Analysis and Countermeasures for the Trouble Factors of the Spot Installation Pile Using Machine Excavation Method (기계굴착공법을 적용한 현장타설말뚝 시공시 부조화 발생요인 분석 및 대응 방안)

  • Although a range of machine excavation methods are in wide use, including casing, earth drill and reverse circulation drilling, deterioration in pile quality and faulty construction can be often found these days because of trouble in the construction field. For this study, research was conducted in the form of a survey of construction engineers working in the field in order to identify the types and the causes of trouble by focusing on all casing, earth drilling and reverse circulation drilling. By analyzing the causes of trouble, countermeasures could be presented. The data and the analysts presented in this study could be effectively used for minimizing trouble in future machine excavation work during construction.

Recognition Research on the Field Placement Activation Plan on Demand of Gwangyang Bay Area Industry (광양만권 산업체 맞춤 현장실습 활성화 방안 마련을 위한 인식 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to find out subjective perception types and needs of interested group on the Field Placement on Demand of Gwangyang Bay Area Industry by Q methodology, then to search for political measures to improve Field Placement in the implication of the sorted subjective perception types. The result of the study showed that there are three major sorts of subjectivities on the Field Placement Activation Plan on Demand of Gwangyang Bay Area Industry: emphasizes indusrty-college cooperation(Type1), emphasizes industry demand analysis(Type2), emphasizes field-centered education(Type3). And a new study showed that results can improve Field Placement on Demand of Gwangyang Bay Area Industry: positive industry-college partnership building, manpower training total support system building by manpower demand analysis and the situation of local industry, building the infrastructure for the training on demand of local industry on-the-job, trasition into field-centered education system by national competency standards(NCS).

Development of a Mobile System for Investigating and Maintaining Steep Slopes (급경사지 유지관리 및 피해조사를 위한 Mobile System 개발)

  • The efficient maintenance and management of steep slopes often require excessive professional resources and quantitative investigations. Therefore, it is important to develop technology for objective scientific site investigations and quantitative evaluations of steep slopes. This study proposes a 'Mobile System' for steep slopes in order to improve the effectiveness of site investigations compared with conventional methods using anevaluati on table. By analyzing site investigations and desktop studies, the required software and hardware are identified to develop the 'Mobile System', consisting of a 'Field Information Input System' and an 'Analysis System'. The applicability of the system is verified by its application to an area with steep slopes affected by debris flows. The use of this system is expected to increase the efficiency of maintaining steep slope sand to reduce the time and resources required.

Load Transfer Analysis of Drilled Shafts Reinforced by Soil Nails (Soil Nail로 보강된 현장타설말뚝의 하중전이 분석)

  • In this study the load distribution and settlement of soil nailed-drilled shafts subjected to axial loads were evaluated by a load-transfer approach. Special attention was given to the reinforcing effects of soil nails placed from the shafts to surrounding weathered- and soft-rocks based on an analytical study and a numerical analysis. An analytical method that takes into account the number, the positions on the shaft, the grade, and the inclination angle at which the soil nails are placed was developed using a load transfer curve methods. Through the comparative study, it is found that the prediction by present approach simulates well the general trends observed by the in-situ measurements and numerical results SHAFT 4.0. It is also found that the reinforcing effects of soil nails increases in the order of hard-, soft- and weathered-rock since the ultimate shaft resistance far large bored piles in weathered rocks is fully mobilized after small displacements of the shaft, compared to the soft- and hard-rocks and subsequently the side resistance is transferred down to the soil nails.

Study on the Field Perceptions on Self-Support Performance Indicators using ISA(Importance-Satisfaction Analysis): Focusing on Regional Types (ISA 기법을 활용한 자활사업 성과지표에 대한 현장 인식 연구 : 지역 유형을 중심으로)

  • Korea's self-support program has constituted one of the most important workfare policy for the past 25 years. However, many pointed out the lack of field perceptions in the performance indicators of self-support program, such as overemphasis on the economic performance and uniform application regardless of regional types. This research intends to derive policy implications to improve performance indicators of self-support program by analyzing field perceptions, utilizing ISA(Importance-Satisfaction Analysis) method. Analysis on the difference between importance and satisfaction shows that the procedure was perceived more important than the consequences. It also reveals that current indicators were not satisfactory enough to reflect field practices. Finally, ISA matrix classified indicators into keep, improve, policy reconsideration area, and obvious differences were found by regional type. These findings suggest the importance of field-orientation in performance indicators, and by which, can serve as an exploratory study for the improvement of performance indicators.

현장실습경험이 대학생의 진로자신감에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

  • 최근 대학의 진로지도는 재학생들에게 산업 현장에서의 경험을 제공함으로써 학교에서 배운 전공지식을 기업현장에 적용하여 전공과 관련된 실무경험을 축적하는데 초점을 맞추고 있다. 이러한 맥락에서 대학에서의 현장실습은 더욱 강화되고 있는 추세이며 이를 통해 학생들이 습득하는 산업현장에 관한 경험, 정보와 아이디어가 진로에 대한 자신감을 향상시켜 졸업 후 고용획득 뿐만 아니라 창업의 동기로 작용하기도 하는지 확인하는 것은 중요하다고 할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 진로에 대한 자신감을 향상시켜 이에 따른 행동을 이끌어 내기 위한 동기적 측면에 관한 연구를 수행하고자 한다. 이와 함께 능동적이고 계획적으로 진로를 선택해 나가는 자기주도적 경력태도와 기업가정신에 따라 현장실습경험이 고용가능성과 창업의도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지에 대해 분석할 것이다. 본 연구에서 예상되는 주요결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학생의 현장실습 경험은 대학생이 인식한 고용가능성에 유의한 영향을 미치며 창업의도에도 직접적으로 영향을 줄 것이다. 둘째, 대학생의 자기주도적 경력태도는 현장실습 경험에 따른 고용가능성과 창업의도 사이에 유의한 영향을 미칠 것이다. 셋째. 대학생의 기업가정신은 현장실습 경험에 따른 고용가능성과 창업의도 사이에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미칠 것이다.

A Study of Theoretical Methods for Estimating Void Ratio Based on the Elastic Wave Velocities (탄성파 속도를 이용한 간극비 산출 식의 고찰)

  • The void ratio is an important parameter for reflecting the soil behavior including physical property, compressibility, and relative density. The void ratio can be obtained by laboratory test with extracted soil samples. However, the specimen has a possibility to be easily disturbed due to the stress relief when extracting, vibration during transportation, and error in experimental process. Thus, the theoretical equations have been suggested for obtaing the void ratio based on the elastic wave velocities. The objective of this paper is to verify the accuracy of the proposed analytical solution through the error norm. The paper covers the theoretical methods of Wood, Gassmann and Foti. The elastic wave velocity is determined by the Field Velocity Probe in the southern part of Korean Peninsular. And the rest parameters are assumed based on the reference values. The Gassmann method shows the high reliability on determining the void ratio. The error norm is also analyzed as substitution of every parameter. The results show every equation has various characteristics. Thus, this paper may be widely applied for obtaining the void ratio according to the field condition.

  • Data visualization technology helps people easily understand various data and its analysis result, so usefulness of it is expected in the real industrial manufacturing sites. The large amount of data which is occurred at the manufacturing sites is able to fulfill very important roll to improve the manufacturing process. In this paper, we propose an information visualization for the manufacturing process optimization based on design of experimental and data analysis. The manufacturing process may be improved and be reduced cause of faulty by providing the easy-process analysis to understand the operation site through the information visualization of data analysis result.

  • 현재 하천의 조사 및 분석에서는 다양한 장비들을 통한 현장계측 및 모니터링을 수행하고 있다. 특히 여러 하천이 만나는 합류부에서는 복잡한 혼합양상이 발생하며 다양한 조사 및 연구들이 진행되고 있다. 현장계측 및 모니터링은 제한된 여건으로 인한 지속적인 조사, 다양한 지점에 대한 조사의 어려움이 있으며 따라서 EFDC 모형을 활용한 모델링을 통하여 하천의 혼합거동을 재현하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 강정고령보~달성보 구간을 대상으로 현장계측 및 모니터링 자료와 환경부, 낙동강홍수통제소 등에서 고시하고 있는 수리, 수질, 기상자료를 활용하여 모델을 구축하고 수리, 수질에 대한 모의 및 분석을 수행하였다. 제한된 현장계측자료만으로는 모형의 구축에 어려움이 존재하기 때문에 대상구간에 존재하는 수위, 수질관측소의 자료를 활용하고 모형의 검·보정 단계에서는 특정지점의 수위, 평균유속, 다양한 수질인자들에 대한 모델링 결과와 실측자료의 비교, 분석을 수행하게 되며 추가적으로 단면에 대한 검·보정을 하고 이후 수리, 수질 결과자료의 비교를 통한 통계지표 산정을 통해 모형의 재현성을 평가하고 대상구간인 합류부에서 나타나는 유황곡선을 통한 다양한 유량규모, 유량비에 대한 시나리오를 구축하여 다양한 수리적, 환경적 현상과 변화를 파악하고 분석하였다. 대상구간에 대한 유황곡선을 통한 재현을 함으로써 다양한 유량규모, 유량비에 따라 나타나는 현상을 파악하고 향후 모델링, 합류부의 분석 및 연구에 있어 본 연구 성과의 활용성이 뛰어나다고 판단된다.

An Evaluation of Hydraulic Influence Caused by Tree Planting on Flood Plain through Field Survey (현장조사를 통한 고수부지 내 수목 식재의 수리적 영향 평가)

  • 본 연구에서는 2002년부터 2004년까지 3년에 걸쳐 한강고수부지(반포지구)에서 수목 식재에 따른 수리적 영향을 수치모형 및 현장조사를 통하여 평가하였다. RMA-2모형을 이용하여 분석한 결과 수목 식재전$\cdot$후로 수위는 3 cm 증가하고 유속은 4 cm/s 감소하는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 식재로 인한 수리량의 변화는 매우 미미한 것으로 나타났다. .현장조사를 통해 얻은 실측자료도 홍수 시 수목 식재에 의한 하천수리특성에 미치는 영향은 크지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 매년 홍수기간 동안 보여 지는 침수양상에 따라 수리특성이 상이하게 나타났다. 그러므로 지속적인 자료 수집을 통하여 다양한 침수상황에 다른 기초 수리자료를 축척하고 정밀 분석할 필요가 있다. 또한 수리모형실험을 통해 현장조사 및 수치모형 결과와 비교$\cdot$분석하여 상호보완 할 필요성이 있다.
