This case study for a homeshopping company shows that the management of returned apparels by the partnership system increases the velocity of the returned goods, which not only minimizes the products' value loss but also improves the company's management performance. By incorporating the partnership system, following significant performance improvements have been identified: First, decrease in transaction cost and time between the homeshopping company and the partnering companies. Second, concentration of production line, accurate schedule management of receipt/delivery as well as collection of goods. Third, improvement of efficiency in procedures of returned goods and quality improvement of product provided by the partner.

지금까지 재현성이나 안정성이 문제가 되어온 경면 연삭이나 연성 모드 연삭도 ELID 연삭법의 개발에 따라 실용화되기 시작하고 있다. 부드러운 지석으로 피삭재 표면을 문지르듯이 가공한 기존의 다듬질 연삭은 예리하게 돌출된 미세한 지립에 의해 삭둑삭둑 잘리며 능률적으로 경면화되고 초정밀화 될 수 있는 신가공 기술로 변해 왔다. 또 절삭 가공의 이미지로 난가공재를 깎는 고능률 연삭도 실용 단계로 들어섰다. ELID 법의 본격적인 보급을 위해 관련된 제조업체의 협력으로 주변 기술의 정비가 진행되고 있지만 ELID 연삭 조건을 최적화하려면 작업 목적의 설정과 구성 요소의 선정을 좀더 명확하게 한 다음 적용할 기계 정밀도·성능, 기능과의 적합성을 검토할 필요가 있다.

본 논문에서는 독립 에이젼트 기반의 침입탐지 시스템을 구현하고자 한다. 침입 탐 지 시스템의 메시지 유실 및 메시지 내 정보에 대한 처리를 보다 안정적으로 제공하기 위해 단위침입 행동별로 학습된 모니터링 프로세스에서 전송되는 사용자 위협 행동 메시지에 대 한 처리를 담당하는 조정자 에이전트 시스템을 제안한다. 본 논문에서 제안된 조정자는 안 정화된 메시지 처리 문제 뿐아니라 기존모델의 에이젼트간 협력 작업에 의해 처리되었던 침 입 판단 기능 및 모니터링 프로세스들의 관리기능 또한 수행하도록 하게 된다. 따라서 시스 템의 유연성 및 확장성 향상을 도모하도록 하였다.

본 연구에서는 M2M(Machine to machine: 사물 지능 통신) 기반의 URL 동기화 기능을 갖는 멀티미디어 공동작업 환경에서 웹 관련 응용 소프트웨어와 미디어 등의 프로세스(process) 요소들에 대한 오류를 미리 감지하고 오류를 공유하여 웹 멀티미디어 세션에 참여한 참여자 간의 효율적인 의사소통과 상호 협력 환경의 향상을 제공한다. M2M 기반의 오류 동기화 시스템을 이용하여 신속하고 정확하게 오류를 전달하여서 복구하는데 빠르게 대처할 수 있는 시스템을 제안한다.

본 연구의 목적은 우리나라의 경제협력개발기구(OECD) 가입에 따라 당면하게 될 '제조물 책 임법(product liability law) 이라는 법률적 체계에 능동적으로 대처하기 위한 전략적 방안을 수립 하는데 있다. 또한 OECD 회원국들의 제품안전 정책을 분석하여 OECD 가입에 따른 우리나라의 제품 안전 정책의 방향을 제시하는데 있다. 이를 위하여 본 연구에서는 첫째, 대부분의 회원국에서 실시 되고 있는 제조물 칙임법의 시행 현황에 대하여 조사하였으며 둘째, 결함이 있는 제품으로 부터 소 비자를 보호하기 위해 예방적인 조치로 시행되고있는 제품안전에 관한 정책을 살펴보았다. 본 연구 결과, OECD 자체의 통일된 제조물 책임법안은 없고 가입국들이 독자적으로 제정, 시행하고 있으며 회원국에 따라 세부규정에차이가 있는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 그러나 회원국간에 경제 행위에 영향을 미치는 모든 규제들을 국제 기준으로 통일 시키자는 논의가 활발한 가운데 제조물 책임법 또한 그 범위에 포함될 것으로 전망되었다. 제품안전 정책의 경우, 대부분의 회원국들이 제품 사용중 발생 하는 각종의 안전 사고들을 예방하기 위해안전사고 정보수집 체계를 통하여 엄격한 제품감시 체계를 운영하고 있는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 또한 사용의 안전성을 고려한 광범위하고도 진보적인 기술을 요구 하는 제품 안전기준을 설정하고 있었다. 따라서 우리나라가 OECD에 가입할 경우, 선진 회원국의 수준에 부합되는 제조물 책임법의 제정 및 시행뿐만 아니라, 제품의 안전성을 국제적인 수준으로 향상시키기 위한 체계적인 정책수립이 시급한 과제인 것으로 나타났다. 뇌파 측정은 수행 전후 비교 결과 " .alpha. " 노출 비율이 수행 전보다 수행 후가 다소 높은 비유로 나타났으며, 특히 영어 단어 암기력은 평균적으로 크게 상승되는 것으로 나타났다. 정성적 분석 결과에서는 많은 심리적 변화 상태가 나타나고 있지만 전체적으로 마음의 안정감, 몸의 긴장 이완에 따른 건강 상태 유지, 수업 집중도 향상 등이 나타났다. 위와 같은 종합 적 분석 결과에 따라, 본 연구는 제조 현장의 생산성 향상 및 품질 향상과 연계하여 작업자의 작업 집중도 향상, 작업자의 육체적, 심리적 변화에 따른 생산성 및 품질 향상 변화 정도 등의 산업공학(인간공학) 제 분야의 여러 측면에서 연구 및 적용이 가능하리라 사료된다.l, 시험군:25.90$\pm$7.16mg/d1, 47% 감소)를 나타내었으며, 시험군의 AUC는 대조군에 비해 39% 감소하였고, 혈중 아세트알데히드의 농도는 투여 60분후 시험군(3.96$\pm$0.07nmo1/$m\ell$)이 대조군(6.45$\pm$0,64nmo1/$m\ell$)에 비해 유의성 있는 감소(39%)를 나타내었으며, 시험군의 AUC는 대조군에 비해 48% 감소하였다 한편, 시험관내 에탄올 대사 효소에 대한 바이오짐의 효과를 검색해본 결과 바이오짐(2.0 $\mu\textrm{g}$/assay)에 의해 Aldehyde dehydrogenase(1.5unit/assay)의 활성이 14% 증가되었다. 본 연구의 결과로 볼 때, 비지니스 및 바이오짐은 음

As an empirical study focused on how transactive memory concept influence the four processes of knowledge growth, this study aimed at explaining the function of transactive memory in the dynamic process of knowledge growth. To verify the research model, this study carried out a path analysis of 130 team memebers and as a result, part of the team transactive memory measurements does affect the knowledge growth. Consequentially, transactive memory especially based on team level, is relevant with knowledge growth. According to team level, this study targeted at the team members, and by adopting the team transactive memory concept in Cognitive Psycology, theoretically explained and analysed how to approach personal knowledge in internal organizations. To accelerate the knowledge process, the work should be modified collaboratively by trusting the team members' duty relations more than specialized knowledge. Furthermore, managers had better assign team members the work where they can make the most of their personal knowledge, and this study presented that the whole team performance could be improved by doing that.

The debate of South-North transboundary rivers must be expanded from the existing cooperation in water resources towards cooperation within ecosystem conservation. Regarding the Han and Imjin rivers confluence water system, the nature of the estuarine ecosystem must be conserved considering the aspect of climate change. Furthermore, the agenda of maintaining continuous inter-Korean communication and cooperation should focus on ecosystem conservation, including conserving migratory species that inhabit both Koreas. Notably, within the Han and Imjin rivers confluence, transboundary rivers are abundant legally protected species such as Grus vipio, Anser fabalis, Anser cygnoides, Platalea minor, Lutra lutra, Prionailurus bengalensis which suggests a strong need for a debate regarding habitat conservation. This study analyzed the ecosystem conditions and environmental aspects within the confluence of Han and Imjin rivers. In addition, this study provided step wise approach of ecosystem conservation that consider conditions for potential direct inter-Korean cooperation. The inter-Korean cooperation mentioned in this study will be developed into legitimate cooperation once the results from monitoring the ecosystem of transboundary rivers, awareness raising are exchanged.

The purpose of this study was to explore the domestic and overseas home modification policies, and review the direction of domestic home modification policies to enable 'Aging In Place; AIP' and the competencies required of occupational therapist as and expert in home modification. In order to expand occupational therapy for domestic home modification and strengthen occupational therapist competency, it is required to establish a clear and practical home modification process that reflects the design and intervention of occupational therapy. Appropriate selection and standardization of the evaluation tools that identifies the needs of the elderly and reflects the characteristics of domestic housing types are also required. In addition, it is necessary to understand policies and systems, and endeavour to establish a relevant knowledge base for communication and cooperation with experts in other fields. In terms of the policy, there is a need for the home modification support system that allows the elderly to adapt to their aging regardless of their income level, beyond the existing support system, which was implemented mainly for low-income people and disabled. In addition, as in overseas cases, the efforts need to be made to provide various and efficient measures, such as support for barrier-free housing, expansion of the scope of support through cooperation between the national government and local governments, low-interest loans and tax reductions, and establishment of governance with organizations and institutions related to home modification services.

The purpose of this study is to verify the applicability of concept mapping in the process of planning of network outcomes in social welfare. Planning and evaluation of network outcomes involve many stakeholders. Recognizing the value and range of individuals' perspectives in the creation of a common framework is one of the biggest methodological challenges for planning of network outcomes. Concept mapping is a kind of methodology that creates a stakeholder-authored visual geography of ideas from a group. It uses both a quantitative and qualitative approach, including brainstorming, structuring the statement, specific analysis and data interpretation methods to produce maps that can then be used to guide planning and evaluation efforts on the issues that matter to the group. 13 network managers who work in the social welfare centers in Busan are core participants. The 50 statements on network outcomes from brainstorming session fell into six distinct clusters. After the interpretation session these clusters were rated according to the seven rating scales. This paper explores applicability of concept mapping in the process of planning of network outcomes in social welfare. Concept mapping helps stakeholders with different value and ideas about network outcomes to consensus on common conceptual framework. In addition, a multidimensional conceptualization of network outcomes was made. It will assist in designing future outcomes evaluation and guide the evaluators through a selection of key activities and outcomes.
