The purpose of this study is to derive the linkage between urban regeneration and district unit planning, in order to supplement the limitations of the spread of the effects of individual urban regeneration projects. To this end, institutional changes and previous studies with theoretical backgrounds were reviewed, the urban regeneration strategic plan and district unit plan cases in the spatial scope of Jeju Island were analyzed, and a unified administrative procedure to strengthen linkages was proposed. In addition, when selecting priorities for active regions, we reviewed how to use the indicators of involvement of residents, which enabled the project to be performed smoothly by grasping the participation of residents and the elements of complaints. Also a hypothetical target site was set up and suggested how to establish a district unit plan by type. Depending on the circumstances and environment of the site, the use of the land use plan and the regulation and mitigation of the district unit plan may be appropriately used to expect the inhabitants to expand their participation and revitalization. This study suggests ways to revitalize decayed areas beyond systematic urban planning in connection with systematic plans, to improve administrative procedures, and to promote bottom-up projects.

In this world, the interest in the marine leisure-sports, nature friendly oriented, has been increased. The width of leisure activities has became enlarged because of expansion of leisure time and the changes of recognition on the rational management and use of marine resources. Marina ports influence significantly marine leports and this paper reviewed the maria ports status and problems. This Country has strived to develop marina ports in local areas, designing the 1st basic National Plan of Marina Development. We have keen interest in Marina but have no detail strategy and preparation. This paper suggested how marina port shall be developed for the expansion of marine leports and what strategies shall be adopted for the activation of the facilities. After reviewing the previous researches and with the results of questionnaire survey, this paper suggested two types strategies. First on the policy oriented point, it suggested 10 alternatives on the perspectives of development and operation areas. Secondly, it proposed some strategies for the activation of marina ports on the aspects of 4Ps of marketing. This paper theoretically groped the activation schemes with the knowledge and experiences of experts, but it is recommended furthermore some survey on the practical field and user attitude must be progressed.

In recent years, various studies have been carried out on various types of entrepreneurship and comparative activities according to policy efforts and support such as the activation of a bachelor's degree in the establishment of a university, and attention has been paid to the fact that the participation and the educational effect of the students may be different depending on the type. The purpose of this study is to investigate entrepreneurial motivation, entrepreneurship, and entrepreneurial intention in the case of experiential entrepreneurship class focusing on the theoretical-oriented general entrepreneurship class, And the effect of entrepreneurship on entrepreneurial intention. The data were collected and empirical analysis was conducted to compare the difference between the two groups. The results of this study are as follows: First, out of the motivation factors of entrepreneurs, entrepreneurship education, achievement desire, human network, self - esteem, etc. We can confirm that the motivation of entrepreneurs is recognized more greatly. Second, the entrepreneurship factor was not significantly different from the perception between experiential entrepreneurship lecture and theoretical entrepreneurship learner. Third, experiential entrepreneurship learner perceived more willingness to start business than theoretical entrepreneurship learner. Finally, among the entrepreneurship motivation factors, among the entrepreneurship education, achievement desire and entrepreneurship factor, the risk sensitivity affects the entrepreneurial will. This study suggests that the direction of entrepreneurial education focused on quantitative expansion and the creation of qualitative effects of entrepreneurship education are needed. In the future, it will provide policy implications for revitalizing experiential entrepreneurship education In addition, it can contribute to the diffusion of research on the effect of entrepreneurship education.

The current system for private participation in infrastructure can be applied for geographic information system(GIS) projects. But there are some limits to promote the private sector's participation GIS projects. The purpose of the study is to explain the major causes of conflict and conflict control for private participation in geographic information system projects. First, the theoretical perspectives for private participation in geographic information system projects and conflict issues were represented. Second, this paper presents the causes of conflict and conflict control on the basis of case study. In conclusion, the policy is developed for the promotion of private participation in geographic information system projects.

This system Will allow primary and secondary treatment institutions poorly equipped with medical equipment to use Internet and book their patients' medical checkups with tertiary hospitals equipped with remote medical information system. This research aims to make theoretical studies on the remote medical service information sharing system and discuss its utility and factors to be considered for spreading the system. To efficiently push ahead with the remote medical service information sharing system, we need to be open-minded in sharing medical service information, establish comprehensive pursuit system, introduce incentive aimed at activating the information system, have close coordination with the central government, flexibly respond to changing technologies, and offer publicity and education.

본 논문은 스마트 사회에 요구되는 핵심역량으로서 디지털리터러시를 제안하고 선행연구에서 다루었던 학습지향성을 자원기반관점의 핵심역량으로 채택하여 기업성과와의 관계를 실증적으로 분석하였다. 이를 위해 중소기업창업지원법상의 기술기반 창업기업 200개 업체를 표본으로 하여 연구를 진행하였다. 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 학습지향성이 기업성과에 유의적인 정(+)의 영향을 미칠 것이라는 가설은 채택되었다. 둘째, 디지털리터러시가 기업성과에 유의적인 정(+)의 영향을 미칠 것이라는 가설은 채택되었다. 셋째, 디지털리터러시가 높을수록 기업성과에 대한 학습지향성의 영향력이 커질 것이라는 가설은 채택되었다. 본 논문의 이론적 실무적 시사점은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 스마트 사회의 등장으로 창업 및 기업성과에 대한 디지털리터러시의 영향이 중요해지고 있음에도 불구하고 디지털리터러시와 기업성과 간의 관계에 대한 실증 연구가 많이 부족하였다. 본 연구는 스마트 사회의 창업성공요인으로 디지털리터러시를 제안하여 학습지향성과 기업성과 간의 관계에 대한 디지털리터러시의 조절효과 및 디지털리터러시와 기업성과 간의 관계를 실증적으로 분석함으로써 디지털리터러시 관련 연구의 확산에 기여하고 있다. 둘째, 자원기반관점과 핵심역량이론에 따라 창업기업의 핵심역량으로서 학습지향성과 디지털리터러시를 채택하고 기업성과와의 관련성을 도출함으로써 두 가지 변수 모두 혁신형 창업을 활성화할 수 있는 스마트 사회의 핵심역량임을 확인하였다. 셋째, 연구방법론 측면에서 본 연구는 기업성과의 하위변수로 재무성과와 비재무성과 이외에 지적재산권의 출원이나 등록 등을 통해 측정되는 연구개발성과를 추가함으로써 기술기반 창업기업의 성장성 및 미래관점을 반영하고 있다.

RFID란 무선인식기술을 말하는 것으로써 무선으로 사람, 물건, 동물 등을 인식, 추적, 식별할 수 있는 기술이다. 이러한 RFID에 대하여 많은 관심이 증대되고 있는 현실속에서 RFID를 도입함으로써 많은 효익을 얻을 것이라는 예측에도 불구하고 아직까지 대부분의 기업들은 RFID 도입에 적극적이지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 RFID 도입을 혁신의 한 유형으로 보고, 혁신모형에 기반하여 RFID 도입에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하여, 현재 RFID를 도입한 기업 및 도입을 고려중인 기업을 대상으로 RFID도입에 영향을 미치는 요인에 대한 실증분석을 실시함으로써, RFID가 경쟁도구로서 기업에 보다 빨리 확산되고 활성화 될 수 있는 효율적이고 체계적인 방향을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 혁신이론에 관한 선행연구를 기초로 RFID 도입이 혁신에 적합한지를 확인하고, 기술적 요인을 RFID 도입에 대한 영향정도를 살펴보았으며, 거래업체와의 관계특성요인(파워)에 대한 조절효과도 검증하였다.

최근 들어 개인용 컴퓨터의 광범위한 보급과 인터넷의 확산으로 인하여 이러한 시스템을 사용하는 사용자들은 보다 편리하고 사용자의 요구에 적절하게 대응할 수 있는 지능화 된 시스템을 필요로 하게 되었다. 이러한 배경을 바탕으로 하여 지능형 에이전트 이론을 활용한 연구와 개발은 다방면에 걸쳐 활성화되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 패턴분류에 있어서의 몇 가지 알고리즘을 통하여 공통된 데이터에 대한 패턴 클러스터링을 통한 패턴의 분류 방법을 고찰하고, 또한 지능형 에이전트 개념을 적용하여 패턴분류를 위한 지능형 에이전트 시스템을 모델링하고 구현하였다. 그 결과 4개의 알고리즘에 대한 300개의 3차원 데이터의 패턴분류가 정확하게 되는 것을 확인하였으며, 본 연구의 핵심 분야인 지능형 에이전트 시스템의 다양한 에이전트들을 적용하여 기존의 시스템과는 차별화 된 인터페이스가 이루어질 수 있음을 보인다.

The diffusion of webpages has inevitably brought about changes in providing the information service of the medical libraries. Accordingly this study builds a theoretical background in relation to webpages and information services of the medical libraries. Also, this paper examines the current information services in the webpages of the medical libraries in Seoul. By so doing, this study aims to enhance the information service in webpages of the medical libraries.

The development and diffusion of PC network have impact on civil administration service that has become part of our daily lives. This study constructs the theoretical background on the civil administration service, examines the development of it, investigates and analyzes the actual conditions based on its information structure and contents, and suggests some recommendations to enhance the service.
