  • 조직에서 IT에 투자함으로써 납득할만한 가치를 얻고 있는가에 대한 물음에 많은 경영진과 의사결정권자들은 확신을 하지 못하고 있는 상황이다. 또한 조직의 IT 역량이 조직의 경쟁력 향상에 기여하고 있는가에 대한 부분도 크게 다르지 않다. IT프로젝트는 의뢰 IT부서가 담당하고 있으며, IT 투자 또한 전사 차원의 전략인 관점보다는 전술적 수준의 이니셔티브로 인해 적지 않은 자원을 낭비하고 있는 실정이다. 이러한 상황에서 IT 거버넌스에 대한 필요성과 개념에 대한 올바른 인식이 필요하게 되었으며, 그 접근 방법으로써 ITA를 비롯하여 많은 방법론들이 대두되고 있는 상황이다. 이에 우리는 정부부처 및 공공기관을 대상으로 ITA를 기반으로 정보자원을 관리하고 있는 조직들을 대상으로 IT 부분에 있어 어떠한 의사결정 형태를 갖고 있는지 연구하였으며, 본 연구에 관한 자세한 내용은 다음과 같이 논의 하였다.

The Effects of Customer Satisfaction on Repurchasing Intentions in Cyber Market : Moderating Effects of Perceived Risk and Product Involvement (가상시장에서의 소비자 재구매의도에 관한 연구)

  • 본 연구에서는 가상시장에서 인터넷쇼핑몰을 통해 제품을 구매한 경험이 있는 소비자의 재구매의도를 확인하고자 시도하였다. 인터넷쇼핑몰을 통해 제품을 재구매하기 위해서는 이전 구매경험의 만족이 결정적 요인으로 작용할 것으로 가정하였다. 이러한 쇼핑만족에 영향을 주는 요인으로는 쇼핑몰의 구조적 특성(심미성, 이용편리성), 제품특성(품질, 가격), 그리고 서비스 특성(확신성, 신뢰성, 반응성) 등을 포함하였다. 이들 요인이 쇼핑만족에 영향을 주고, 만족이 재구매의도에 영향을 줄 것으로 가정하였다. 또한, 이들 만족과 재구매의도간의 관계는 지각된 위험 및 제품관여에 따라 조절역할을 할 것으로 가정하였다. 이러한 가설들간의 관계를 분석하고자 구조방정식모델을 실시하였고, 조절변인들의 조절효과는 조절회귀분석을 통해 검증하였다. 분석결과, 모든 연구가설들은 유의적으로 나타났다. 즉 쇼핑몰의 구조적 특성, 제품특성 및 서비스 특성은 쇼핑만족에 영향을 주며, 이러한 쇼핑만족은 소비자의 재구매의도에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 만족과 재구매의도간의 관계는 지각된 위험과 관여수준에 따라 조절역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다

  • This study conducted a hypothesis test to examine the effect of integrated service quality of nursing and care on medical service performance. The results of this study are as follows. First, the perceived performance, loyalty, perceived performance, perceived loyalty, and perceived loyalty of medical service achievement, perceived performance of medical service performance, responsiveness, confident, empathy, The results show that adoption has a positive impact on loyalty. In other words, the integrated service quality proved to be very important for the medical service capacity. In order to do this, institutional efforts should be given priority to increase the number of nursing staff. In order to nurture excellent nursing team members, in addition to professional nursing ability, emphasis should also be placed on personality education for positive relationships through patient empathy. In this study, we can find the implication of the study that we measured the effect of integrated service quality on medical service performance.

Propose on Sharing Accommodation Service Model through Comparison Research (비교연구를 통한 새로운 공유숙박 서비스 모델 제안)

  • In the context of Sharing Accommodation has become a new type of accommodation choice for customers. The purpose of this study is to improve the existing defects of Sharing Accommodation Services through insight into the pain points of customer experience, so as to improve customer satisfaction. In this study, Airbnb and Tujia were selected as the subjects for comparative study. By collecting and sorting out references, the research background of Sharing Accommodation is analyzed in depth. Research methods of Service Design, such as Customer Journey Map and Service Blueprint, are adopted to gain insight into customer needs, identify pain points and propose hypothesis of service optimization. Tools such as Kano Model and Potential Customer Satisfaction are used to test and determine three schemes for optimizing the service. Finally, the results are displayed through Service Scenario. The research results can help operators of Sharing Accommodation to identify and improve the elements of service and provide a higher quality customer experience, thus promoting the healthy development of Sharing Accommodation market.

A Study of Successful Implementation of Application Service Providing Based on the Perception of Small and Medium Corporations in Korea (국내 중소기업의 인식을 기반으로 한 성공적인 ASP 구현에 관한 연구)

  • This study evaluates the application sum providing(ASP) approach based on the perceptions of Koreas small and medium corporations, especially in the manufacturing industry. As considering the costs and risks of system implementation and maintenance, ASP would be a favorable alternative. Based on the survey of 25 cases, we found that as long as the level of perception on ASP is concerned, 80 percent of firms responded no or a little idea about the ASP service. Moreover the acceptance possibility of ASP service in the near future was less than 10 patent, and the primary reasons were found as follows: (1) lack of confidence regarding on the effect, (2) apprehension of data security, (3) issue of handling the existing employees, and (4) possibility of fee structure change after the implementation and stabilization. The guidelines to increase the recognition and successful implementation of ASP service in Korea are proposed.

  • 2022년 기준, 독거노인 가구 수 176만 가구 시대에 노인을 위한 케어 서비스가 필요하다. 고령화 사회에 맞춰, 노인 케어 서비스가 많이 출시되었으나 비대면 케어 서비스는 부족한 면이 있다. 비대면 케어 서비스의 경우, 특히 비싼 값에 판매된다는 단점과 로봇과 소통해야 한다는 단점이 있다. 이를 보완하여 저렴한 가격에 생명력을 지닌 식물을 이용해 소통을 증진시켜 우울감 해소를 돕는다면, 노인 비대면 케어 체계에 큰 도움을 줄 것이라고 확신한다. 이에 따라, 본 연구에서는 식물와 어플리케이션을 이용하여 저가격 보급화가 가능한 비대면 복지 시스템을 개발하고자 한다. 구체적으로, 화분이라는 대화 매개체를 통해 어르신들의 대화 증진을 유도하여 우울증 완화에 도움을 주고자 한다. 또한, 시스템을 통해 수집되는 일상 데이터를 활용해 이상징후를 파악하여 고독사 예방을 위한 후속 조치를 취할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 위의 시스템을 통해 복지 사각지대를 해소하며, 어르신들의 정신 건강 증진에 기여할 수 있을거라 기대한다.

Service Quality Measurement by Perception of A Day Care Service Users: Based on SERVQUAL Model (주·야간보호서비스 이용자 인지에 의한 서비스품질 측정: SERVQUAL 모형을 중심으로)

  • The purpose of this study is to measure the utilization of a day care service and service quality by SERVQUAL model, also to discuss policy implications based on this. The data analysis is conducted with 208 users of a day care service in Deajeon metropolitan city, Chungnam and Chungbuk area. The analysis result is as follows. First, it shows positive definiteness on tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy in all categories because perceived level is higher than expectations. Perceived level after using the service is more highly rated than expectations before using it by most of seniors who use the service. Second, service quality is examined in accordance with demographic characteristics, but the difference is not statistically significant. Third, examining service quality in terms of characteristics of centers, it shows statistically significant difference in perceived level depending on management type of location, a number of provided programs per week, and the size of a facility and in expectations depending on established institution. Forth, as a result of examining service quality in accordance with characteristics of service users, there is no meaningful difference statistically.

  • As the service quality has been reconsidered in public sector as well as private enterprises, the need for public sectors to adopt principle and practices of private sectors is concerned with customer-focused approach, the different business culture of public service organizations makes it difficult to improve service qualify. Also, Since concept of service contains intangibility, heterogeneity, Simultaneousness and perishability, it makes peoples more difficult to measure service quality. Therefore, this study proposes synthetic Administrative Service duality Index(ASQI) using fuzzy set theory and analytic hierarchy process to evaluate the service qualify in subjective environment. In ASQI model, Fuzzy set theory helps to measure the ambiguity of concepts that are relative to human being's subjective judgement. Also, this study utilizes AHP method to evaluate the preference weights of service quality dimensions (tangibility, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy) for customers.

Resistance to Mobile Commerce Services (모바일상거래 서비스의 저항요인)

  • This paper analyzes the resistance to mobile commerce services in consumer adoption process. Relative advantage, compatibility, perceived risk, complexity, self-efficacy, innovativeness and attitude for competing service have been chosen as independent variables. This paper also investigates on the significant factors which resist against adoption of mobile commerce service according to adoption phase. The results show that relative advantage, self-efficacy, perceived risk, attitude for competing service are significant factors to affect resistance to mobile commerce services. Relative advantage, perceived risk, attitude for competing service are significant resistance to mobile commerce services for consumers in before-adoption group and compatibility, complexity, self-efficacy are significant factors for consumers in after-adoption group. This study can be extended to new communication services such as Wibro and DMB to reduce resistances in early adoption phase.

  • The paper studies the influencing factors of continuous usage intention for a scenario based cognitive FAQ service regrading on private information protection. The research result finds that three major factors are significantly positive to the continuous usage intention for the service. First, search easiness is an essential factor and it can be improved using sophisticate categorization. Second, Scenario based FAQ service is effective on understanding and solving questioner's situation. Related information is helpful for problem solving. The research shows that the new approach to private information protection area can lead to a more acceptable and reasonable problem solving tool.
