본 연구에서는 RFID를 이용한 환자를 인식하는 시스템에 대해 제안한다. RFID를 이용한 환자인식 시스템은 이미 구축된 전자차트 시스템을 어느 진료 장소에서도 정확히 환자를 스스로 인식하여 기존의 전자차트와 연결함으로써 외래 진료시에도 전자차트 시스템을 이용할 수 있도록 하는 것을 목표로 하고 있다. 또한 환자와 해당 환자의 전자차트의 정보를 정확히 연결하여 잘못된 처방을 미연에 방지하고 의사 및 의료 종사자가 기존의 차트 시스템을 진료 후 다시 전자차트에 입력해야 하는 불필요성을 줄이는 것을 목표로 한다.

This cross-sectional study investigated the relationship among three factors related to patient safety activities: (1) Experiences, (2) Perceptions, and (3) Willingness to Participate. An online survey was administered to 195 people in November 2019. Participants were admitted to a general hospital within the past year. Patient safety activity experience had a significant direct effect on patient safety perception, and patient safety perception had a significant direct effect on willingness to participate. Patient safety perception thus significantly mediates the relationship between patient safety activity experience and willingness to participate. It is necessary to increase patient safety perception through publicity of and educating on patient safety activities performed by hospitals. Doing so may increase willingness to participate in patient safety activities.

This study was conducted to identify the social perception of schizophrenic patients through films expressed in schizophrenic patients. We analyzed 48 films and scenarios that have been screened for the last 40 years by content analysis method to perceive interpersonal and emotional perception, perception of families and treatment measures. Patients were violent, dangerous, and burdensome to the family. However, specific experience or internal description has increased, and attitude of family or patients related to treatment has been more actively described since 1996. In conclusion, the perception of patients seen negative, want to avoid, giving burdens and pain to others. Therefore, to improve the social perception of mental disorders, it is necessary to make active use of films that have a high impact on public perception, and try to study the influence of visual media on perception change.

The purpose of this study was to research the perception on patient private information protection of 126 nursing students before clinical practice. The mean score of perception on patient private information protection was 4.52 points of full 5. The perception of protecting patient privacy was no significantly differentiated with general characteristics of nursing students. Development and application of patient private information education program for inexperienced nursing students is necessary. Also it is necessary to seek joint plans between medical institutions and universities to improve the awareness of patient privacy.

Since speech impairment is prevalent in patients with Parkinson's disease (PD), speech recognition systems suitable for these patients are needed. In this paper, we propose a speech recognition system that effectively recognizes the speech of patients with PD. The speech recognition system is firstly pre-trained with the Globalformer using the speech data from healthy people, and then fine-tuned using relatively small amount of speech data from the patient with PD. For this analysis, we used the speech dataset of healthy people built by AI hub and that of patients with PD collected at Inha University Hospital. As a result of the experiment, the proposed speech recognition system recognized the speech of patients with PD with Character Error Rate (CER) of 22.15 %, which was a better result compared to other methods.

본 연구에서는 정신분열증 환자들이 인식하는 타인의 얼굴표정에 관한 정보를 정상집단과 비교해보았다. 정신분열증환자 30명과 정상인 31명을 대상으로 얼굴 계인 검사와 28개의 얼굴표정에 대한 명명과제를 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 얼굴표정에 대한 명명에서 정신분열증 환자집단은 정상집단에 비해 얼굴표정을 명명하는 일치율이 낮았고 흐뭇함과 두려움을 표현하는 표정을 인식하는데 어려움을 나타냈다. 또한, 28개의 얼굴표정들 중, 정신분열증 환자들은 7개의 표정(흐뭇함 3, 두려움 2, 경멸 1, 나른한 1)을 정상집단과 다른 정서로 명명하였다. 연구 결과를 통해, 정신분열증 환자들은 타인의 얼굴정서를 인식하는데 정상인들과 차이를 나타낸다는 것을 알 수 있었으며 이러한 결과를 토대로 정신분열증 환자들의 타인의 정서인식능력의 결핍에 대해서 논의하였다.

The purpose of this paper, as a part of healthcare research, is to design and development Patient-aware System that will support EMR(Electronic Medical Record) in hospital. A mobile device-based system that can use database of existing EMR, replace existing paper-type chart, and identify patient fast and correctly was developed. To identify patient, RFID(Radio Frequency Identification) was used, and through interworking RFID and the system, it is possible to identify patient automatically. The developed system was tested in the test bed, and the possibility of faster diagnosis and treatment than existing paper-type chart was tested.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between the awareness of patient safety and performance of patient safety activities among hospitalized patients, and to provide basic data for the development of programs to improve them. The subjects were 103 adult patients at a general hospital in D city. Data were collected from Feb. 22 to Mar. 12, 2021, using structured questionnaires to measure the awareness of patient safety and performance of patient safety activities. The mean (±standard deviation) scores of awareness of patient safety and performance of patient safety activities were 4.22±0.52 out of 5 and 3.35±0.48 out of 4, respectively. The awareness of patient safety varied significantly depending on patient safety education (t=4.85, p<.001). The performance of patient safety activities varied significantly depending on marital state (t=2.75, p=.007) and patient safety education (t=3.88, p<.001). There was a significant correlation between the awareness of patient safety and the performance of patient safety activities (r=.59, p<.001). It is thus necessary to promote the improvement of the patient safety culture by developing programs to improve awareness of patient safety and performance of patient safety activities in hospitalized patients and to apply them systematically in clinical practice.

1. 병실의 온도는 여름과 겨울에 각각 전체 산술평균 27.2$^{\circ}C$, 24.9$^{\circ}C$이었고, 환자들의 인식은 공히 보통인 편이었다. 습도는 각각 62.1%, 26.4%이었고 환자들의 인식은 역시 보통인 편이었다. 2. 병실의 공기상태에 대한 환자들의 인식은 여름과 겨울 공히 보통이었고, 색채도 역시 공히 보통인 편이었다. 3. 병실의 조도환경은 여름과 겨울에 각각 전체 산술평균 304lux, 301lux이었고, 환자들의 인식은 보통보다 다소 높은 편이었다. 4. 병실의 소음환경은 여름과 겨울에 각각 전체 산술평균 55.1dB, 57.7dB이었고, 환자들의 인식은 공히 보통인 편이었다. 공간에 대한 인식도 보통인 편이었다. 5. 병실의 보호자 식당 위생상태에 대한 보호자의 인식은 여름과 겨울 공히 보통인 편이었다. 병실 쓰레기 처리는 여름과 겨울 공히 보통보다 다소 안 되는 편이었다. 6. 병실의 심리적 환경은 여름과 겨울 공히 보통보다 다소 높았다. 7. 온열환경, 조도환경, 소음환경, 심리환경, 위생환경 요인간에 상관분석한 결과 양의 상관관계를 보였으나 상관관계는 아주 낮았다.
