An Open-Loop Power Control Algorithm for On-The-Move Terminal in Satellite Communication Systems (위성통신 시스템에서 이동형 위성단말을 위한 개루프 전력제어 알고리즘)

  • In this paper, we propose an open loop power control algorithm to control transmission power of the On-The-Move(OTM) Satcom terminal in GEO satellite communication environment. The proposed algorithm identifies the current channel state restricted by an obstacle or an antenna depointing loss based on the received beacon signal strength. On the basis of the determined signal attenuation causes, the OTM Satcom terminal turns off the RF output when an antenna tracking is failed. If the OTM Satcom terminal experiences a channel blockage by an obstacle, the terminal spreads the transmit data to increase data reception probability. To evaluate the performance of the proposed algorithm, we compare an adjacent satellite interference level and an outage probability. The results show the performance of the proposed algorithm is better than that of the conventional algorithm.

  • This paper discusses a robust stochastic stabilization of uncertain Takagi-Sugeno (T-S) fuzzy system with Markovian input delay. The finite Markovian process is adopted to model the input delay of the overall control system. It is assumed that the zero and hold devices are used for control input. The continuous-time T-S fuzzy system with the Markovian input delay is discretized for easy handling delay, accordingly, the discretixzd T-S fuzzy system is represented by a uncertain discrete-time T-S fuzy system with jumping parameters. The robust stochastic stabilizibility of the uncertain jump T-S fuzzy system is derived and formulated in terms of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs).

  • In this paper, a new filtering scheme for vehicle tracking with distorted measurement is presented. This filtering scheme is essential for the implementation of the adaptive cruise control (ACC) system. The proposed method combines the IMM and the probabilistic fuzzy model and is named as the Fuzzy IMM (FIMM). The IMM is employed to recognize the intention of the preceding vehicle. The probabilistic furry model is introduced to compensate the distortion of the range sensor. Finally, a computer simulation is performed to illustrate the validity of the suggested algorithms.

  • A reduction method of GSPN (generalized stochastic Petri net) is proposed. A GSPN is basically a SPN (stochastic Petri net) with transition a that are either timed or immediate. Then the proposed method is defined on the basis of the dynamic behavior and the structure of the net. The reduction preserves the properties such as liveness, boundedness, and allows easy analysis of the GSPN.

  • 비행시험을 통해 획득한 데이터의 해석과정에서 대상 항공기의 크기가 소형인 경우에는 엔진진동이나 외부의 교란에 의한 잡음이나 바이어스 등의 강도가 높기 때문에 데이터의 처리과정에서 많은 문제점을 산출하게 된다. 이와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위해 상태추정 알고리즘이 사용되며, 본 논문에서는 항공기의 비선형 세로운동 방정식의 경우에 확장형 칼만 필터를 적용하여 항공기 세로운동의 상태변수들을 추정하였으며, 또한 확률근사과정, 이노베이션에 대한 궤환 적응 등 적응형 칼만 필터를 사용하여 수렴속도와 정확도 둥을 향상시킨 알고리즘을 제안하고 그 결과를 나타내었다.

  • Joint probabilistic data association filter(JPDAF) for multi-target tracking was developed for real-time implementation, while it abandoned an algorithm for track initiation. In this paper, we propose three features for track initiation that can be adapted to the JPDA filter. In addition, with the proposed approaches, the performance of track maintenance is evaluated in the case of tracks being near. To eliminate the abundant false tracks, we exploit the simple method using the state error covariances. Simulations are performed to demonstrate the efficiency of the proposed approaches.

  • The purpose of this paper is show that an chip mounter can be modeled by stochastic petri nets, and that the simulator to verify a fitness of the program to assemble. The chip mounter can be constructed by using the petri net class (CPetriNet) based on the object-oriented programming. By using this simulator, we can get the information about the description of motion of the chip mounter, and moreover, we can evaluate the productivity.

  • 기존의 인터넷 라우터는 Drop tail 방식으로 패킷을 관리한다. 따라서 네트워크 트래픽의 지수적인 증가로 인한 혼잡 상황으로 발생하는 패킷 손실을 해결할 수 없다. 이 문제를 해결하기 위해 IETF(Internet Engineering Task Force)에서는 RED(Random Early Detection)와 같은 능동적인 큐 관리 알고리즘을 제시하였다. 하지만 RED는 동적으로 변화하는 인터넷 트래픽에 대하여 단지 큐 크기의 변화 정보를 얻어 혼잡 상황을 제어하기 때문에 성능에 있어는 매우 비효율적이다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 RED를 개선한 MRED를 제안했다. MRED는 RED에 비하여 휴리스틱한 방법을 이용하여 폐기 확률 값을 계산하고, 이를 실험을 통하여 MRED의 성능을 검증하였다.

  • 본 논문에서는 가로등 제어를 위한 전력선 통신 프로토콜을 OSI 7계층을 바탕으로 설계하고, 실제 적용해 봄으로써 그 실용성을 입증한다. 그러나 전력선 채널의 상태가 좋지 않으면 멀리 있는 모뎀까지의 전송 확률이 떨어짐을 확인하였다.
