  • RFID(Radio Frequency Identification) which is emerging from a change in digital convergence paradigm and recently rapidly advancing throughout the overall society is the core technology based on Ubiquitous network. In other words, This is a technology to identify the information of the object and recognize the situation by attaching electrical tag to an object and using Reader that can read the information of the object. With the emergence of the technology, it has turned the existing maintenance of the product into the network and intelligence of the product control by using the bar cord to maintain the product and will lead a revolution throughout overall society by affecting the fields of distribution and product maintenance as well as those of medicines, chemicals and food which the electrical tag can be attached to. his paper shows that utilizing the Bluetooth which is a local wireless telecommunication in the standalone imbedded system can implement the piconet configuration among the Readers and the data telecommunication with the main server.

  • From environmental point of view, the foreign exchange crisis has motivated the Government to make the positive promoting policy for holding the foreign currency, leading to a series of small companies' bankruptcy due to foreign distribution companies' advance into our country, creating a new consuming culture. Though inaugurations have been vividly in progress in the aftermath of recession, reduced staffs and arranged layoff, their way gives priority to the reduced frame of the existing method rather tham the development or improvement of a new distribution. It is difficult to attain the sales goal unless a marketing analysis is not properly made, due to store managers' lack in expertism of management. In view of culture, the change of retail stores is imperative at the point that the type of consumers' purchase is rapidly changing and a more positive business system is needed. preventing an opportunistic loss of management through the analysis of outcome such as consumer management, sales management and account management by using computers. In view of design. the display in sale is to interpret products more charmingly, and should make interpretation accurately by selecting an important theme. For this, taking the store for valuables for instance. the progress on the effective foundation and store dinic business by presenting the design blue print can be made, and the strategy coping with the foreign distribution market's rush into Korea can be established. through the advanced store management.

  • 경영성과(經營成果)의 평가지표(評價指漂)는 개별조직의 목표와 제약환경, 즉 이용가능한 자원량과 개별적 특수요인 등을 고려하여 설정하여야 하며, 산업내의 특성과 동질적 비교집단을 이해함으로써 조직의 성과와 직접적으로 연결될 수 있어야 한다. 또한 조직의 평가는 부분적(部分的)인 효율성(效率性)에 편중되지 않고 투입과 산출간의 유기적인 관계를 총체적인 관점에서 분석함으로써 종합적(綜合的) 효율성(效率性)에 그 촛점이 두어져야 한다. 이러한 문제의 인식에 바탕을 두어 본 연구에서는 Charnes, Cooper와 Rhodes(1978)에 의해 처음 개발되어 주로 비영리기관의 경영성과의 평가에 많이 사용하여 온 DEA(Data Envelopment Analysis)기법을 이용하여 금융기관(金融機關)의 효율성(效率性)을 평가(評價)한다. 금융기관은 다양한 투입요소를 사용하여 다양한 서비스 상품을 제공하는 조직이기 때문에, 또 재무비율을 이용한 기존의 평가나 통계적 생산함수의 추정에 의한 평가방법은 단순히 과거의 실적을 평가하는 데 그치게 되고 객관성이 결여되기 쉽기 때문에 조직의 미래운영방향의 설정에 도움이 되지 못한다는 단점을 가지고 있다. 그러나, DEA은 다수의 투입과 산출요소를 요구하는 경우에 적합하게 설계된 분석방법이므로 금융기관의 성과분석에 적절하게 이용될 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 먼저 금융기관(金融機關)의 효율성(效率性)을 평가(評價)하는 기존의 방법을 간략하게 검토한 다음, DEA에 관한 이론적 기초와 그 특성을 검토한다. 실증분석에서는 여 수신업무(與 受信業務)를 수행하고 있는 국내금융기관들 중에서 자료의 동질성과 표본대상 기업의 수를 고려하여 은행업(銀行業)과 투자금융업(投資金融業)을 선정하고 이들 업종에 속한 37개 회사들에 대한 운영효율성(運營效率性)을 측정한다. 투입요소로 직원의 수와 영업비용을, 그리고 산출요소로 영업수익과 경상이 익을 선정하고, 3년간의 자료를 사용하여 실증분석을 한다. 분석의 결과에 의하면, 18개 전체 은행의 평균적인 효율성의 정도는 가장 효율적인 은행을 기준으로 할 때, 약 85% 수준에 그치고 있어서, 나머지 대부분의 은행들 특히 대규모 시중은행들의 경영상의 개선의 여지가 매우 크다고 할 수 있다. 5대 시중은행들간에는 효율성의 차이가 거의 없는 반면, 지방은행들간에는 매우 큰 차이가 있는 것으로 나타난다. 이는 영업지역의 제한으로 인하여 지역경제 규모가 은행의 수지상황에 결정적인 영향을 미치고 있다는 것을 반영하고 있다. 29개 단자회사를 대상으로 한 투자금융업의 경우에도 은행업의 경우와 동일하게 낮은 효율성과 지역간 격차현상이 나타나고 있다.

  • The purpose of this study is to show the optimal leadership model based on general manager management that is related to hotel employees, which may then be applied to ideal hotel management in Korea. The variables analyzed in this study are employee-management relations from the lowest ranking employee to the highest level of management, with communication and job understanding held common among the subjects. This study looks in detail at four main concepts. Firstly, the employees are encouraged to put forth their best efforts through the standardization of the requirements and regulations of the job and ensuring product suitability. Secondly, the cultivation of new hotel culture empowers the employees. The third point taken into account is the encouragement of employees to take pride in the work they do, which is done through a kind of reward system and salary. The final point considered is the empowerment of employees, which results in employee commitment to the job.

A Study on Cultural Value Creation in Animal Festivals (동물 이용 축제의 문화적 가치 생성 연구)

  • This study is to criticize whether festivals as cultural activities form cultural values by questioning about the animal cruelty in Korean festivals. Changes in the social awareness of animals and the viewpoint that shifted from human-centered thinking to values of the environment and life served as an opportunity to look back on animals. This study looked at festivals using animals in Korea and especially analyzed the four major animal festivals that have been criticized. A qualitative study method interpreting opinions, evaluations, alternatives, and arguments of cultural tourism and animal rights experts was implemented by conducting interviews with experts of cultural tourism and animal rights, who have conflicting views about animal festivals. The primary topic of discussion is a sharp criticism that 'sales of products based on innocence' is a commercialized cultural value. The expression that 'wrongful traditions do not need to be protected' is an escape from the customary memory of traditions that do not create cultural values. The act of stopping the long malpractice of traditional animal violence is the very act of creating 'cultural values.'

  • IT기술의 발전과 스마트기기의 대중화로 인한 정보통신기술의 눈부신 발전으로 온라인 플랫폼을 통한 식품구매 비중이 급격히 증가하여 온·오프라인의 경계를 없어지고 있다. 더군다나 COVID-19 팬데믹은 반조리식품, 밀키트 등 홈쿡(Home-cook) 온라인시장을 급격히 확산시키며 소비자 구매추세를 오프라인에서 온라인으로 완전히 바꿔놓는 전환점이 되었다. 이런 트랜드를 반영하듯 다양한 온라인 식자재 이커머스 플랫폼의 출현하면서 브랜드마다 각각의 차별점을 내세우고 있으나 경쟁은 치열해지고 차별화는 더욱 어려운 게 현실이다. 이는 기업이 소비자에게 일방향으로 정보 또는 상품 및 서비스를 제공 하는 수직적 관계가 아닌, 수평적 쌍방향 관계로의 발전으로 이어져 브랜드가 가지고 있는 가치에 대해 보다 정직하게 보여주어야 소비자의 신뢰를 얻을 수 있게 되었다(Kotler, 2017). 또한, 과거에 소비자들의 만족도가 높았던 서비스도 현재 환경에서는 소비자의 니즈를 충족시키지 못하는 경우가 증가하고 있다(조윤오, 2018). 이는 서비스에 대한 소비자의 기대와 니즈가 지속적으로 변화하고 있다는 것을 의미하며, 이에 따라 기업은 소비자들의 새로운 요구를 만족시키기 위하여 다양한 서비스를 개발 및 제공하는 것이 중요하다고 사료된다(김광재 등, 2011). 이미 높은 인지도를 가진 플랫폼일지라도 지속가능한 우위를 선점하기 어려운 상황에서 온라인 플랫폼에 대한 소비자의 긍정적인 태도와 재구매를 유도하기 위해 제품 본질 뿐 아니라 서비스 차별화를 꾀하고 있고 차별화된 포지션을 차지하기 위해 온라인 플랫폼에 대한 소비자 인식과 서비스 품질 요인을 측정하여 고객이 중시하는 요인에 집중하는 것이 필요하다. 이에 본 연구는 온라인 플랫폼을 통해 식자재를 구매하는 소비자의 꾸준한 방문과 구매를 유인하기 위해 어떤 변수의 영향력을 높여야 소비자 재구매의도를 증가시킬 수 있는지 방법을 모색하고 온라인 플랫폼 기업 및 스타트업의 경영전략 마련에 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 식자재 구매 플랫폼 품질속성, 서비스품질 정도,, 충성도의 전반적인 영향관계를 파악하는 연구 과제를 설정하고, 식자재 이커머스 온라인 플랫폼 이용 전반에 대한 평가를 실시할 예정이다. 이러한 과정을 통해 도출된 결과는 식자재 이커머스 플랫폼 운영 전략을 세우는데 유용한 자료가 될 것이라 기대하며, 기존의 온라인 식품구매 플랫폼의 서비스품질 요인과 소비자 행동 간의 관계를 설명하는 것과는 다른 새로운 시사점을 제공할 수 있다는 측면에서 의미 있는 연구가 될 것이다. 또한, 다양한 산업에서의 플랫폼 비지니스 모델 적용을 위한 전략 수립을 하는 데에 필요한 기초자료를 마련하고자 한다.

Futuristic VR image presentation technique for better mobile commerce effectiveness (모바일 상거래 효과를 높이기 위한 미래형 VR 이미지 프레젠테이션 기술)

  • Previous studies show that VR images can influence consumers' attitudes and behaviors by evoking imagination. In this study, we introduce a reality-based closed-loop 3D image (hereafter Virtualgraph). Then we try to see whether such image would increase evocativeness in a mobile commerce environment and whether higher telepresence of the visual image of a product can increase the purchase intention of that product. In order to find the above, we developed a model comprised of constructs containing telepresence, perceived value price, perceived food quality, and vividness of visual imagery questionnaire (VVIQ). We used Virtualgraph application to conduct an experiment, and then conducted an interview as well as a survey. As results of the experiment, survey and interview, we found the followings. First, users evoke imagination better with Virtualgraph than with still images. Second, increased evocativeness affects purchase intention if the perceived quality of fresh food product is satif actory. Third, increased evocativeness makes users value products higher and do even much higher when the perceived quality of fresh food product is good. From the interview, we could find that the experimental group had higher purchase intentions and perceived products as more expensive ones. Also, they perceived images of products clearer and more vivid than did the control group. We also discuss the strategic implications of using Virtualgraph in mobile shopping malls.

Factors Affecting Cross-Buying Intentions in the Banking Industry (은행서비스 산업에서 교차구매 의도의 영향요인에 관한 연구)

  • This study aims to shed light on the new insights on the cross-buying intentions in the banking industry and suggests an integrated model of the cross-buying intentions. Recently with globalization in the financial sector, financial companies are trying to retain current customers and attract new one by developing various financial products. In South Korea, this trend is especially apparent in the banking sector. Cross-selling of various financial products such as beneficiary certificates, bankasurance and etc. is becoming more important in retaining competitive advantage in Korean banking industry. However, there are few studies which are trying to find out the factors affecting cross-buying intentions and explain their interrelationships comprehensively. Based upon the previous studies, this study finds out the factors affecting cross-buying intentions and classifies them into two dimensions: affective and instrumental. Affective dimension includes trust, satisfaction and commitment. Instrumental dimension includes the factors such as geological convenience, one-stop convenience, professionality, and direct mail. The results from this study are as follow. All the factors in the affective dimension(trust, satisfaction and commitment) have significant impacts on cross-buying intentions. Also all the factors in the instrumental dimension(geological convenience, one-stop convenience, professionality, and DM) significantly affect cross-buying intentions. Some implications of this dissertation are as follow; First, this study identifies the antecedents of cross-buying intentions comprehensively. Second, this paper provides practical guidelines for the banks attempting to intensify cross-selling activities. Third, banks need to develop sophisticated plans which can consolidate the emotional ties with customers through positive service experiences as the affective dimension is important in influencing cross-buying intentions. Finally, regarding the instrumental dimesnion, the implications are: 1) Developing various new financial products in addition to traditional product such as deposits and installment savings for improving customer convenience, 2) Enhancing the professionality of employees by strengthening education programs on numbers of financial products, 3) Increasing cross-buying intentions through the DM.

The Case Study on Industry-Leading Marketing of Woori Investment and Securities (우리투자증권의 시장선도 마케팅 사례연구)

  • This study analyzed Woori Investment and Securities' industry-leading marketing from both a brand management and a marketing decision-making perspective. By executing a different marketing strategy from its competitors, Woori Investment and Securities recognized recent changes in the asset management and investment markets as an open opportunity, and quickly responded to the market changes. First, the company launched the octo brand as a multi-account product, two years before its competitors offered their own products. In particular, it created a differentiated brand image, using the blue octopus character, which became familiar to the general financial community, and was consistently employed as part of an integrated marketing communications strategy. Second, it executed a brand expansion strategy by sub-branding octo in a variety of new financial products, responding to rapid changes in the domestic financial and asset management markets. Through this strategic evolution, the octo brand became a successful wealth management brand and representative of Woori Investment & Securities. Third, it has converged market research, demand and trend analysis, and customer needs acquired through various customer contact channels into a marketing perspective. Thus, marketing has participated in the product development stage, a rarity in the finance industry. Woori Investment and Securities has a leading marketing system. The heart of the successful product creation lies in a collaboration of their customer bases among the finance companies in the Woori Financial Group. The present study suggested a corresponding strategy for octo brand, which is expected to enter into the maturity stage of its product life cycle. In addition, this study found a need to modify the current positioning strategy in order to position and preserve sustainability in the increasingly competitive asset management market. It also suggested the need for an offensive strategy to counter the number one M/S company, and address the issue of cannibalism in the Woori Financial Group.
