This study aims to suggest a new method to escape crisis of manufacturing industry. We focused on the field - oriented management innovation promotion performance divided into qualitative performance and quantitative performance. The site-centered management innovation is an organization that helps managers to quickly solve the problems faced by field management personnel by switching from manager-centered management method to on-site management personnel-oriented management. Find out the waste factors of the work and improve the process and set the process standards according to the customer's needs. Before working on the site, an employee should know exactly the process standard of what I will do, and frequently inspect the raw materials to make sure they meet the specifications. After the self-inspection is carried out, the standard is reviewed. If there is no abnormality, the cross-validation is carried out by the method which is carried over to the next step. The results of this study can be used to enhance the competitiveness of manufacturing companies. New management innovation techniques are required to adapt to the rapidly changing international business environment, and this study has implications for this research.

This study was intended to analyze the effect of port decentralization on port management and port development, analyze whether port site centrality has mediated effect in relation between port decentralization and port management and port development. This study surveyed public officials and researchers who plan and execute port policies, and analyzed the influence relationship of variables and the mediating effect using multiple regression analysis. Results are as follows, First, it was analyzed that the port authority decentralization and regional-centered port policy have a positive influence on the port site centrality, and the port authority decentralization has a positive influence on port management and port development. Second, the port site centrality was confirmed to have a positive influence on port management and port development. Third, port site centrality was shown to mediate the relationship between port decentralization and port management and port development. This study suggested the positive effect of port decentralization to local government on efficient port management and port development, and the need to draw up port site-oriented policies.

It is necessary to use industrial oriented equipment, as well as lecturer who has field experience, textbook and materials for engineering education which meets the change of industrial technology. Current education equipment is composed of general purposed equipment which are used for teaching with ease and convenience instead of field oriented achieving technology. The leads to failure of engineering education to keep up with the change of industrial technology, making engineering education stay far away from field oriented education. This study looks at the case of development of education equipment which takes an important role in engineering education, and suggests the ways of development and utilization of engineering education equipment by analyzing the effects of education when the equipment are used in the education.

초등교육현장은 ICT 활용교육이 의무화되고 있고 이를 위한 현장연수가 진행되고 있으나 초등교사를 양성하는 교육대학교 교육과정은 아직 기존의 컴퓨터 기능 중심 즉, ICT 소양교육 중심 교육과정 그대로 운영되고 있다. 그러므로 교육대학교의 교육과정은 초등 현장 교사의 업무와 역할 중심으로 현장의 변화와 필요를 적극적으로 반영하며 지속적으로 개선되어야 한다. 이에 초등학교현장과 교육대학교 교육과정의 연계성을 높이기 위해서는 11개 교육대학교의 교육과정을 분석하여 현장 교사들에게 ICT활용 능력을 향상시켜줄 수 있는 개선 방안 연구가 필요하다.

서울의 중심인 광화문 일대는 '경제대국 대한민국'을 상징하는 각종 건축물이 모여 있는 곳이다. 우뚝 솟은 건물들이 만들어내는 아름다운 경관에 우리 국민은 물론 이곳을 찾는 수많은 외국 관광객들이 탄성을 쏟아낸다. 그런 이곳에 또 하나의 랜드마크가 베일을 벗고 모습을 보일 준비를 하고 있다. 그 주인공은 바로 대림산업이 세종로 사거리 옛 금강제화 터에 건설 중인 '세종로호텔' 현장이다. 우리나라 경제와 관광의 중심지에 건립되는 만큼, 이곳은 안전중심의 철저한 시공을 하고 있다. 도심 속 건설현장의 우수사례로 손꼽히고 있는 이곳 현장을 찾아가봤다.

안전은 관리자도 경영주도 아닌 근로자가 중심이 되어 시작될 때 진정한 안전문화가 형성된다. 오늘 찾은 삼성건설 목동트라팰리스 현장이 바로 그런 곳이다. 각종 자연재해의 위험을 미리 예견한다고 하여 영물로 알려진 쥐는 안전을 상징한다. 그래서 인지 2008년은 그 어느때 보다 안전에 대한 관심이 고조될 것으로 예상되는 가운데, 근로자 중심의 건설안전문화를 형성하고 있는 삼성건설 목동트라팰리스 현장에서 우리나라 선진안전의 희망을 보았다.

This study focused on what philosophy of education based on theory of Dewey has to be involved in teacher professional development program. In this view, an attempt was made to identify characteristics and ultimate goal of professional development program. Finally, this paper also discussed the design and the process of the professional development program based on the principles of reflective thinking and psychological observation by Dewey in order to connect theory with practice as a model which is for conducting professional development program for a group of mathematics teachers.

건설현장 안전관리를 인적 역량 중심에서 첨단기술인 AloT와 Mobile기술을 활용한 시스템 중심의 관리체계로의 전환을 위한 건설현장 안전관리 활성화 방안을 마련하고자 한다. AloT와 Mobile기술을 활용한 건설현장 안전관리 모니터링 시스템 이 건설현장의 유효성에 대하여 공동주택현장의 골조공종에 종사하고 있는 작업자를 대상으로 가상휀스, 화재감시, 안전모 미착용 인식 3개의 알고리즘을 적용하여 실험을 실시하였다. 연구결과 AloT와 Mobile기술을 활용한 건설현장 안전관리 모니터링 시스템이 건설현장에 유효한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

인천 청라지구는 송도, 영종과 더불어 미래 인천을 이끌 핵심 지역으로 꼽힌다. 이는 인접한 인천국제공항, 김포공항, 인천항 등을 통해 세계와 연결되는 교통과 물류의 요지인데다 녹지도 풍부해 최적의 업무 및 주거지역으로 손색이 없기 때문이다. '동북아시아 경제중심도시'를 꿈꾸는 인천의 포부에 큰 몫을 담당할 이곳은 현재 곳곳에서 공사가 한창이다. 내로라하는 건설사들이 실력을 발휘하는 가운데 그중에서도 단연 돋보이는 현장이 있다. 바로 우미건설이 최고급 주거단지를 목표로 시공하고 있는 '인천청라 린 스트라우스 주상복합 신축공사 현장'이 그것이다. '린 스타라우스 현장'은 총 4개동(41~42층) 590세대 아파트 및 450세대 오피스텔을 짓는 사업으로, 청라 최중심의 상업시설에 랜드마크 건물로 지어지고 있다. 견실한 우미건설의 브랜드에 더해준 수준 높은 시공능력도 세간의 이목을 받는 이유지만 이곳 현장이 주목을 받는 이유는 따로 있다. '물 샐 틈 없는 전방위 안전관리'로 사업시작이래 단 한건의 사고도 허락지 않고 무재해현장을 이어가고 있다는 점이 바로 그것. 무엇이 이곳을 우수 안전현장으로 이끌로 있는지 직접 찾아가 살펴보았다.

천안과 안산의 중간지점인 탕정, 조용한 전원도시였던 이곳이 최근 첨단복합도시로 거듭나고 있다. 기존의 탕정산업단지를 기반으로 주변의 배후주거단지가 차례차례 조성되며, 인구 18만명의 새로운 신도시 탄생을 예고하고 있는 것. 이러한 변화의 중심에는 삼성건설이 짓고 있는 '탕정 삼성 트라팰리스 2차 현장'이 있다. 이곳은 인근에 천안아산KTX역과 충남외고, 탕정중학교 등을 두고 있어, 교통과 교육 등에 있어 부족함이 없다. 게다가 현장 바로 옆에 탕정 삼성 트라팰리스1차 현장도 있어 선호 주거지의 대명사인 '삼성타운'의 등장을 기대케 한다. 좋은 입지와 주변의 높은 기대감을 반영, 이곳 현장은 시공에 만전을 기하고 있다. 완공까지 무재해를 기록해, 향후 입주민들에게 '안전'이라는 선물을 안기겠다는 이곳 현장을 찾아가 봤다.
