Case of Japan on the Lifelong Vocational Competency Development Utilizing the University (대학을 활용한 평생 직업능력 개발 일본 사례 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to provide the basic data and to construct education system by analizing the case of Japan on the lifelong vocational competency development utilizing the university. Japan has grown by the world leading technology and talented people. In a globalized world, In order to achieve economic growth, It is necessary to connect the Human resource development to the overall growth of the economy. After the law on policy implementation system for the Lifelong Learning Promotion is enacted. University of japan, the newly defined the philosophy of lifelong learning in the Fundamental Law of Education. Then, University of japan has induced people to actively participate in the lifelong vocational competency development. In this paper, we refer to the Shizuoka University in Japan and learning support program and we studied the method for the activation of improvement and field placement of the training capacity of field training using the case of Japan on the lifelong vocational competency development utilizing the university.

Case analysis study on classes using Digital Contents for students with Physical Disabilities (지체장애학생을 위한 디지털 콘텐츠 활용 수업 사례분석 연구)

  • As various digital educational contents for students with disabilities are spreading, a teaching support system for smart education and a utilization plan that takes into account the characteristics of each type of disability must be established. Accordingly, this study analyzed classes using digital content focusing on the case of a special school for the physically disabled and proposed ways to apply the teaching and learning content to the field and improve the support system. Class cases at a special school in Seoul were purposively sampled and analyzed using class video data, class reflection sheets, and in-depth interviews with teachers. Based on the case analysis results, a plan was presented to effectively utilize digital content in special education settings by reflecting the characteristics of students with physical disabilities. A follow-up study was proposed based on the results of this study.

  • IMF이후 건설 물량은 감소하고 있는 경향이나 재해율은 그다지 감소하지 않고 있고 여전히 중대재해는 계속 발생하고 있는 추세이며, 건설업체에서는 안전관리에 대한 비용을 더욱 아끼려 하고 있어 비용절감을 위해 재해예방을 위한 안전시설 비용이나 안전 활동비용을 투자하지 않고 있다 따라서, 본 연구는 노동부에서 현재 시행하고 있는 건설현장 페트롤 점검의 실태를 조사ㆍ분석하여 문제점을 도출하고 효율적 운영방안을 제시하는 것으로 하였다. 현행 페트롤 점검의 실태조사를 위하여 페트롤 점검의 관계담당자인 전국의 노동부 지방노동관서 근로감독관, 한국산업안전의 각 지역본부 및 지도원 기술직 원, 페트롤 점검대상 건설현장 관계자에게 각각 설문 조사지를 배부하여 실태를 조사하고 분석하였으며, 또한 노동부의 최근년도인 1999년, 2000년도의 재해 발생통계 및 페트롤 점검 실적 자료, 대한건설협회의 최근 년도별 건설공사 수주금액, 공사규모별 현황 및 외국의 건설현장 페트롤 점검 사례를 수집하고 분석 하였다. 이러한 실태조사 등 수집된 자료 분석 및 각종 참고문헌 연구를 통하여 4가지 문제점을 도출하였으며 각 도출된 문제점에 대하여 효율적인 개선대책을 제시 하였다.

  • Recently, the construction wastes increase rapidly due to the revitalization of reconstruction and redevelopment, the development of new urbanization of large housing development, the expansion of social infrastructure, and so on. To solve rapid increase of construction waste, the government established "the rule on the promotion of recycling of construction waste" in December, 2003. According to the rule, construction wastes can be recycled by either processing on commission or discharger of construction waste. However, most of construction waste can be recycled by processing on commission. One of the most reason is that it is difficult for proving economic effect of site recycling by discharger. This study investigated and analyzed in a generation and disposal process, status of recycling, and procedure and process of site recycling of construction waste. Also, this study proved the validation of site recycling for construction waste as economic efficiency is analyzed through the case study of site recycling at large housing development district. The results of this study can utilize the establishment of policy and basic data of feasibility for site recycling of construction waste.

A Study on the Defined and Realized Attributes of SMART Education (스마트교육의 속성과 구현 실태에 관한 연구)

  • Since the development of Smart technology and the advent of various Smart media, a learning environment for individual learners and the school has been changing. In the stream of changing learning environments, in 2011, the government announced SMART education strategies, introducing the term officially, "SMART education." With the governments' efforts to develop and implement SMART education in school, many policies has been enacted and many research has been conducted and increased gradually. However, as policies of SMART education have initiated in situation where there is no clear understanding in regard of SMART education, many researchers and teachers confused of SMART education and its identity and attributes, even though it has been 6 years since the concept was introduced. Unfortunately, SMART education has been implemented as one type of instructional methodology as utilizing Smart technology. Thus, in this research, we tried to build theoretical foundation of SMART education through analyzing former research on SMART education to define the attributes of SMART education. To examine how SMART education has been implemented in terms of its attributes, also, we analyzed research that conducted instructional design and implementation on SMART education in actual learning environments. As the results of former research analysis, the attributes of SMART education include Information and Communication Technology, open learning environment, self-directed learning, customized learning, and social learning. In majority of research, SMART education focused on utilizing Smart technology and media in teaching and learning environments but self-directed, and customized learning were less adapted in SMART learning environments. In the following research, how to improve educational benefits of SMART education through adapting original attributes of SMART education need to be examined.

A Case Study on Improvement of Field Training Coursework for Engineering Education - Comparison Korea with France (한국과 프랑스의 현장 실습 중심의 공학 교육 운영에 관한 사례 분석)

  • This paper presents a concept of training coursework for engineers in cooperation with the industry combining system, comparing Korea with France. The students, after first two years in a university for the foundation/basic courses, will be centered in the industry, rather than at an academic institution, where field training engineering coursework will be offered in structured or capstone design(problem based learning) formats through the industry. This study on the improvement of the concept has several advantages including the followings ; 1) Industry hiring local-area students who have the potential to be long-term employees; 2) Industry's immediate access to employees with developing engineering skills; 3) On-the-job training reduced industry training costs after graduation; 4) More effective learning through observing complex operations; 5) Students and industry input for continuous improvement of the curriculum; 6) Greater amenability on the part of industry to actively participate in research and development; 7) Increasing in the flow of real research problems for engineering. Finally, the implications for student quality, accreditation, assessment of partnership, academic freedom, and fundraising for scholarships and researches are discussed briefly.

  • This study tried to diagnose the status of overseas field training and overseas employment through questionnaire surveys, FGI, and success case analysis, and to find implications for the educational direction that universities should take for the efficient operation of overseas employment programs. Specifically, surveys and interviews were conducted for participating students to diagnose the problems of current field training and overseas employment programs, and systematize the derived requirements to extract desirable field training and overseas employment program operation guidelines, and students The purpose of this study was to derive improvement plans and policy proposals by analyzing the causes that affect the satisfaction of employees' on-the-job training and overseas employment.

  • 아파트 신축공사 흙막이 가시설 현장에 근접 매설된 상수관의 누수 및 파열 사고로 터파기 공사 현장에 토사 유실 및 지반 함몰이 발생되었으며, 흙막이 가시설의 토류판이 파손되었다. 흙막이 가시설의 안정성 확보를 위해 벽체구간은 레이커로 보강하고 사보강재는 1단과 2단을 묶어 힘을 분산시키고 종방향으로 보강 및 토류판 보강을 시행하였다.

  • 아파트 신축공사 흙막이 가시설 현장에 근접 매설된 상수관의 누수 및 파열 사고로 인접 건물이 공사현장 방향으로 58~188mm 기울어졌으며, 지중수평경사계 계측결과 21.07.20일 22.64mm가 21.10.18.일 101.46mm로 급격하게 78.82mm의 큰 수평 변위가 발생되었으며, 이로 인해 흙막이 가시설의 사보강재가 변형되고 토류판 일부가 파손되었다.

  • In this study, we established the process for collecting and utilizing video scripts of disaster site based on public-private partnerships. It is for the purpose of actively utilizing private capabilities in disaster management, and quickly sharing video scripts to identify field conditions. Based on the experience of actual operation of public-private partnerships system in the event of typhoon in 2019, we also derived implications for continuous operation of the process. Results are meaningful in that the government established the process for collecting and utilizing video scripts through public-private partnerships during the initial disaster response phase. And we also confirmed the possibility of spreading positive perception of disaster management organizations. However, there is a limit to the actualization and practical use of performance as an experimental pilot operation in the R&D stage. In addition, for continuous operation of the system, it is necessary to prepare institutional support measures such as organization, infrastructure for operating, programs of education and training, and policy making.
