This study aimed at analyzing the clothing management units of technology and home economics textbooks in terms of their contents related to Education for Sustainable Development(ESD). The inquisitive tendency of the textbooks was also examined adopting the modified Romey's method, because it is known as an important factor in increasing student's class participation in sustainable clothing management and inducing practical behavior. First, the learning contents of clothing management unit were analyzed according to the social/political/cultural, environmental, and economic perspectives of ESD. As a result, ESD contents from social/political/cultural perspectives (safety, and health and food), environmental perspectives (natural resources, energy, and environmental problem), and the economic perspectives (sustainable production and consumption) were identified, with a heavy focus on environmental perspective. Secondly, Romey's inquisitive content analysis method was modified to analyze texts, pictures/charts, and learning activities of the clothing management unit. In all textbooks, facts and definitions were the dominant types of contents, which means less opportunities for development of inquiry ability. In conclusion, the ESD contents of the clothing management unit are inclined to the environmental perspective, and it is necessary that textbook development would need to be balanced between three perspectives. Also, future textbook authors will need to improve the inquisitive tendency of the textbooks to encourage student participation in class and induce practical application in real life.

본고에서는 해외사례의 조사/분석을 통해 국내 환경에 적합한 처분시스템을 개발하는데 효율적으로 이용할 목적으로 일본의 방사성 폐기물 처분과 관련한 주요기관의 사업내용을 정리하고 암석역학 전공자가 관심을 가져볼 만한 처분 관련 연구시설 및 연구내용을 소개한다. 저준위 폐기물을 대상으로 한 100m 심도의 롯까쇼무라 시험공동과 고준위 폐기물을 대상으로 결정암질에 건설되는 1000m 심도의 미즈나미 지하연구시설 및 퇴적암질에서의 500m 심도의 호로노베 지하연구시설을 소개하였다.

다양한 분야를 대상으로 추천기법에 관한 연구 및 적용이 이루어지고 있다. 전자 상거래 분야에서 소비자가 선호할만한 상품을 추천하거나 영화 관련 사이트에서 볼만한 영화를 추천해주는 것들이 대표적인 예이다. TV 프로그램 또한 채널의 수가 수 백개 이상으로 늘어남에 따라 추천의 필요성이 제기되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 TV 프로그램들을 대상으로 하는 추천 시스템을 구현하였다. 추천 기법은 내용 기반 방식으로 이루어져 있으며 실험을 통해 내용기반 방식이 TV환경에서 가지는 효용성을 알아보고 적용 가능성을 타진해 보았다.

본 연두는 환경교육교사들이 배워야 할 교육내용에 관한 선행연구를 기초로 하여 우리나라 중학교 교사들의 환경교육수행과 관련된 변인들을 분석해 보고자한다. 조사대상자 는대구.경북지역 중학교교사 295명이며 이들의 환경문제에 관한 이해도, 환경교육에 관한 목표 및 개념 인식 수준은 비교적 높으나 환경교육수행은 가장낮게 나타났다. 담당교과목별 환경교육관련 변인을 보면 환경교육수행에 있어서만 통계적으로 유의하게 나타났으며 교과 목별로 보면 도덕.국민윤리와 가정.실업.기술 담당교사의 평균이 가장 높다. 환경교육수 행에 대한 제변인의 영향력은 교육수준만 통계적으로 유의한 결과를 보여주었다 또한 담당 교과목별 환경교육수행에 대한 환경교육수준의 영향력은 가정.실업.기술과목 교사들의 경 우 가장 의미가 있었다 환경교육수행 수준이 높은 집단의 특성은 환경교육관련변인 중에서 환경교육수준(p<.001) 사회.인구적 변인중에서는 성별(p<.01) 연령(p<.01) 교육경력(p<.05) 담당교과목 (p.05)에 있어서 유의한 의미가 있으며 남성 40대 이상 교육경력 16년이상의 집 단 도덕.국민윤리와 가정.실업.기술과목의 집단이 더 많이 소속되어있다. 이러한 연구결 과는 환경교육수행을 위한 교사양성 및 교사재교육을 위하여 의미가 크다고 하겠다.

It seems that the education of environment in a discipline of morality has not been systematically given in the middle school. In the Seventh Course of education, the aim of moral education for the middle school has no content concerning environment. And there is no chapter of environment in all the textbooks for the first, second and third grade in the middle school. The content of environment is largely introduced in order to explain a series of key content in the chapters of discussing 'personality', 'courtesy of neighborhood', 'conflict of value', 'civil morality' and so on. Even we can say that its descriptions are aimless, instrumental and secondary for education. Recently, it is no exaggeration to say that the education of environment is not effectively carried out in a discipline of morality of the middle school. In the 2007 revised course of education, there are some content of environment in the aim of morality and its education, and a chapter of "environment and Morality" is newly established. From now on, a new textbook of morality is being made according to the currently revised course of education. It will be gradually useful for the first grade in 2010, for the second grade in 2011, and for the third grade in 2012. It is possible to say that it will add momentum to effectively carrying out the education of environment as part of a discipline of morality in the middle school. Taking it into a detailed consideration, however, the education of environment in this revised course of education cannot help including a serious problem, either. This is because, a chapter of environment is included only in the first grade of middle school, and, according to a prescription of writing criterion established by the Ministry of Science and Technology, there can be no overlapping content for each grade. It will more likely that the education of environment will be given only in the first grade, not in the second and third grade at all. Therefore, it seems to me that, firstly, such a prescription established by the Ministry of Science and Technology will get free, and then the education of environment will be systematically given to the levels of the second and third grade.

현행 내용증명 서비스는 사용빈도수가 높은 우체국 부가서비스임에도 불구하고 여전히 전통적인 C2C(개인간 교환) 환경을 주요대상으로 하며, 인터넷 우체국을 통한 접수 기능을 통해 접수의 불편함을 다소 해소하였으나, 관련 접수/배달 우체국에서 인쇄/복사 문서에 대하여 전통적인 방법으로 처리/관리하기 때문에 내용증명 대상 문서의 불법 복사와 내용확인 등의 절차에서 시공간적 제약사항이 여전히 존재하는 문제점이 있다. 따라서 이 논문에서는 현행 내용증명 우편서비스의 개념을 정리하고 국내외 관련 기술 표준 활동을 파악하며, 향후 인터넷 기반의 내용증명 서비스의 발전방향을 포함하는 개념모델을 제시한다.

"환경과 경제는 상호 보완적이면서 상생하는 정책을 수립해야 합니다. 임기동안 그 중심에서 임무를 충실히 수행할 예정입니다." 염태영 청와대 환경비서관은 현실에 봉착된 환경문제를 지혜롭게 해결하는 것이 급선무라고 말한다. 그는 오랫동안 시민단체에서 환경을 보호하는 목소리를 높이다가 지난해 1월에 환경관련 현안들을 조정하는 청와대 환경비서관직에 부임했다. 다음은 염 비서관과의 인터뷰 내용이다.
