The ballast water may be discharged into another sea area with marine organisms, it caused problems to disturb the marine ecosystem. So, in order to remove these environmental risk factors, the IMO has mandated the installation of BWTS to the all ships. Our monitoring system diagnose and predict a failure of BWTS by analyzing the sensor information of BWTS collected from which the ships scattered in the ocean of several. This paper presents the design and implementation of communication modules for BWTS remote monitoring considering the satellite communication charge fee. In the our study, we implemented the safety and cost-saving communication modules by LabVIEW program. The collected sensor informations is encrypted and compressed by LabVIEW modules running on RIO. Then they will be transfer to the land server and will be decrypt to enable monitoring in the land server. For the verification, we build the test modules which can verify from collecting the sensor data to consuming them in the monitoring server. We carried out 20 times for the data pattern in all of case. So, we verified the excellent functionality and reliability through the experimental result.

The objective of MPEG Media Transport (MMT), which is on going standard, is to develop efficient delivery of media over packet based networks in an adaptive, progressive, download/streaming fashion over various IP based networks, including terrestrial, satellite and cable broadcast networks. In this paper we introduce utilization of signal strength information based on Cross Layer Design(CLD) to efficient multimedia delivery over wireless network in which in practice the wireless conditions can vary significantly. Many recent studies have shown that a significant improvement in wireless video throughput can be achieved by utilizing signal strength information on CLD [1][2]. Despite of its usefulness, however, it was difficult to employ signal strength information in rate adaptation applications due to different representation of signal strength information for each underlying wireless network. To that end, we proposed syntax and semantics of signal strength information in such a way that the information can be interpreted in the unified way. The proposed signal strength information was proposed for the MMT standardization.

Nowadays the education of Mathematics is more important than any other courses in the school. But the most students have felt the difficulty and uncomfortableness in studying Mathematics, especially the geometry course. Moreover teachers also consider that the teaching of geometry is the hardest part of Mathematics. Therefore we suggest an effective method of teaching the geometry course for the middle school students. We provide the activity papers which contain mathematics problems based on the practical life of students. And we analyze the effects of the activity papers using the questionnaire.

In this paper the new revision of Korean Airworthiness Standards (KAS) - Emissions was proposed for enforced environmental standards. The Aircraft Engine Fuel Venting and Exhaust Emissions Requirements have been only defined for smoke, HC, CO and NOx as management items in previous KAS. However, this standard has not covered the current situation that International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) and United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) enforced environmental regulations, such as emissions trading system, limitation of CO₂ emissions and restriction of exhaust gas. In order to overcome these outdated situations, we presented the new requirements for aircraft exhaust gas emissions standard of Korea based on the latest standards of United States, Europe and other countries.

This paper presents a Web-based interactive and adaptive learning system that helps students learn the pumping lemma for the family of regular languages. Our system allows the students to proceed with their learning according to their individual differences through Web-Based Instruction and gives them opportunities for the interaction so that they can practice exercise related to the learning and gain feedbacks on the results of the exercises immediately. Especially, the system provides adaptive scaffolding that helps learners understand each step for the proof of the pumping lemma. Unlike existing systems that support learning the pumping lemma, the proposed system defines possible errors in advance and provides appropriate messages for corresponding errors. In addition, the system allows the learners to decompose a string into three parts so that they can understand the pumping lemma precisely.

There are some advantages of developing applications based on the object oriented concepts. One os them is that it is possible to reuse the existing designs and products. This paper provides a formal method for the reorganization of class hierarchies for the object extension in the object oriented design phase. In this paper, we introduce classes, and edges to represent the inheritance and aggregation relationship between classes. Based on the graph, we define an order relation(called the object extension) between class hierarchy graphs. And also we present a set of five basic transformations preserving the object extension relation. The set is proven to be correct and complete. The results of this paper help form a theoretical basis for the extension and reorganization object-oriented application systems.

The illegal copying and redistribution of digitally-stored information is a crucial problem to distributors who electronically sell digital data. Fingerprinting scheme is a techniques which supports copyright protection to track redistributors of electronic information using cryptographic techniques. Anonymous fingerprinting schemes, differ from symmetric fingerprinting, prevent the merchant from framing a buyer by making the fingerprinted version known to the buyer only. And the scheme, differ from asymmetric fingerprinting, allows the buyer to purchase goods without revealing her identity to the merchant. In this paper, a new anonymous fingerprinting scheme based on secret sharing is introduced. The merchant finds a sold version that has been distributed, and then he is able to retrieve a buyer's identity and take her to court. And Schnorr's digital signature prevents the buyer from denying the fact he redistributed. The buyer's anonymity relies on the security of discrete logarithm and secure two-party computations.

In this paper, we analyzed the relationship between charging operation system and electricity charges connected with charging infrastructure among data of many demonstration projects focused on electric vehicles recently. At this point in time, due to the rapid increase in demand for the electric charging infrastructure that will take place in the future, we can prepare for an upcoming era in the sense of forecasting the demand value. At the same time, demonstrating and modeling optimized system modeling centering on sites is a prerequisite. The modeling based on the existing small - scale simulation and the design of the operating system are based on the data linkage analysis. In this paper, we implemented a new optimized system modeling and introduced it as a standard format to analyze time - dependent time - divisional data for each vehicle and user in each point and node. In order to verify the efficiency of the optimization based on the data linkage analysis for the actual implemented electric car charging infrastructure and operation system.

The Russian government is expanding strategic cooperation with foreign countries, including production partnerships, in order to secure civil aircraft manufacturing technology and advanced materials, with the aim of becoming the world's third-largest civil aircraft producer. In addition, the Russian government supports the development of the aircraft manufacturing industry and reorganizes the aircraft certification organization to pursue systematic aviation safety and make great efforts in international cooperation and certification activities for the export of aviation products. Establishing a cooperative system for safety and certification of civil aircraft between countries requires a process of mutual understanding and trust in the overall certification system. Therefore in this study, we wanted to analyze Russia's aircraft certification organization, law system, certification procedures to help Russia understand its aircraft certification system.

Poem plays an important role in Ca trù. Many music researchers say that singing Ca trù is singing poem. Of 46 tunes of Ca trù, there are more than 10 tunes expressed in available poems or styles of poetry; for example: in the tune Tỳ bà, the performer could sing Tỳ bà hành by Bạch Cư Dị being converted into seven-seven-six-eight-word-meter; in the reciting poem tunes, just reciting 5 Thien thai poems by Tào Đường or 3 Thanh Bình tune poems by Lý Bạch; in the reciting poetic essay (phú), reciting Tien Xich Bich and Hau Xich Bich by Tô Đông Pha. Others like bắc phản, cung bắc sometimes used six-eight word meters. Structurally, those are available for familiar types and beyond the scope of particular creativity because they do not originate from Ca trù's activity environment like recitative. Recitative is the main tune of Ca trù and has become an independent poem type. In terms of literature, recitative has a particular form structure and special type content. Unlike other tunes of Ca trù that only stop at some fixed works, recitative has increased to thousands of works in quantity and has been composed for many centuries. For those reasons, we confined ourselves the research to the creation which is the most typical of Ca tru: The recitative.
