Tour is cultural method that makes educational effects smoothly, metaphorically. In a context, dark tour have a function that sustains memorial of accidents and with social meaning, ethic value. This study aims to understand practical solutions of Sewol-Ho memorial on focusing Dark Tourism. This paper considers fascination with this subject and examines explored for good decision. It means that we examines a construction of tour contents within the dark tourism. This article evaluates an dark tourism in a contents program various country, for considering in a case at a Sewol-Ho accident. As a result, we comment some variety choice of strategy effectiveness for a sustainability of ethic value and education memorial.

It is not easy to find the auxiliary line to solve the problem in connection with the circle, where it is the problem finding the central angle or angle at the circumference in a circle. The purpose of the study is to give an aid for this difficulties. The angle at the circumference is closely related to the arc. And so we looked into the problem in connection with the angle at the circumference in point of view of the arc. We have got the following the results. It is not necessary to draw the auxiliary line when solving the problem in connection with the angle at the circumference in point of view of the arc. And we can find the reason to draw the specific auxiliary in point of view of the arc. We hope that the results of research are given aids to a lot of students.

The objective of this study is to develop the theoretical model of the telecommunication system service availability from the user perspective. We assume non-homogeneous Poisson process for the call arrival process and continuous time Markov chain for the system state. The proposed model effectively describes the user model of the user-perceived service reliability by including the time-varying call arrival rate. We also include the operational failure state where the user cannot receive any service even though the system is functioning.

본 연구는 기업의 성과를 향상시키는 중요한 요소로 알려진 종업원의 조직시민행동을 고객관점에서 측정하고, 관련 변수들인 서비스품질, 고객만족, 호의적 구전과의 인과관계를 실증적으로 규명해보고자 하였다. 그동안 마케팅에서 OCB에 관한 많은 연구가 있었지만, 선행 연구들은 조직의 관점에서 종업원의 OCB를 측정하는 연구가 대부분이었다. 자료 수집 단계에 있어 OCB의 효과를 좀 더 폭넓은 산업에 걸쳐 파악하고자 미용실과, 주점, 패스트푸드 점 등 다양한 서비스산업 이용자를 대상으로 설문지를 수집하였다. 분석결과, 접점종업원의 조직시민행동과 관련한 몇 가지 중요한 사항을 발견할 수 있었다. 첫째, 종업원의 OCB는 고객이 지각하는 서비스품질에 유의한 관계가 있었다. 즉, 고객들이 관찰하기에 종업원들이 규정된 역할을 초월하여 조직 내 동료들을 도와주고 고객의 편의성을 지향하며 그들이 속해 있는 조직에 대해 긍정적인 자세를 가지고 있는 것으로 판단되면, 고객들은 종업원을 신뢰하고, 또 그들에게서 제공받는 서비스품질을 높게 지각한다는 사실을 알 수 있었다. 둘째, 조직시민행동은 서비스품질을 매개로 하여 고객만족에 간접적인 영향을 미친다는 사실을 발견하였다. 마지막으로 만족한 고객은 호의적인 구전행동을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 구전은 기업의 공식적인 마케팅 전략 이상의 효과를 가지는 촉진 도구이다. 따라서 서비스조직은 고객의 성과를 향상시키기 위해 종업원의 OCB를 관리해야 함을 이해할 수 있었다.

본 연구는 조선시대 문신 채제공의 저작류에 나타난 명승관련 내용분석을 통해 그의 명승에 관한 의식과 관점을 파악하고 저작류에 나타난 명승과 관련된 당시 현황을 명승학적 관점에서 규명하고자 하였다. 이는 조선시대 전래명승의 정체성을 규명하기 위한 기초작업이 될 것이다.

최근 정보시스템에 대한 품질평가가 사용자만족이라는 개념을 중심으로 이루어져 왔다. 그러나 그것은 단기적인 관점에서의 평가모델로서 장기적인 관점에서의 종합적인 품질평가가 필요하다. 기술적 측면과 인간적 측면의 성공요인을 모두 포함하여 평가차원을 분류하고, 사용자만족에서 희생을 함께 고려하는 사용자가치가지 확장하는 종합적 품질평가모형을 제시하고 국내기업을 대상으로 실증분석해 보고자 한다.

본 논문에서는 음성 중심의 통신이 아닌 데이터 중심의 통신을 위한 네트워크인 PSTN/IP 통합망의 기본 호처리 프로세스를 객체 지향 관점에서 모델링을 하였다. 데이터 통신의 빠른 증가를 충족 시키기 위해, 기존의 하드웨어로 구성된 교환기를 범용 컴퓨터를 이용해 구현하고자 하는 PSTN/IP 통합망의 개발은 하드웨어 관점의 모델링이 아닌 소프트웨어 관점의 모델링을 기반으로 구축되어야 한다. 이를 위해 기존의 하드웨어 교환기 모델링에서 사용되던 State Model을 객체 지향 소프트웨어 개발을 위한 모델링의 표준인 UML(Unified Modeling Language) 표기법을 이용해 재모델링하였다.

정보보호 관련 사고가 자주 등장하면서 그 원인과 결과를 놓고 '이렇게 하면 된다 혹은 저렇게 하면 된다'는 식의 해결책이 쏟아지고 있다. 물론 정보보호를 잘할 수 있는 방법은 하나일 수가 없다. 관점에 따라, 한편으로 상황에 따라 얼마든지 달라질 수 있다. 그 해법에 대해 국내 민간 분야의 정보보호를 담당하고 있는 KISA의 이사진들은 어떻게 생각하고 있을까. 이번 호부터 이들과 함께 그 해법을 찾아 보고자 한다.
