This single-blinded, nonequivalent control group pretest-posttest study was undertaken to evaluate the effectiveness of simulation education on clinical judgement, collaboration, communication skills, and perceived education practices and simulation design characteristics among student nurses in Korea. Participants were 47 students (19 in the experimental group and 28 in the control group) recruited by convenience sampling. The simulation based clinical reasoning education consisted of seven weekly, 120-minute high fidelity simulations. All participants completed the pretest and 7-week post measurements of a clinical judgment, collaboration, and communication skills with 4-week post measurement of collaboration, and participants in the experimental group provided a measurements of perceived education practices and simulation design characteristics. Data were analyzed using repeated measured ANOVA, and mixed linear model with SAS 9.2. Significant improvements were found in the experimental group for clinical judgment, collaboration, communication skill, and perceived education practices and simulation design characteristics. The study results show the impact of the perceived education practices and simulation design characteristics on facilitating the effectiveness of simulation education. The findings suggest a feasible and sound teaching method for student nurses and the need for further studies with a larger sample.

Social network services are increasingly being used in organizational settings to improve relationships among employees and enhance prospects for information exchange and cooperative work. Social Networking Service(SNS) has deeply penetrated organizational job settings, influencing multiple aspects of employee's life. This study is designed to explore the impact of SNS engagement on the job performance mediated as team cooperation and decision making quality effects. Data were collected from 146 employees who use organizational SNS in there company. Factor analysis and structural equation method are employed. Results from a survey accompanied by the substantial impacts of organizational employee's social networking engagement on social learning processes and outcomes. SNS engagement not only directly influences organizational employee's job performance, but also helps their team cooperation and decision making quality from others and adapt to organizational culture, both of which play prominent roles in improving their job performance.

Therefore The final object of this study is to propose the establishment method of decision support model for the cooperative design in order to provides improved design coordination and optimize the building system.

VTS 협력항해는 수많은 상황판단과 자율적인 행위자들의 의사결정들의 집합체이다. 선박이 서로 영향을 끼치며 상호작용하기 때문에 발생하는 불확실성이 바로 VTS 협력항해가 해결해야 하는 문제 상황이다. 이러한 불확실성으로 인한 항해위험을 극복하기 위해서는 상황자각과 의사결정이 항해사 개별 차원에서 뿐만 아니라 모든 항해자들이 서로 도우면서 VTS 협력항해 전체적인 차원에서 이루어져야 한다는 점을 중점적으로 논의하였다. 본고에서는 해양사고의 원인으로서 조선기술의 미숙보다는 항해관련 인지기술이 더 직접적으로 작용한다는 점을 주장하면서, 더 나아가 기왕에 발생한 해양사고를 상황자각 관점에서 접근함으로써 해양사고의 인적과실과 관련한 심층적인 분석을 할 수 있다는 것을 밝혔다. 항해의 인지과업을 1단계 상황자각에서부터 분산의사결정에 이르는 과정으로 세분화하고, 이런 관점에서 접근함으로써 해양사고의 원인으로 작용하는 인적과실을 심도 있게 분석할 수 있었다. 인지과업의 세분화를 통해서 항해사들이 각 단계별로 에러를 수정할 수 있는 여유를 확보할 수 있게 하고, 사고로 이어지는 인과 고리를 차단하는 한편 보다 안전한 대안을 찾아 실행할 수 있다는 점을 부각시켰다. 이런 연구결과를 항해사의 훈련 과정에 접목함으로써 해양사고의 위험을 획기적으로 줄일 수 있다는 것을 밝히고자 노력하였다.

인터넷 기반 기술에 의한 e비즈니스 환경 하에서 기업들은 기존과는 다른 경쟁양식을 보여주고 있다. Covisint나 Exostar와 같은 자동차 산업이나 항공기 제조 산업의 사례에서 볼 수 있듯이, 이전까지는 적대적이었던 경쟁자들과의 상호 협력(collaboration)이 일어나고, 산업 차원의 마켓플레이스도 구축되고 있다. 이에 따라 본 논문에서는 e비즈니스 환경 하에서의 경쟁기업 간 협력에 대해 설명하기 위해서 시스템 다이나믹스 시뮬레이션을 수행한다. 결국 이 논문에서는 경쟁자와의 협력의 필요성을 제시하고, 이를 위한 최적 투자 의사결정이 존재함을 제시하며, 또한 표준화 정도나 변동성 등의 산업 특성에 따라서 협력의 효과가 달라짐을 보여준다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate effect of the SBAR-Collaborative Communication Program on nurses'communication skills and on collaboration between nurses and doctors. Methods: From March 11 to November 11, 2013, data were collected from 180 hospital nurses working in a university hospital in Gyeonggi province. Outcomes were measured at three time intervals; before, three and six months after the program was completed. Results: After participating in this program, there was a significant increase in nurses'communication skills but not in collaboration between nurses and doctors. None of the participants' general categories influenced nurses'communication skills at pre-test, but age, education level, total years of working and work department significantly influenced scores at 3 and 6 months. Work department was the only category for which there was a significant difference in collaboration between nurses and doctors at pre-test, and education level and work department were related to significant improvement at 6 months. Conclusion: Findings indicate that this program can improve communication skills for nurses and also, collaboration between nurses and doctors, especially for nurses under 25 years of age. Thus nursing and hospital managers should provide SBAR-Collaborative Communication Programs to new nurses in their job training.

본 연구에서는 유비쿼터스 환경에서 시시각각으로 변하는 고객의 요구사항을 만족시키기 위해 상호 협력을 시도하는 다중 에이전트들이 의사결정을 수행할 경우 발생할 수 있는 충돌의 해결을 지원하는 지능적인 온톨로지 관리 모듈(intelligent-Ontology Management Module, i-OMM)과 다중에이전트 관리 모듈(Multi-agent Coordination Module, MACM)을 포함하는 u-DSS 포털을 제안한다. 개별 에이전트들은 온톨로지와 문제해결을 위한 프로시저 등을 이용해 자신의 문제를 해결하는 것을 기본으로 한다. 그러나 다른 에이전트들과 협력을 통해 문제를 해결해야 할 경우에는 먼저 개별 에이전트들이 보유한 각 온톨로지의 통합 및 데이터간의 충돌 해결이 요구된다. i-OMM은 개별 에이전트들이 보유하고 있는 이질적인 온톨로지를 통합하여, 문제해결을 위한 하나의 통합된 새로운 동적 온톨로지 뷰(integrated ontology view, IOV)의 생성을 지원한다. 온톨로지 통합과제에서 생성된 IOV는 사례로 저장되고 유사한 문제 해결에 재사용된다. MACM은 고객 에이전트들의 요구사항 변화에 따라 관련 개별 에이전트들 간의 데이터 충돌을 해결하여 에이전트들의 의사결정과정을 지원한다. 따라서 i-OMM과 MACM을 이용한 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 환경에서 분산된 에이전트들의 협력적 문제 해결을 지원하는 시스템을 유비쿼터스 의사결정지원 시스템 포탈(ubiquitous decision support system, u-DSS Portal)이라고 지칭한다. 본 연구에서 제안된 알고리즘의 활용 대상은 고객, 판매자, 제조업체, 및 배송업체의 배송차량들의 에이전트들로 구성된 u-fulfillment 시스템으로 한다.

응급 의사소통 시스템(ECS)은 세심한 계획, 설계시공 및 사용이 요구된다. 음성으로 메시지를 전달하는 시스템은 수많은 사용자, 관계당국, 종사자 및 전문가와 관련된 수많은 도전에 직면해 있다. 관련 당사자와 전문가가 결정되고 응급 의사소통 시스템(ECS) 프로젝트의 초기 설계 단계부터 포함되도록 하는 것이 중요하다. 음성 전달 시스템은 통상적인 화재 경보 시스템과는 많이 다르기 때문에, 엔지니어는 새로운 기술을 적용하고 새로운 설계 기법 또는 경험이 있는 새로운 전문가를 찾아 협력해야 한다. 관계 당국과 건물주는 응급 의사소통 시스템(ECS)의 설계에 적극 참여해야 한다. 응급 의사소통 시스템(ECS)의 음성 메시지를 무시하거나 부분적으로만 전달하는 것은 응급 상황 시 음성을 이용한 의사소통의 효과와 품질을 위태롭게 하는 것이다.

Recently many companies build interfirms cooperation based on their trust. These typology of partnerships play important roles for good results especially for joint product development. Therefore the purpose of this article is to investigate the role of interfirms communication in B2B market. We also investigate interfirms communication affecting the result of new product performance through two relationship factors(trust, conflict) in B2B market. Data were gathered from respondents who work in industrial buying center. Major findings of this study are summarized as follows: First, communication has positive effects on trust but negative effects on conflict. Second, trust is shown to have positive effects on cooperation and new product performance. However, conflict is shown to have negative effects on cooperation and new product performance. As a result, interfirms communication derives new product performance. In conclusion, this study means that we tried to investigate the human relationship in B2B market.
