  • 배전선로에 전력을 공급하는 방식은 일반적으로 22.9kV급 XLPE 케이블에 의한 전력공급이 주를 이루어 왔다. 한편으로 대규모 전력을 소비하는 공장 및 고층 빌딩의 전력 공급에 있어서는 일반적으로 각각 부하로의 많은 회선수의 케이블 포설을 요하는 전력케이블 보다는, 한 선로로 보다 많은 대전류를 수송하면서 부하 가까이에서 필요한 전류를 간편하게 분기해 공급받는 부스덕트 시스템이 시공 및 배전선로 관리의 간편성에 의해 점차 용도가 늘어나고 있다. 부스닥트 시스템의 대부분은 일단 시설물이 건축될 때 건축물의 상부 공간 또는 설비가 위치한 하부 바닥 구간을 통해 설치된 이후, 기타 배관, 가스관 등의 추가적인 건축 구조물과 함께 설치되어 이후 선로의 보수 진단 등이 대부분 어렵게 되어진다. 본 논문에서 소개하는 부스덕트의 온도감시 시스템은 아무리 복잡하고 협소한 설치 환경이라도 특수한 포설 공법에 의해 광화이버를 포설하고, 이를 활용하여 실시간으로 부스덕트 선로의 표면온도와 주변온도를 상시 감시함으로써, 효율적인 부스덕트 선로의 활용뿐만 아니라 과열에 의한 절연사고를 미연 방지하는 운전신뢰성과 안정성을 높이는 것이 가능하게 되었다.

Formation of Indium Bumps on Micro-pillar Structures through BCB Planarization (BCB 평탄화를 활용한 마이크로 기둥 구조물 위의 인듐 범프 형성 공정)

  • A formation process of indium bump arrays on micro-pillar structures is proposed. The space to form indium bump on the narrow structures can be secured applying the benzocyclobutene (BCB) planarization and its etch-back process. We exhibit a detailed overview of the process steps involved in the fabrication of 320×256 hybrid camera sensor for short-wavelength infrared (SWIR) detection. The shear strength of the BCB, which has undergone the different processes, is extracted by quartz crystal microbalance measurement. The shear strength of the BCB is three orders of magnitude higher than that of the indium bump itself. The measured dark current distribution of the fabricated SWIR camera sensor indicates the suggested process of indium bumps can be useful for embodying highly sensitive infared camera sensors.

  • Our research team is developing a 6-DOF manipulator for narrow workspaces in press forming processes, such as placing PEM nuts on the bottom of a chassis. In this paper, kinematic analysis was performed for the position control of the manipulator, along with structural analyses for position accuracy with different payloads. First, the Denavit-Hatenberg (DH) parameters are defined, and then the forward and backward kinematic equations are presented using the DH parameters. The kinematic model was verified by visual simulation using Coppelia Robotics' virtual robot experimentation platform (V-REP). Position accuracy analysis was performed through structural analyses of deflection due to self-weight and deflection under full payload (5 kgf) in fully opened and fully folded states. The maximum generated stress was 22.05 MPa in the link connecting axes 2 and 3, which was confirmed to be structurally safe when considering the materials of the parts.

  • In general, the size of tunnel cross section in construction site is $50{\sim}200m^2$. But, electric cable tunnel, telecommunication cable tunnel, mine tunnel. Waterproof tunnel have small cross section less than $20m^2$. There are so many problem at small sectional tunnel: restriction of equipment, dead pressure by precompression, loss of efficiency, increase of work time. Especially, explosives remainder by precompression of previous detonation is serious problem. To find its measures of dead pressure (explosives remainder), the following series of progress have been conducted: (1) survey of previous study (2) investigate causes of dead pressure (3) set up of its measures (4) application and appraisal at tunnel site. The measures, change of cut pattern, hole space over 40cm, adjustment of delay time, are proved by experimental results.

  • Scarcity of water worldwide, increasing greenhouse gas emissions, increased energy consumption due to the Earth is threatened. Existing in the process of urban planning and development of forests, rivers and other natural ecosystems have been destroyed and that there was increased impervious pavement. Impervious pavement increase water circulation system to destroy the natural and urban water retention, infiltration and decreased evaporation. Nonpoint source pollution(NPS) occurs when rainfall impervious pavement and appeal directly to the river water inflow is adversely impacts of the situation. In this study, rainfall occurs impervious pavement NPS pollution reduction and temperature increase due to the increase in urban areas, and to solve heat island phenomenon is to develop small HSSF constructed wetland technology. The small HSSF constructed wetland sedimentation, filtration, adsorption, absorption by vegetation, including such mechanisms. Techniques for verification of the pilot-scale test was conducted. In the future domestic urban heat island phenomenon and restore the natural water cycle for the facilities will be used as a basis to develop.

  • This study designed and manufactured "a DVOR virtual signal generator" to make the monitoring system of preliminary Doppler VHF Omni-directional Radio Range(DVOR) run like its real operation status in a narrow space in order to study "a DVOR virtual monitoring system". The designed and manufactured DVOR virtual signal generator is suitable for the specification of signal that is generated in the currently running equipment. In addition, it is possible to control operation conditions of equipment by using parameter variables, and the circuit construction is largely divided into the input part, the modulation part, the high-gain amplifier, and the power part. "The DVOR virtual monitoring system using the virtual signal designed and implemented in this study is very suitable to be used for low-cost actual education as it can construct the operation status like the real situation in a narrow space without using an actual system like an antenna generating side band.

  • There is not enough absorption space in the side of a vehicle so injuries to a passenger are higher compared to frontal impact injuries. For the protection of the passenger in the event of a side impact, vehicle regulations and new car assessment program(NCAP) are implemented all over the world. However, passive safety such as absorption technology of vehicle body itself is limited due to the narrow space of the side part. At the present time, it is well known that a side airbag including a curtain airbag is the most effective system to protect the passenger during a side impact. In this study, optimum design of the curtain airbag is carried out to reduce Head Injury Criterion(HIC) of the passenger. Based on crashworthiness simulation, an orthogonal array is selected based on the defined design variables, the response surfaces are generated from the orthogonal array and optimization is conducted with the surfaces.

  • Recently, It is required that multimedia data display on not only PC but also the Mobile device such as cellar phone, PDA. Mobile divieces has not sufficient of storage space or main memory and has slow network speed. So we can't process the multimedia data with the existing way on PC. This paper presents various methods for MultimediaPresentation which are able to display on the mobile device with the low-bandwidth and small storage. There Is an analysis that Is playable on the mobile device using presentation area devision method and replayable analysis method. If the display of multimedia presentation is impossible from this analysis, to apply prefetch techniques a using EPOB apoint and as User QoS of multimedia data through prefetch techniques have keep, do so that playable. Then, it is proposed to playable smooth multimedia presentation as that each of the presentations through prefetch Scheduling techniques point and quantity of data which are prefetch.

  • RTLS(Real Time Location Systems) is a technology that identifies a location of a target object and provides peat visibility at a work place. Unlike those of the overseas, domestic ports and shipyards have narrow work places and thus, the efficient utilization of these spaces is one of the most important considerations for improving productivity. Companies considering implementation of RTLS should understand its limitations or applicability. In this paper, problems of RTLS such as fading factors which were caused from the features of RF, and limitations caused from the preconditions of RTLS were explained. To overcome those problems, three types of solutions such as movable RTLS, semi-movable RTLS and combined RTLS with other technologies were suggested.

  • 최근 국지성 호우 등 홍수방어 시설의 설계빈도를 초과하는 강우 발생으로 홍수피해가 증가하고 있다. 그 중 도시지역의 내수침수 피해는 전체 피해액의 50%를 넘는다. 그러나 우수관거의 노후화 및 통수능 부족으로 우수의 즉각적인 배출이 이루어지지 않아 침수피해가 증가하고 있다. 침수피해의 주요 원인 중 저지대 지역 및 우수관거의 통수능력 부족이 침수피해의 가장 큰 원인을 차지한다. 따라서 도심지의 경우 내수침수로 인한 피해가 증가하고 있는 점을 감안하면 배수관거와 연계한 저류시스템 구축으로 침수 빈발 지역의 치수 능력 향상을 통하여 경제적 피해를 저감시킬 수 있다. 저류시스템은 현장 노면수 저류를 위한 측구 저류조와 저류조 운영 시스템을 의미하며, 저류조 운영 시스템 모델에 대한 연구를 수행하였다. 측구 저류조 운영 시스템 구축을 위해서 현장 센싱(Sensing)데이터와 연계할 수 있는 정보체계 및 운영 시스템 모델이 필요하다. 이에 센서를 활용한 도심지 측구 저류조 운영 시스템 모델을 제시한다. 먼저 센서의 구성은 측구 저류조 내의 협소한 공간과 전원공급, 방진·방수 문제를 해결할 수 있도록 구성되어야 하며, 무전원 근거리 이동통신기술(RFID)을 적용하여 측구 저류조 운영 시스템 수집서버와 통신하여 센싱 데이터를 저장한다. 데이터는 근거리 RFID 리더기가 측구 저류조로부터 센싱 정보를 수신하여 통신모듈에 수신한 저류조 개폐도어 열림과 닫힘 시그널(signal), RFID의 고유 ID 등을 전달 받아 운영 시스템 내의 RFID 이력 DB(Database)에 기록한다. 기록된 정보는 각각 RFID 일련번호, 기록 시간, 동적센서 시그널 값 등이 저장되어 각각의 측구 저류조의 상태를 확인할 수 있어야 한다. 저류량 산정을 위해서 GIS기반의 하수도 시설물 속성 데이터를 포함하는 운영 시스템을 구성해야 한다. 운영 시스템은 수집된 센서정보를 시계열 단위로 분석하고 위치정보 기준으로 측구 저류조 내의 총 저류량 산출에 필요한 기초정보를 제공하며 결과를 표출한다. 따라서 하수도 시설물의 속성정보를 포함하여 측구 저류조 및 센서의 속성정보 정의가 필요하며, 공간정보 파일(Shape File)을 적용하여 GIS 운영 시스템을 구축하여야 한다. 운영 시스템은 저류조 만관상태와 총 저류량을 산출하여 침수위험 알림을 제공할 수 있으며, 예상 강우에 따른 도심지 피해를 역으로 예측하여 강우사상 빈도에 따른 측구 저류조 체적을 결정할 수 있다.
