  • 사물인터넷을 실현하는데 있어서 중요한 역할을 하는 것은 센싱 기술 즉, 감지 기술이다. 이러한 감지 기술 중 널리 사용되고 있는 감지 기술이 블루투스다. 하지만 기존의 블루투스 기술은 전력 소모가 많아 장시간 사용에 많은 어려움이 존재하기 때문에 센서 에는 부적합하다는 단점이 있다. BLE는 기존 블루투스 기술의 단점인 비효율적인 전력 소모를 보완한 기술로, 다양한 기기간의 쌍방향 통신을 무선으로 연결하며 장기간의 배터리 수명을 보장한다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 안드로이드 환경에서 BLE 장치를 제어하기 위한 어플리케이션을 설계한다.

Image based Fire Detection using Convolutional Neural Network (CNN을 활용한 영상 기반의 화재 감지)

  • Performance of the existing sensor-based fire detection system is limited according to factors in the environment surrounding the sensor. A number of image-based fire detection systems were introduced in order to solve these problem. But such a system can generate a false alarm for objects similar in appearance to fire due to algorithm that directly defines the characteristics of a flame. Also fir detection systems using movement between video flames cannot operate correctly as intended in an environment in which the network is unstable. In this paper, we propose an image-based fire detection method using CNN (Convolutional Neural Network). In this method, firstly we extract fire candidate region using color information from video frame input and then detect fire using trained CNN. Also, we show that the performance is significantly improved compared to the detection rate and missing rate found in previous studies.

  • In modern society, due to various accidents and crime threats committed to an unspecified number of people, individual security awareness is increasing throughout society and various surveillance techniques are being actively studied. Still, there is a decline in robustness due to many problems, requiring higher reliability monitoring techniques. Thus, this paper suggests a real-time change detection technique to complement the low robustness problem in various environments and dynamic/static change detection and to solve the cost efficiency problem. We used the Self-Organizing Map (SOM) applied as a data clustering technique to implement change detection, and we were able to confirm the superiority of noise robustness and abnormal detection judgment compared to the detection technique applied to the existing image surveillance system through simulation in the indoor office environment.

  • This study suggested the mobile intelligent management system based on the cloud service. The mobile intelligent management system are composed of cloud server, middleware and sensor networks. Each modules are controlled on mobile environment and observed operating status of each apparatus for environment. In this pater, the image-based moving detection algorithm applied in order to detect an intruder and average 12.3% are measured in moving detection experiments. it was confirmed the validity of the security device.

  • This paper presents development of meander monitoring system base reliable detection at conveyer belt used for materials transport line of steel company. Conventional detection method is losed the confidence, because of the place with bad surroundings of measurement so much that materials production line are completely exposed to dust, moisture and vibration. For the solution of this problem, we developed infrared meander detection system using the infrared sensor array and one chip microprocessor which is available for bad surroundings and inexpensive. The reliability of the system was estimated by experiment.

  • Smoke detector is commonly used to reduce fire detection time. However, technical problems regarding its inaccuracy of laser beam-receiving point on the surface of the sensor associated with incoming interference are identified when the laser transmitter and receiver are installed at a distance of about 100m. In this paper, we propose the auto focus alignment algorithm with high precision to adjust tilting angle of lasers caused by environmental interference so that solve existing issues using multi-level worm gear set.

Highly Sensitive Partial Discharge Sensor with Remote Monitoring Capabilities (원격감시 기능을 갖는 고감도 부분방전센서)

  • Remote monitoring partial discharge sensor, equipping with hybrid filter combining optical and electrical noise reduction capabilities and with signal integrating function to calculate total arc energy, was investigated. Hybrid filter showed insensitivity to fluorescent and incandescent lamps under simulated distribution panel condition. Signal integrating function showed selective detection capability corresponding to different arc energy levels, while convention arc sensor had difficulty to discriminate arc energy level due to bursty arc waveform and peak level detection characteristics. The sensor showed possibility for application to remote monitoring partial discharge sensor, since it detected arc energy level corresponding to normal open and close discharge in low voltage 100A MCCB at 2m distance.

  • 본 논문의 사회적 취약지구를 위한 전용 화재감지 AI'sTory 플랫폼은 달동네와 판자촌과 같이 소외계층이 집약된 곳이라면 노후된 기기와 전선들이 많을 것이고 그렇다면 전기적 요인으로 인한 화재가 발생할 것이라는 가설에서부터 시작한다. 피해의 최소화를 위해 고안한 사회적 취약지구를 위한 전용 화재감지 AI'sTory 는 스파크를 감지하고, 전선 주위의 발열량을 모니터링하며, 화재를 감지한 즉시 소방서로 연락을 취하는 인공지능 시스템이다. 더 나아가 센서로부터 데이터를 받아 매일 온·습도, 전력 접촉부의 온도, 계절 등 여러 환경을 고려해 화재가 발생할 확률을 계산한다. 또한 화재가 발생하지 않아도 매일 화재 발생 위험률을 제공한다. 이 정보를 제공하기 위해 사회적 취약지구를 위한 전용 화재감지 AI'sTory 는 하드웨어와 소프트웨어, 인공지능으로 구성하였다.

  • We propose ESS_WMCE. This paper explains the design and implementation of the EDSS running on ESS_WMCE. EDSS is a synchronization error control system for web based multimedia collaboration environment. We have an error detection approach by using hooking method. The technique of an error transmission is a mended model of utilizing an application sharing system. DOORAE is a good framework model for supporting development on application for computer supported cooperated works. It has primitive service functions. Service functions are implemented with an object oriented concept. It is a system that is suitable for detecting and sharing a software error rapidly occurring on web based multimedia collaboration environment by using software techniques. It is able to share an error as well as providing URL synchronization to access shared objects. When an error occurs, this system detects an error by using hooking methods in MS-Windows API(Application Program Interface) function. If an error is found, it is able to provide an error sharing to access shared objects.
