A Study on the Egg Development and Taxonomy of Two Bitterlings, Acheilognatus limbata and A. signifer (Pisces, Cyprinidae) from Korea (한국산 잉어과 어류 칼납자루(Acheilognathus limbata)와 묵납자루(A. signifer)의 초기발생과 분류에 관한 연구)

  • Comparison of morphological characters and development of eggs and larvae of two bitterlings, Acheilognathus limbata and A. signifer from Korea were observed and discussed taxonomically. A. signifer differs from A. limbata by the color pattern of dorsal and anal fin ray of male, egg form and the length of ovipositor of female. Although two species are overlapping each other in some morphometric characters, there is a great difference between the two in the multivariate analysis of 15 morphological characters of five comparative populations. These results indicate that A. limbata and A. signifer are two independent allopatric sibling species in Korea.

  • 본 논문에서는 폐암의 변이 형태 분석을 위한 정량적 분석 방법을 연구하였다. 보다 객관적인 분석의 필수적 요인인 정확한 분할을 이해 질감 특징과 통계학적 분류방법을 이용하였으며, 변이 형태 분석을 위해서 분할된 ROI 로부터 여러 가지 형태학적 특성값과 질감 특성값을 추출하여 변이 형태에 따라 비교분석하였다. 이러한 폐암의 변이 형태 분석을 위한 방법은 다른 기관으로의 원격전이가 쉬운 종양의 특성평가에 대한 객관적 병리진단의 보조도구로 사용될 수 있을 것이다.

  • Social Network Services(SNS) such as Twitter, Facebook and Myspace have gained popularity worldwide. Especially, sentiment analysis of SNS users' sentence is very important since it is very useful in the opinion mining. In this paper, we propose a new sentiment classification method of sentences which contains formal and informal vocabulary such as emoticons, and newly coined words. Previous methods used only formal vocabulary to classify sentiments of sentences. However, these methods are not quite effective because internet users use sentences that contain informal vocabulary. In addition, we construct suggest to construct domain sentiment vocabulary because the same word may represent different sentiments in different domains. Feature vectors are extracted from the sentiment vocabulary information and classified by Support Vector Machine(SVM). Our proposed method shows good performance in classification accuracy.

  • Development of the digital technology made possible the Integrated media that is combined computer with information network technology. Integrated media is the data transferring method through the multimedia, and has been developed by the similar form with the human's information transferring system. For that reason, interface has been developed as the important theme, Human Computer Interaction, according to the formal development. Using interface is not activated yet for the lack of connection with various divisions and the system of the product development although interfaces formatic development is re-arranged and re-established in design. This is the try to construct new model of the interface by re-arrange of the factors for the information transferring form development on the ground of the mp3 service vending machine development. Interface is divided into logical I formatic and hardware I software for he systematic classification and also arranged so that anybody can understand. Consequently, presenting of the new integrated interface paradigm can make possible to suggest the fundamental framework that is the new direction of the design re-arranged by the integrated media.

Analysis and evaluation of morphological and molecular polymorphism in the hybridization of Elaeagnus ×maritima and E. ×submacrophylla (잡종 기원 녹보리똥나무와 큰보리장나무의 형태학적 및 분자적 다양성 분석 및 평가)

  • The taxonomic identity of Elaeagnus ×maritima and E. ×submacrophylla (Elaeagnaceae) in Korea is unclear, yet they are presumed to be hybrid taxa based on their morphology. To determine their hybrid origins, a morphological analysis (field surveys and specimen examinations) and a molecular analysis involving two nuclear ribosomal DNA (nrDNA) regions (internal transcribed spacer and 5S non-transcribed spacer) and one chloroplast DNA (cpDNA) region (matK) were conducted. The morphological analysis revealed that E. ×maritima showed certain morphological similarities to E. glabra, whereas E. ×submacrophylla showed certain morphological similarities to E. pungens. However, the molecular analysis indicated that E. ×maritima exhibited additive species-specific sites of E. glabra and E. macrophylla in the nrDNA regions. Notably, E. ×submacrophylla showed various aspects, with some individuals exhibiting additive species-specific sites of E. pungens and E. macrophylla in the nrDNA and E. macrophylla sequences in the cpDNA regions, some individuals exhibiting E. macrophylla sequences in the nrDNA and E. pungens sequences in the cpDNA regions, and some individuals displaying E. macrophylla sequences in both the nrDNA and cpDNA regions, despite an intermediate morphology between E. pungens and E. macrophylla. These results indicate that these two species are of hybrid origin and frequently cross between parental and hybrid individuals.

Taxonomic Study on Two Subspecies of European Grass Snake (Rhabdophis tigrina) in Korea (한국산 유혈목이 (Rhabodophis Tigrina) 2 아종의 분류학적 연구)

  • Electrophoretic method is and morphometric analysis were used to examine genetic and phenetic variation among 16 populations of Rhabdophis tigrina and to clarify the subspecific status of R.t.tigrina and R.t. lateralis in Korea. The degree of genic variation based on 23 presume loci was moderate and was similar to those found for other vertebrates. Interpopulation levels of genic differentiation were slight for all populations studied and overall genetic similarities were =0.970. The number of ventral and subcaudal scales showed clinal variation with increasing tendency in numbers toward south . Discriminant function analysis based on six morphometric characters revealed that there were no morphometric differentiation between two subspecies, therefore it was concluded that they were same taxon and R.t. lateralis (Berthold, 1859) should be treated as synonym of R. t. tigrina(Boie, 1826)

  • 본 연구에서는 새롭게 산업형태로서 그 중요성이 부각되고 있는 정보산업에 대한 다차원적인 분류체계를 제시하였다. 정보산업을 구현기술, 업태분류, 그리고 응용계층의 3 가지 관점으로 조망하고 각각 관점에 의하여 분류체계를 설명하였다. 정보산업 분류체계의 활용방안으로서 정보산업의 4 가지 업태, 즉 정보인프라구축산업, 정보제공산업, 정보가공산업, 정보응용산업 각각에 대한 세부적인 분류기준을 도출하여 전자상거래 시대의 새로운 산업과 가치의 이해를 제공할 수 있게 되었다.

  • 컴퓨터가 널리 보급되고 인터넷이 발전함에 따라 수없이 많은 정보가 디지털 형태로 생산되고 있다. 이러한 정보를 사람이 일일이 가공하고 분류하기에는 한계가 있으므로 자동으로 문서를 분류하고자 하는 연구가 대두되었다. 문서를 자동으로 분류하기 위해 기계학습 방법이 많이 이용되고 있다. 기계학습방법을 이용한 문서분류가 좋은 성능을 내기 위해서는 충분한 양의 학습데이터가 필요하다. 학습데이터를 만들기 위해서는 사람이 일일이 분류해야 하므로, 비용이 많이 든다. 본 논문에서는 적은양의 labeled 데이터로부터 시작하여, 점증적으로 unlabeled 데이터를 학습에 참여시킴으로써, 문서분류의 성능을 높이고자 한다. 실험을 통해 Unlabeled 문서데이터를 사용한 것이 좋은 성능을 보였음을 알 수 있다.

  • 네트워크 트래픽의 응용 별 분류는 최근 학계의 중요한 이슈 중 하나이다. 기존의 전통적인 트래픽 분류 방법으로 대표되는 well-known 포트 기반 분류 방법 및 페이로드 시그니쳐 기반 분류 방법의 구조적 한계점을 극복하기 위한 새로운 대안으로써, 트래픽의 상관관계를 통한 분류 방법이 제안되었다. 본 논문에서는 트래픽 상관관계에 대한 정형화된 식이나 룰을 찾는데 유용한 정보를 제공하기 위해 인터넷 응용 별 트래픽을 동작형태의 관점에서 분석하였다. 학내 망에서 자주 사용되는 인터넷 응용을 선정하고, 이들이 실행 초기에 발생시키는 트래픽을 플로우와 패킷 단위로 분석한 내용을 기술하였다. 특히, 인터넷 응용이 발생시키는 플로우 중 페이로드가 존재하는 첫 플로우를 first talk 라 정의하였으며, 이에 대한 상세한 분석 내용을 기술하였다.

ST Segment Shape Classification Algorithm for Making Diagnosis of Myocardial Ischemia (심근허혈 진단을 위한 ST세그먼트 형태 분류 알고리즘)

  • ECG is used to diagnose heart diseases such as myocardial ischemia, arrhythmia and myocardial infarction. Particularly, myocardial ischemia causes the shape change of the ST segment, this change is transient and may occur without symptoms. So it is important to detect the transient change of ST segment through long term monitoring. ST segment classification algorithm for making diagnosis myocardial ischemia is presented in this paper. The first step in the ST segment shape classification process is to detect R wave point and feature points based adaptive threshold and window. And then, the suggested algorithm detects the ST level change, To classify the ST segment shape, the suggested algorithm uses the slope values of the four points between the S and T wave. The ECG data in the European ST-T database were used to verify the performance of the developed algorithm. The best correct rate was 99.40% and the worst correct rate was 68.48%.
