In global advanced countries, various efforts about maker education with maker-space into the formal education has been made. However, in Korea, the physical infrastructure and instructional supports for the maker education in connection with K-12 curriculum are insufficient. Therefore, this study aims to suggest how to promote maker education in domestic K-12 education field by examining best practices of maker education in the globe. To achieve the objective, 7 best practices, which consist of 3 cases led by a government-driven policy, 2 cases initiated by world-class universities, and 2 cases made by international schools, are examined and analyzed. As a result, the recommendations to integrate and promote maker education into the K-12 school level in Korea in terms of 3 different perspectives, the policies which government should consider, the efforts and considerations the institutions should be made, and the roles teachers and instructors play were drawn.

This review aims to propose a model that can reinterpret the abnormal and functional connections between cognitive processes and emotional regulations based on the neurocognitive networks for a comprehensive understanding of pathologic processes and treatment approach of depression and anxiety disorder. Through the processes of rebuilding the network model for depression and anxiety disorder, it was confirmed that depression can be said to be 'over-immersion in self-referencing' due to hyper-activation of default mode network (DMN), and anxiety disorders to be 'disconnection with self-referencing' due to hypo-activation of DMN. The attempts to link up between abnormal activation and pathological function of DMN which is thought to be involved in self-referential processing associated with self-consciousness and projection among neurocognitive networks may be another starting point that can afford to be suggestive in integrated interpretation and therapeutic approach to depression and anxiety disorder.

This study was to analyze the related contents by securing 32 volumes of 8 types of physical education textbooks for grades 3, 4, 5, 6 that are being used in the school field for the revitalization of dance education. As a result, the 3rd grade expression area organized textbooks focusing on movement language and expression elements. For the 4th grade, most textbooks suggested gymnastics using balls, hoops, and ribbons. In the 5th grade, Ganggangsullae and Mask dance were suggested in relation to Korean folk dances, and Tinikling and Gustaf's skoal suggested in relation to foreign folk dances. had been In the case of 6th graders, the exploration of expression elements and the expression process were presented in relation to thematic expression, and the subject expression was made possible with a focus on creative gymnastics. Also, line dance among practical dances was presented in most textbooks. Despite the importance of the expression domain, field teachers at school are complaining of difficulties in teaching and learning due to various internal and external problems. The need for activation is raised in that the expression domain can exert effects in all cognitive, mental, and affective domains.

The purpose of this paper is to improve curricula of the library and information science education as well as continuing education for children's librarians. For this purpose, the study examined current curricula provided for children's librarianship and continuing education programs. A questionnaire survey of the educational background of current children's librarians was also conducted. Based on the results, this study proposed model curricula in the library and information science education and continuing education programs to train children's librarians.

This article is concerned with the values of the BICOF in terms of the urban revitalization. The values of the BICOF cover the economic value, social value, cultural value and city image value. The 13 indicators for measuring the values of the BICOF are developed. The article examined how the related stakeholders identified the BICOF's values on the Bucheon City by using AHP method. In addition, the objectives and programmes of the BICOF are analyzed in the perspective of the urban revitalization. As a result, the recognition of the BICOF's values varied according to the stakeholders. In addition, the result of AHP analysis indicates that the cultural values and image values should have priorities in comparison with the social values and economic values. This recognitions is different from the recent formal statements that BICOF's economic values should be emphasized as a priority. The article concludes that the identity of the BICOF should be established in the base of building the value consensus among the related stakeholders.

Mitosis is a process in which a replicated genome is distributed to two daughter cells, and it is necessary for cell survival and organismal development. During mitosis, the spindle assembly checkpoint (SAC) ensures faithful chromosome segregation by monitoring the kinetochore attachment to the mitotic spindle. Although the SAC mechanism has been extensively studied over the last 30 years, the mechanism by which a single unattached kinetochore activates the SAC remains unclear. The key components of the SAC are Mad1, Mad2, Mad3 (BubR1 in higher eukaryotes), Bub1, Bub3, and Cdc20, which are all required for SAC activation. An essential step for SAC activation is the formation of the Mad2 - Cdc20 complex in the unattached kinetochore, which is kinetically disfavored. Although the mechanism by which Mad2 and Cdc20 are recruited to unattached kinetochores is well-known, it is not clear how they form a complex. Recently, a key mechanism for the formation of the Mad2 - Cdc20 complex has been identified, which is catalyzed by an unattached kinetochore. This supports the evidence that a single unattached kinetochore can activate the SAC signaling. Herein, we discuss the known key mechanism for SAC activation, review the recent studies on SAC, and conclude how their discoveries improved the understanding of mitosis.

The objective of this study is to explore the strategies to promote the use of the subject guide for Korean modern literature. To meet this objective this study conducted a survey on users' awareness of the subject guide service and sought out experts' opinions to identify the strategies to promote and improve the subject guide for Korean modern literature. The study proposes the following strategies: 1) Conduct promotional activities utilizing a variety of social media; 2) provide education for the user to enhance understanding of the utility of the subject guide; 3) build a website dedicated to the subject guide service for Korean modern literature; 4) provide an efficient subject-specific bibliography service by improving the quality of the subject guide, by offering full texts, ongoing content updates, and coordination with other institutions and agencies; and 5) tailor the service to user characteristics such as gender, age, occupation, and education level. Suggestions for future directions include research on the collaborative system, additional specific promotional strategies to promote the use of the subject guide, and development of evaluation indicators of the subject guide for Korean modern literature.

4-probe resistivity measurement technique was used to study hydrogen A-D(Absorption-Desorption)kinetics on Pd films(18 to 67nm thick) from 25 to $50^{\circ}C$, from 0 to 5 torr hydrogen pressure. Pd films were made on sapphire substrate by thermal evaporation technique under high vacuum at room temperature. Upto about 100 hydrogen A-D cyclings, no pulverization was observed, but film was detached partially from substrate. Forward reaction and backward reaction rate were analyzed separately. The activation energies of hydrogen A-D processes were obtained from the Arrhenius plot of the reaction rates. The activation energies of Pd films are not strongly dependent on the thickness of the film. But the activation energy of very thin film( l8nm thick) was smaller than the others.

Specific rates of solvolysis of 1-adamantyl fluoroformate in hydroxylic solvents have been measured by an electric conductivity method under various pressures. The activation parameters (${\Delta}V^{\neq}{_o},\;{\Delta}{\beta}^{\neq},\;{Delta}H^{\neq},\;{Delta}S^{\neq}$,/TEX>) and average pressure within the solvation-shell of activated complex (charge development) have been estimated from the rates. Also, the selectivities for the formation of solvolysis products in aqueous ethanol have been determined by response-calibrated GC. The values of ${\Delta}V^{\neq}{_o},\;and\;{\Delta}{\beta}^{\neq}$ are both negative, but ${Delta}H^{\neq}$ is positive and ${Delta}S^{\neq}$, is large negative. This behavior is discussed in terms of electrostriction of solvation. From these results, it could be postulated that the solvolysis of 1-adamantyl fluoroformate have two major reaction pathway.

Despite of the various advantages of modular construction method and the continued growth of related markets, it is difficult to activate them because no specific system has been established in Korea. Accordingly, this study derived improvement areas and tasks for activating modular construction methods through existing literature reviews and preliminary surveys. Then, AHP analysis and expected utility evaluation were conducted for expert groups to derive priority for improvement areas and tasks. In addition, opinions of enterprise and architectural research were compared and analyzed, and the analysis results suggested the direction of policy establishment and system improvement. This study is expected to be used as a basic study for policy decision-making to activate modular construction method.
