In study we analyze the network about the legislators in Korean National Assembly. We focused on 17th National Assembly since there were full of important changes in composition. Mutual cooperation is necessary to pass the bills beyond their given mission in legislation. In order to find out the relationship of legislators based on the introducing bills, total 5728 bills in 17th National Assembly, we used bipartite network projection. We can find who is a highly influential legislator and the difference between a ruling party and a main opposition party in aspects of cooperative behavior.

This can be promoted collaboration environment for the system and the system is very important for competitiveness, it is equipped. If so, could work in collaboration with members of the organization to promote collaboration what factors? Organizational collaboration and cooperation of many people working, or worth pursuing common goals by sharing information and processes to improve labor productivity, defined as collaboration. Factors that promote collaboration are shared visions, the organization's principles and rules that reflect the visions, on-line system developments, and communication methods. First, it embodies the vision shared by the more sympathetic members are active and voluntary participation in the activities of the organization can be achieved. Second, the members are aware of all the rules and principles of a united whole is accepted and leads to good performance. In addition, the ability to share sensitive business activities for self-development and also lead to work to make this a regular activity to create a team that can collaborate to help the environment and the atmosphere. Third, a systematic construction of the online collaboration system is made efficient and rapid task. According to Student team and A corporation we knew that Cloud services and social media, low-cost, high-efficiency services could achieve. The introduction of the latest information technology changes, the members of the organization's systems and active participation can take advantage of continuing education must be made. Fourth, the company to inform people both inside and outside of the organization to communicate actively to change the image of the company activities, the creation of corporate performance is very important to figure. Reflects the latest trend to actively use social media to communicate the effort is needed. For development of systematic collaboration promoting model steps to meet the organizational role. First, the Chief Executive Officer to make a firm and clear vision of the organization members to propagate the faith, empathy gives a sense of belonging should be able to have. Second, middle managers, CEO's vision is to systematically propagate the organizers rules and principles to establish a system would create. Third, general operatives internalize the vision of the company stating that the role of outside companies must adhere. The purpose of this study was well done in collaboration organizations promoting factors for strategic alignment model based on the golden circle and collaboration to understand and reflect the latest trends in information technology tools to take advantage of smart work and business know how student teams through case analysis will derive the success factors. This is the foundation for future empirical studies are expected to be present.

The new innovation model that deals with agenda as sustainability, quality of life, societal challenges is emerging as NIS(National Innovation System) is needed to transit to post catch-up and creativity. To achieve this objective, there is a growing need for enhancing usage of ICT, end-user's needs, prolification of R&D results and social impact. Living Lab is the new innovation model that end-user's participation, co-work/network within actors and usage of user's experience and This study deal with Living Lab related R&D of ICT-based service from co-work with end-users. Example cases are Turku Archipelago Living Lab in Finland, and Living Lab projects in EU, EIT ICT Labs and ELLIOT. And the focus of case analysis is that reflection of user's needs and experience, and aspect of ICT usage.

The technological convergence of IT, BT and NT is expected to drive technological revolution in the twenty first century, so a large amount of R&D expenditure is being concentrated on the development of fusion technology worldwide. Researches on how to direct and manage fusion technology development, however, are rare up to the present. This study investigates technology development and S&T human resources practices in the fusion technology are a focusing on the career path movement of researchers. On the basis of case study and a field survey of 209 scientists and engineers from academia, research institutes and industry, four strategic directions are recommended for improving human resources development in convergence technologies. The limitations and contributions of the study are also discussed.

In this paper, a CORBA-based collaborative medical image analysis and visualization system, which provides high accessibility and usability of the system for the users on distributed environment is introduced. The system allows us to manage datasets and manipulates medical images such as segmentation and volume visualization of computed geometry from biomedical images in distributed environments. Using Bayesian classification technique and an active contour model the system provides classification results of medical images or boundary information of specific tissue. Based on such information, the system can create real time 3D volume model from medical imagery. Moreover, the developed system supports collaborative work among multiple users using broadcasting and synchronization mechanisms. Since the system is developed using Java and CORBA, which provide distributed programming, the remote clients can access server objects via method invocation, without knowing where the distributed objects reside or what operating system it executes on.

In this paper, we propose a movie recommendation model that uses the users' ratings as well as their reviews. To understand the user's preference from multicriteria perspectives, the proposed model is designed to apply attribute-based sentiment analysis to the reviews. For doing this, it divides the reviews left by customers into multicriteria components according to its implicit attributes, and applies BERT-based sentiment analysis to each of them. After that, our model selectively combines the attributes that each user considers important to CF to generate recommendation results. To validate usefulness of the proposed model, we applied it to the real-world movie recommendation case. Experimental results showed that the accuracy of the proposed model was improved compared to the traditional CF. This study has academic and practical significance since it presents a new approach to select and use models in consideration of individual characteristics, and to derive various attributes from a review instead of evaluating each of them.

Under the effectuation of Green growth from last year, It was surveyed in this study that how recognize of local government and companies in Dae-gu and Kyoung-buk Area. For this purpose, in order to see the present situation, the perception and influence to the Green growth was surveyed and analyzed. The result was that local government and companies were big differences in many items between the compared companies which are different. On the basis of this analysis, It was suggested what and how the companies and the government have to do in order to improve the perception of Green growth and make a new business chances.

Wireless media communication has lower robustness and stability than wired communication because of narrow bandwidth and unstable channel state. To make up for the deficient points of wireless communication, we used the diversity effect of cooperation communication and the error correction effect of channel coding schemes. In this paper, the cooperative communication system with RCPC codes and Hybrid ARQ transmission scheme is proposed for improving reliability on wireless communication, and we executed these simulations. From the simulation results, proposed system is showed lower BER performance than legacy system. In addition, we confirm the fact that the channel state of Relay-node and source-node is more important than the channel state of Relay-node and destination-node.
