  • This paper propose a "Active common-mode voltage damper circuit" that capable of a suppression of a common-mode voltage produced in the PWM VSI. The four level half-bridge PWM inverter circuit and common-mode transformer are incorporated into the "Active common-mode voltage damper" the design method of which is presented Effect of "Active common-mode voltage damper" in this paper verifies a propriety and effectiveness in 2.2[kW] induction motor drive using IGBT inverter. Experimental results show that "common-mode voltage damper" makes contributions to reducing a high frequency leakage current and common-mode voltage.leakage current and common-mode voltage.

전자식 가버너를 이용한 디젤 자동차의 헌팅억제 제어에 관한 연구 (A Study on Suppressed Hunting of Diesel Engine Truck Using Electronic Governor)

  • The propulsion diesel engine have been widely applied with a mechanical governor to control the truck speed for a long time. But it was recently very difficult for mechanical governor to control the speed of long stock and diesel engine of truck because of hunting by dead time between fuel injection and power output. This study is aimed to configure the modeling for performance simulation regarding to diesel truck operation which could be suppressed for hunting. The modeling have been made on the base of dynamic characteristic such as electronic governor, injection of fuel system and operating states of diesel engine truck. Real model system have been introduced for deciding reacting parameters and for the comparison of resulting performance in simulation. In results of simulation, we obtained items which diesel truck drives for suppressed hunting.

  • In this paper, PWM control is applied to the microprcessor-based adjustable speed dc motor drives. The motor drive system is composed of phase locked loop. Main drive circuit of the system is consisted of H-type bridge with switching transistors. PWM drive circuit is linearized by adding flywheeling diodes. And also. We study the optimum PWM data and period time so that it hase a nearly liner relationship between current and torque.

  • This study was to control magnetic field orientation-typed sensorless vector control by applying the theory of a rotor flux observer to drive an induction motor. This research suggested a new speed estimation method that estimates speed with the rotor flux obtained by using a flux observer and the variable of state current detected by a current sensor without a speed sensor. Because the speed estimation method is independent from the motor constants, it is not necessary to control the gain of the parameters and the algorithm is simple. In the findings of the study, the researcher was convinced of the control function and the possibility of realization in the simulation experiment of sensorless vector control system by using DSP(Digital Signal Prosessor).

  • This paper describes a method of approximate reasoning for fuzzy control of servo system, based on decomposition of -level fuzzy sets. It is propose that logic circuits for fuzzy PI+PD are a body from fuzzy inference to defuzzificaion in cases where the output variable u directly is generated PWM. The effectiveness for robust and faster response of the fuzzy control scheme is verified for a variable parameter by comparison with a PID control and fuzzy control. A position control of DC servo system with a fuzzy logic controller successfully demonstrated.

  • 본 연구는 자계방향 기준 벡터제어 이론에 기초하여 속도 센스리스 벡터제어를 구현한다. 벡터제어는 상태량에 기초한 MRAS (MRAS: Model Reference Adaptive System)방법은 이득정수의 결정이 어려운 결점을 가지고 있다. 여기서는 관측기 이론에 기초하여 2차자속 관측기와 전류센스에서 검출한 전류값으로 속도추정을 행하는 새로운 속도 추정법을 제안한다. 그리고 제안한 방법이 자계 방향 벡터제어 시스템의 실현에 가능성이 있음을 시뮬레이션으로 검토한다.

  • In recent years, a.c servomotors have been gradually replacing d.c servomotors in various high-performance applications such as machine tools and industrial robots. Inparticular, the high performance slip-frequency control of an induction motor, which is often called the vector control, is considered ane of th ebest a.c drives. In this paper, the transient state equations and vector control algorithms of an induction type servomotor are described mathematically by using the two- axis theory (d-q coordinates). According to the result of these algorithms, we scheme the speed control system for the motor in which the vector control is adopted to give high performance. Motor drive through a PWM inverter with power MOSFET is controlled so that the actual input current to the motor may track the current reference obtained from a micro-computer (8086 CPU). Driving experiments are performed in the range of 0 to 3000 rpm, and it is verified that high speed response is obtained for this system.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 자계방향 기준 벡터제어 이론에 기초하여 속도 센스리스 벡터제어를 구현하는 것이다. 속도센스리스 벡터제어에서 속도추정 방법은 관측기에서 얻은 상태량을 취하는 MRAS 방법이 제안되고 있지만 이득정수의 조정을 행하여야 하는 결점을 가지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 속도추정은 관측기 이론에 기초하여 2차자속 관측기와 전류센스에서 검출한 전류 값으로 행하는 새로운 속도 추정법을 이용한 제어 알고리즘을 제안한다. 그리고 제안한 방법이 본 연구에 있어서 사용한 자계방향 벡터제어시스템의 실현에 가능성이 있음을 시뮬레이션으로 검토하고 실제로 시스템을 구현하여 센스리스 속도제어를 달성하였다.

  • 고주파 열처리 유도로의 설계에서 품질의 향상을 위하여 인버터의 고주파 기술이 요구되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 고주파 유도가열 장치의 대용량, 고주파 화를 실현하기 위하여 회로 설계 기술과 제어방식을 제안하였다. 부하 공진 인버터는 H형 전-브리지로 구성하고 각 암 당 IGBT를 2병렬로 조합하여 구성하고 부하는 직병렬 공진회로로 구성한다. 스위칭 동작은 8개의 IGBT중 각 암 당 2개씩 순차제어하여 고속 대용량의 고주파 전력을 출력시킨다. 또한 스위칭은 스위치 턴온 오프시에 스위칭 손실을 줄이기 위해 ZVS기법을 도입한다. 제어는 고정주파수 PWM제어를 하여 전력변환 효율을 극대화한다.

  • Now, but task for stringing trolley wire is worked manually by a measurement of dip, we need to development the automatic control system for a safety and effective tasks. In this paper, in works of stringing trolley wire by a mobile of robot, a method is proposed tension control for the stringing trolley wire. On the basics of a wire model with hard nonlinear, ac servo motor model for torque generating and stringing wire tension, the tension control scheme is design and implemented with a detected wire tension by a load cell. We experimentally show that the performance of the tension response are satisfactory to regulator tension. The proposed system is simulated and experimented, results is verified the utilities.
