The purpose of this paper is "A Study on the Establishment of Distribution and Logistics System in the unified Korea". The main conclusion of this paper are as follows : North and South Korea shall conjunctionally foster the exchange and cooperation area and operate the joint pilot project to combine distribution and logistics system. To solve the problems of the maritime affairs, Fisheries, and international logistics, the cooperative agreement between North and South Korea will be needed to protect and develop of shipping, aviation and shipbuilding industry. Unification of two Koreas must be prepared as stage by stage ; ${\cdot}$Stage1(preparation period) : initiation of peace area. ${\cdot}$Stage2(development period) : forming the exchange and cooperation area ${\cdot}$Stage3(settlement period) : establishing peace belt on border area. After the unification, two Koreas must plan and undertake the construction of the distribution and logistics infrastructures, establishment of SCM system through Network and the connection to China through railway and road Network.

과학기술처는 금년 중 주요 업무 계획의 하나로, 원자력 협력 대상국을 다각화하고, 원자력 협력의 효율적$\cdot$체계적 추진과 원자력 기술의 교류 기반 강화 차원에서 유럽$\cdot$동구$\cdot$아시아$\cdot$북미$\cdot$남미 등 권역별로 원자력 국제 협력 추진을 계획, 기술 조사단의 파견을 추진하고 있다. 이 글은 지난 4월 26일부터 5월 6일까지 유관 부처 및 산업계가 공동 참여한 민관합동조사단이 아르헨티나$\cdot$브라질$\cdot$칠레 등 남미 3국의 정부$\cdot$연구소$\cdot$산업체 등을 방문하여 얻은 각국의 원자력 현황의 조사 결과로서, 향후 남미 국가와의 원자력 협력시 귀중한 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

오늘의 기업은 내부 조직, 업무 프로세스, 정보기술 측면에서 많은 문제점을 가지고 있고, 대외적인 기업 환경이 수시로 바뀌는 등 어려운 상황에 직면하고 있다. 이런 내부적인 문제를 해결하고, 외부 환경변화에 신속하게 대응할 뿐만 아니라 전사적 자원을 체계적으로 관리하고, 경영을 효율화하기 위하여 ERP 를 도입하고 있다. 이러한 도입 목적을 달성하기 위하여 모기업은 2004년 부터 협력사 경영관리력 향상 및 협력사와의 구매 SCM(Supply Chain Management) 연계를 통한 협업체계 구축을 목표로 협력사의 ERP 구축 및 5대 구축 자금 및 전문 인력을 지원하였다. 또한 시스템구축 지원 뿐만이 아니라 시스템 활용도 제고 활동을 위하여 ERP구축 및 SCM 연계가 완료된 업체를 대상으로 변화관리 컨설팅을 지원하였으며, 매년 정기적인 정보화평가를 수행하여, 문제점을 파악하고 문제점을 제거하기 위한 활동을 수행하게 되었다. 이와 같은 변화관리 컨설팅을 통한 시스템 활용도 제고활동이 정보시스템 전체에 미치는 영향 및 성과가 지대함을 인식하게 되었고, 이에 본 논문에서는 ERP 및 구매 SCM 시스템 구축 후 운영 안정화 및 변화관리 활동을 주요 연구대상으로 하여 변화관리 수행방안 및 수행내용, 변화관리 활동을 통한 성과에 대하여 중점적으로 연구하였다.

현재의 우리나라 전자관련 산업 분야 중 대기업과 협력관계에 있는 협력업체의 IT협업수준이 주로 생산현장과 관련있는 ERP나 GROUPWARE을 중심으로 초기단계의 적용 및 활용 수준에 머무르고 있을 뿐만 아니라 새로운 시스템도입 및 산업계의 변화를 적시에 반영시키지 못하는 단점이 있었다. 지속적인 전자 분야 산업 발전에 따라 보다 정확한 세부분야별 생산성 및 매출액 등의 데이터 활용이 필요할 뿐만 아니라 적극적인 GROBAL경쟁체제에서의 경쟁우위확보를 위하여 현행시스템의 고도화뿐만 아니라 생산, 재무데이타의 의미있는 연계를 통하여 EIS등의 솔루션을 집중도입하여, 경영의사결정을 효율적이고 신속하게 함으로서 국제적인 경쟁체계와도 시장 선도형 기업군을 가져야 할 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 국내외 전자산업 대중소 협력업체간의 협업체계의 현행시스템을 ISP기법을 적용하여 장단점을 분석한 후 새로운 공통의 시스템구축을 위한 상생혁신프로그램도입을 제안한다.

Urban air mobility (UAM) is an innovative air traffic management system that utilizes electric vertical take off and landing aircraft(eVTOL) to transport passengers and cargo in urban areas. The corridor can be defined as the airspace that the vehicle operates in and must be collaboratively managed. For the stable operation of UAM, it is essential to have strategic separation and a collaborative decision-making(CDM) system for cooperation and coordination among stakeholders. This study examines the application of time-based milestones from traditional air traffic flow management to the UAM system to ensure safe traffic volume and optimize air traffic flow. For traffic flow management, the milestone time information is categorized into a total of 13 key milestone time indicators based on the UAM movement status, and the sharing entities providing each time indicator and the flow of milestones are defined. Emphasizing the need for a CDM to balance UAM traffic and capacity, sharing and managing milestone information among stakeholders is expected to improve UAM aircraft departure flow and enhance operational efficiency.

민군기술협력사업은 민과 군의 공동활용 기술개발 및 기술의 상호이전을 추진하는 사업으로, 민군기술의 융합을 바탕으로 과학기술을 효과적으로 획득하고 활용하기 위한 국가정책이다. 1998년 이후 현재까지 정부주도의 다양한 민군기술협력사업 진흥정책이 시행되었으나, 일관성있는 범 부처자원의 추진체계 및 위원회와 참여기관간의 상호협력 부족으로 그 효과가 극대화되지 못하고 있어 민군기술협력사업의 효율적인 정책 추진 방안에 대한 연구가 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 정부의 기본계획에 대해 각 수립 시기별로 민군기술협력 거버넌스 변화에 따른 민군기술협력사업의 연구 성과와 민군 기술의 상호 영향성과 문제점을 확인하고, 이를 기반으로 거버넌스에 의한 민군기술협력 사업의 활성화 영향에 대해 분석하였다. 향후 민군기술협력의 시너지 개선을 위하여, 민군기술협력 사업의 정책 주체인 정부부처-위원회-전문가집단 관계구조의 발전 방향에 대해 추가 연구할 예정이다.

This research focused on the strategy consulting of the 'Vertical Farm' for the blue ocean of Gyeonggi agricultural industry. The study was performed based on both theoretical study and related qualitative study approaches. particularly, 'scenario planning' as a foresight method was used for the strategy formulation of the Vertical Farm. The major determinants for the success of the formation of the Vertical Farm can be summarized as follows; the enhancement of research capability and the Relational Capability of the research institutions. In terms of the needs of times, this study regarding the strategy for the formation of the Vertical Farm is anticipated to be a good reference for the R&D organizations and technology cluster participants in coming years.
