages of refinery and gas station. Due to the legal constraint of law revision, it should be also considered to increase more gas stations in wholesale marts and self or franchised independent gas stations.
