  • 지금까지의 재난대책이 대응 및 복구에 초점이 맞춰져 있었다면, 앞으로는 첨단시스템을 이용해서 재해경감 체제를 갖추기 위해서 다양한 노력이 시도되고 있고 이를 위한 연구와 프로젝트가 활발히 이루어지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 긴급구조 시스템의 지능화 핵심인 분산 에이전트의 동작에 관한 방법론을 제시하고자 한다. 분산 에이전트중의 하나인 Broker를 긴급구조 시스템의 중심으로 내세워 자치적인 프로세스를 이용해 상황을 인지하고 그에 따라 최적의 신속하고 합리적인 서비스가 사용자에게 제공되도록 서비스 제공자들과 협상을 전개한다. 보다 효과적인 시스템 구현을 위하여 온톨로지를 이용한 상황인지와 협상 모델을 제시하고자 한다.

  • This Paper describes our experiences with the design and implementation of a networked multimedia information management system in an object-oriented framework for distributed multimedia applications, and an integrated QoS-resource negotiation protocol which has been applied to a video server in our networked multimedia infrastructure. The salient features of our framework to support efficient multimedia streaming are explained. Next the paper explores the challenges faced in integrating the proposed QoS negotiation policy into the framework.

  • The Ethereum shard system for solving the scalability problem of the blockchain has a load balancing issue, which is modeled as a graph partitioning problem. In this paper, we propose an adaptive online weighted graph partitioning algorithm that can negotiate between two utility of the shard system using the game theory's bargaining solution. The bargaining solution is an axiomatic solution that can fairly determine the points of conflict of utility. The proposed algorithm was improved to apply the existing online graph partitioning algorithm to the weighted graph, and load balancing was performed efficiently through the design considering the situation of the sharding system using the extension of Nash bargaining solution, which is extended to apply solution to non-convex feasible set of bargaining problem. As a result of the experiment, it showed up to 37% better performance than typical load balancing algorithm of shard system.

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship among senior dance participants' fun, leisure constraints negotiation and intention to continue exercise of the oldest old. The questionnaires were analyzed 103 of the oldest old in D-city. The measurement tools used were fun, leisure constraints negotiation and intention to continue exercise. Amos 26.0 and SPSS WIN VER 26.0 program were used to analyze the data with correlation analysis, reliability analysis and structural equation model. the results of this study, First, it was showed that the fun of the oldest's old participation in senior dance had a significant effect on the intention to continue exercise. Second, it was showed that the fun of the oldest's old participation in senior dance had a significant effect on the leisure constraints negotiation. Third, it was showed that the leisure constraints negotiation of the oldest's old participation in senior dance had a significant effect on the intention to continue exercise. Fourth, it was showed that the leisure constraints negotiation of the oldest's old participation in senior dance had a partial mediation effect between fun and intention to continue exercise.

  • In this paper, we propose FAS model for establishing trust based on digital certificates in Grid security framework. The existing RBAC(Role Based Access Control) model is extended to provide permissions depending on the users‘ roles. The FAS model is designed for a system independent integrated Grid security by detailing and extending the fundamental architecture of user, role, and permission. FAS decides each user’s role, allocates access right, and publishes attribute certificate. FAS is composed of three modules: RDM, PCM, and CCM. The RDM decides roles of the user during trust negotiation process and improves the existing low level Grid security in which every single user maps a single shared local name. Both PCM and CCM confirm the capability of the user based on various policies that can restrict priority of the different user groups and roles. We have analyzed the FAS strategy with the complexity of the policy graph-based strategy. In particular, we focused on the algorithm for constructing the policy graph. As a result, the total running time was significantly reduced.

  • 최근 인터넷 및 정보통신 기술이 급속하게 발달함에 따라서 네트워크를 기반으로 한 응용 소프트웨어 및 네트워크 관련 기술들이 많이 연구, 개발되고 있다. 이와 관련하여 과거 인공지능 분야에서 많이 연구되어 왔던 에이전트 기술이 최근의 네트워크 기술을 기반으로 하여 다시 활발한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 특히, 네트웍 상을 이동하면서 특정 사용자의 요구를 만족시키는 이동 에이전트 기술은 네트웍 응용시스템 개발에서 많이 이용되고 있는 기술이다. 본 논문에서는 이동 에이전트기술을 이용하여 가상 시장 환경 모델과 협상 시스템을 설계하고 그 구연 방법을 설명한다. 본 논문에서 기술하는 이동 에이전트 환경은 시장 에이전트, 호객 에이전트, 데이터베이스 에이전트로 크게 세 부분으로 나눈다.

  • 최근 한국과 캐나다의 통신협상 추진과 통신시장 개방 등의 통신환경 변화는 우리나라의 통신정책 및 운용체계의 필연적인 구조개편을 요구하고 있다. 특히 통신단말기기는 각 나라마다 고유의 규격과 사용환경을 적용함으로써 국가간 통신협상 추진시 주요쟁점으로 다루어지고 있다. 본 고에서는 공중통신망용 단말장치의 제반 규격 및 조건을 다루는 기술기준 규칙에 대한 개선방안을 제시하였다. 개선안에서 채택하고 있는 규격들은 국제표준 규격 및 북미의 기술기준을 모델로 함으로써 미래 글로벌 통신시대를 대비하였다.

  • This research presents the development of a certain highly efficient model for group security policy negotiation using mobile agents in the IPSec environment. The conventional IP security systems has some problems. A drawback to these systems is that the required policy between each security area is different. Another problem is not possible to guarantee whether a packet is transmitted through the same path by both directions and is protected by the same policy due to the topology of the network. Unlike conventional systems, the model developed herein can be resolved by using a mobile agent technology. If each domain needs a negotiation of security policy, a mobile agent manages the result of the negotiation in the form of a passport and guarantees the authentication and reliability each other by using the passport.
