In this paper, storing and removing method of broadcasting content is proposed for personalized consumption. The main objective of this paper is to keep personalized information, such as additional contents, user creation data, usage history, with broadcasting content, and user can consume broadcasting content to accommodate individual preference. Consequently, proposed file format in this paper is based on MPEG-4 and MPEG-21 file format because they can access and extract data within file format easily and can keep spatiotemporal relation between data. In addition, TV-Anytime metadata is used for program description metadata. Finally, proposed method is verified with file format player and useful application scenarios.

The generation of high-purity hydrogen from hydrocarbon fuels is essential for efficient operation of fuel cell. In general, most feasible strategies to generate hydrogen from hydrocarbon fuels consist of a reforming step to generate a mixture of $H_2$, CO, $CO_2$ and $H_2O$(steam) followed by water gas shift(WGS) and CO clean-up steps. The WGS reaction that shifts CO to $CO_2$ and simultaneously produces another mole of $H_2$ was carried out in a two-stage catalytic conversion process involving a high temperature shift(HTS) and a low temperature shift(LTS). In the WGS operation, gas emerges from the reformer is taken through a high temperature shift catalyst to reduce the CO concentration to about $3\sim4%$ followed to about 0.5% via a low temperature shift catalyst. The WGS reactor was designed and tested in this study to produce hydrogen-rich gas with CO to less than 0.5%.

고령화 혹은 국제화와 같은 변화 양상은 다가오는 21세기의 새 시대를 가치기준에서 뿐만 아니라 사회환경까지도 새로운 것을 추구하도록 요구해 가고 있다. 이것은 도로교통에 있어서도 마찬 가지로 지금까지 양적인 팽창 위주로 전개되던 것이 효율을 중시하지 않으면 안 되게 되었으며 특히 20세기 후반들어 반도체 기술과 함께 급격한 발전을 거듭하고 있는 컴퓨터 기술은 정보 통신 기술과 함께 도로교통의 새로운 장을 열어 갈 것으로 예측된다. 21세기의 도로 교통을 생 각할 때, 차량 보급 대수의 증가와 함께 지금도 교통사고가 커다란 사회 문제로 대두되고 있는 추세로 볼 때, 중심이 되는 단어는 역시 '안전'과 '환경'이겠지만 그 가운데에도 교통 사고의 저 감은 무엇보다 시급한 과제라 할 수 있으며 대기 오염을 비롯한 물리적 환경의 개선과 보다 원 활하고 쾌적하게 달릴 수 있는 교통 환경의 실현도 중요한 과제가 될 것이다. 이 글에서는 이 러한 관점에서 21세기의 도로교통과 이를 이루어가기 위한 기술적 과제들을 살펴보고자 한다.

Business intelligence based on the data analysis come into the spotlight. Especially, information visualization of the analysis result is treated significantly. given the interest in big data technologies. Because corporate managers want to use the results of data analysis in the decision-making process and the visualization technology will give help with cognitive function and operation function. In this paper, the status of information visualization is reviewed and analyzed from the viewpoint of manufacturing service. Several implications are drawn and it is expected that they will help to developers and administrators of manufacturing sector who want to adopt information visualization applications.

This paper investigates how information game users needs to play game is offered to game user by applying the notion of explicitation toward translated game texts. By using League of Legends' Character lines, Character Abilities and Equipment Description texts as a case, this paper focused on how 'Insertion(addition)' and 'Replacement' method are applied toward game translation and which information is being explicitated. As a result, this paper found out that translation on Player vs. Player genre game, explicitation occurs by adding or replacing words containing information needed, and information about game control was prioritized among other information related with game universe and culture.

21세기 미래 사회의 유망 에너지로서 전기 에너지의 특성과 역할을 예측$\cdot$분석하였다. 먼저 에너지와 문명 발전과의 관계를 에너지와 경제 그리고 에너지 안보 차원에서 고찰하고 이들 간의 공진화 관계를 산업 혁명 이후의 세계 경제의 장주기적 변화 관점에서 분석하였다. 그리고 20세기에 전기 에너지가 세계 경제 사회에 미친 중요한 영향을 분석한 후에 21세기 지식 기반 디지털 경제 사회에서 전기 에너지의 개발 환경 및 수요 특성을 전망하였다.

The purpose of this paper is to classify and compare 21 OECD countries in regard to the level of support in parents' childcare and work. Several meaningful conclusions were suggested. First, examining the level of support in parents' childcare and work, 21 OECD countries can be classified into clusters different from the mainstream welfare state typology. Second, the level of parents' childcare and work support was high in socio-democratic countries such as Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden. Third, the level of parents' childcare right support is not necessarily positively related to that of parents' work in the labor market. As we have seen in the cases of France and Austria, although both countries have relatively high level of parents' childcare and work support, the level of work support in the labor market is low. These results have important implications for Korean family policy in that Korean society has to support both the parents' childcare right and the work right in the labor market.

The preliminary concentration of trace elements in uranium dioxide using an anion exchange resin is presented for neutron activation analysis. The uranyl solution in sulfuric acid is adjusted to the acidity of about pH 2.7 and loaded on a column of the anion exchange resin. An appropriate volume of eluates obtained from the column shows good recoveries of trace elements. By combining this preconcentration with a radiochemical separation scheme, which was developed for the determinations of impurities in aluminum, it is possible to determine 21 trace elements in reactor grade uranium dioxide.

우리나라는 지금 경제의 국제화에 따라 국내산업의 공동화, 노동인구의 고령화 등 사회적 경제적으로 어려운 문제에 직면하고 있습니다. 21세기를 향해 밝은 전망을 개척하기 위해서는 국제 경쟁력 있는 고부가가치의 신산업을 창조하지 않으면 안되겠습니다. 연구개발을 통해서 찾아낸 독창적 성과를 현실사회로 유도하며 실용화하기 위해서는 기술력이 불가피한 것으로 사료됩니다. 이런 뜻에서 기술사의 역할이 더욱더 중요시 되며 근래 기술사에 대한 사회적 기대는 점차 더해가고 있는 실정입니다. 따라서 기술사는 자기연마의 노력으로 국내외 기술자의 최고 자격으로서의 그 지위를 확립해 나가야 할 것으로 사료됩니다. 한 편 국제화의 진전에 따라 앞으로 세계로 눈을 돌려 명실공히 이 나라를 대표하는 기술선구자로서 세계무대를 개척해 나가야 할 것입니다. 이를 위해서 기술사의 문제를 구체적으로 짚어 보고자 합니다.

21세기를 눈앞에 둔 오늘날 항공여행은 보편화되고 있다. 따라서 그만큼 항공기의 수요도 늘고 운항 회사간의 경쟁 또한 치열하다. 이러한 민간항공에 쓰일 항공기 제작업체는 기업합병이나 매수등 조류를 타고 이제 미국세, 유럽세, 러시아세의 3파전으로 압축된 느낌이다.
