The Study on the Factors Affecting the Effectiveness of Low-Income Asset Program: Focusing on the Hope Kiwoom Account Program (소득층 자산형성지원 사업 효과성에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구: 희망키움통장I사업을 중심으로)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine which factors decide welfare exit in the hope building account program that targets low-income families. This study used the matched DB of hope ribbon program and hope building account program which is collected by central self-sufficiency foundation. As a result, the significant factors in welfare exit are main income, health(illness), licensed possession of status, education, marital status, employment and entrepreneurship, in-kind support, professional case management service, and social service. In particular, the participants who received proper social services and case management services in the program have more possibility of welfare exit than the participants who did not. It have implications in that the study found the success factors by connecting hope ribbon program and the hope building account program which has been introduced since 2010 and enlarge the scope of the performance analysis of the hope building account program. In addition, this study provides the suggestions to improve anty-poverty policy and system in the direction of providing work incentives and facilitating welfare exit and securing continuity of the hope building account program and the hope ribbon program. Specifically, this paper can be utilized as objective data in establishing a expansion of the hope building account program and suggesting the important issue for the case management in the filed.

A Study on Realistic Interface Elements for Improving the Flow in Screen Golf (스크린골프의 몰입 향상을 위한 실감 인터페이스 요소 연구)

  • Screen Golf provides a more realistic interface to users by implementing sophisticated sensors and 3D graphics so that they can play golf in an environment almost identical to the actual golf course, to provide a sense of reality that goes beyond simply enjoying golf indoors. In addition, users who experienced this interface environment showed a tendency to feel the fun of golf more and become more immersed in golf. Therefore, it is most important to provide an effective realistic interface in screen golf. In this study, the meaning of screen golf as a tangible sport and various interface elements embodied in screen golf were summarized. Also the factors that enable users to feel reality and fun of actual golf to make users more immersed in screen golf were identified. For this, interface elements based on sensory elements were arranged in terms of visual, auditory, and tactile sense, and improvement plans and directions for providing effective sensory interfaces for screen golf were suggested through user FGI, targeting regular customers of Golfzone and KakaoVX screen golf, and in-depth interviews with experts. As a result of the analysis, it was confirmed that the course information including the yardage and the play situation-directed graphic are elements that make immersion in the visual aspect. In terms of tactile aspect, the fact that users actually use golf equipment, as well as the sense of existence of a physical interface that embodies various course environments and course setting appeared to be an important factor. In particular, in the auditory aspect, it was confirmed that providing customized services for each user through AI caddy implemented to resemble a actual caddy is the most effective way to immerse users in screen golf with greater fun and realism.

The study of consumer types according to the level of digital divide (디지털 정보격차 수준에 따른 소비자유형 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to propose an effective informatization policy by categorizing consumer groups according to the level of digital divide and identifying the characteristics of each type. For this end, a total of 402 data were collected through an online and on-site surveys targeting consumers with internet experience, and the data were analyzed using the SPSS 26.0 program. As a result of conducting a K-means cluster analysis based on access to, capability, and utilization of digital devices, four consumer groups were categorized: 'device lover', 'proficient user', 'general user', and 'digital alienated'. By consumer type, significant differences were found in demographic characteristics, social capital, perception of the future information society, attitude toward technology as innovativeness, discomfort and familiarity, which are the antecedent variables of the digital divide. Significant differences in digital device satisfaction and intention to use, which are outcome variables of the digital divide, were also confirmed by consumer type. This study is academically and practically valuable in that it proposes customized informatization policies for each consumer group according to the level of digitization.

  • Currently, rural labor markets are undergoing a structural change in which the proportion of non-agricultural industries is increasing, instead of decreasing the proportion of agriculture. The purpose of this study is to propose policy for job creation in rural areas through analyzing the employment situation in Rural Korea in the context of this structural change. Using the Census of Agriculture, Farm Household Economy Survey, we analyzed the increase of low income farmers and self-employed farmers. We analyzed the changes of non-farm employment in rural areas using the Census on Establishment. The main results of the study are as follows. First, farms' pathways are very diverse by the levels of income from their own farming and other gainful activities. It is necessary to implement policies that take into account the development pathways of farm household. Second, most of the farms are in low-income and self-employment status. In order to increase their incomes, it is necessary to increase non-farm income earning policy. The rural non-farm economy is becoming increasingly important in rural Korea. The growth of the non-farm economy will be crucially important when it comes to creating new jobs in rural areas in rural Korea. Third, it is necessary to provide systematic support for rural entrepreneurship as a core policy for expanding jobs beyond agriculture. Rural entrepreneurship has the potential to drive innovations that can reduce poverty and create employment. Fourth, there is a need for measures to increase jobs in the welfare field, which is growing fastest in recent years. In the welfare field, we can find vigorous collective actions in some rural communities such as community business, cooperative movement and various community development activities. Those activities will help increase the employment of aged farmers and low-income farm household.

The Need Analysis for Operating Course-based National Technical Qualification Course of Vocational School Teachers (직업계고 교사의 과정평가형 자격 과정 운영에 대한 교육요구도 분석)

  • The purpose of this study is to use as a basic data of establishing operating Course-based National Technical Qualification(CNTQ) support program by examining the educational needs for operating CNTQ of vocational school teachers, and to contribute to the vocational school settlement of CNTQ course. To achieve those purposes, this study drew 27 tasks performed by teachers operating CNTQ. Also, it surveyed the perceived importance and the performance. The findings of this study are as follows. First, it is showed that 'selection of qualification fields and confirmation of organization criteria, organization of educational training time by competency unit, organization of subjects and establishment of competency unit operating plan by grade and semester, selection of teaching materials, implementation of education and training, establishment of evaluation plan, implementation of evaluation, re-education and re-evaluation students with grades under 40%, guidance of paper evaluation, guidance of practical evaluation, guidance of interview evaluation' are the first priority tasks in the result of the need analysis. Second, it is indicated that 'application of external evaluation, guidance to retake an exam for failure' are the secondary priority tasks. According to these results, the following conclusions were made. First, it will be more positive effects if the educational needs in the next CNTQ support program include contents of the first priority tasks. Second, it is indicated that the priority of the educational needs for tasks of operating plan stages is commonly high. In particular, the highest ranking in the result means that it is completely supported from the first step on operating course. It is expected that the program which teachers on operating the course of similar qualification fields share each operating experience is effective. Third, the priority of the educational needs for external evaluation step ranked high. External evaluation has a different level of difficulty and a form of practical evaluation output according to qualification fields, so the method of guidance has to be different. It needs the program constructed by similar fields.

A Study on the Use of School Violence Counseling through the Formation of Peer Relationships in Adolescence (청소년기 또래관계의 형성을 통한 학교폭력상담의 활용에 관한 연구)

  • In conducting school violence counseling to solve school violence, this study studied the use of school violence counseling to solve school violence by forming a correct peer relationship. Through this study, we can see that peer relations are an important factor in preventing school violence in school violence counseling. The findings are as follows. First, school violence counseling should first protect and heal victims. The primary goal of school violence counseling should begin with consideration for the victims and be placed on the continuation of the victim's right peer relationship. That's how important peer relationships are. Second, not only victims of school violence counseling, but also perpetrators should be included in the list of counsels. In other words, there may be many cases where counseling is usually focused only on the victim. Therefore, the peer relationship can continue even after school violence, so customized counseling is needed not only for victims but also for perpetrators. Third, for school violence counseling, the recovery of peer relations and insight into life are important. Therefore, the focus should be on self-reflection and the restoration of relations between the parties, not on a disciplined or disciplined, controlled perspective. Fourth, we should recognize the importance of peer relations in school violence and activate the 'old counseling program'. Therefore, school violence counselors should optimize their programs by reflecting on-site needs so that they can act as emotional facilitators, problem solvers, and empathic cultural promoters in their roles. In conclusion, school violence counseling should basically be involved in peer relationships. School violence counseling should develop and implement programs focusing on the formation of proper peer relations in order to eradicate school violence.

An Analysis Acceptance Factors for the Early Diffusion of Mulberry Protected Cultivation (오디 시설재배 조기 확산을 위한 수용요인분석)

  • This study conduct for 200 farmhouses who didn't accept new technology like mulberry Protected Cultivation. Through research model combined Innovation diffusion theory(IDT) and Technology Acceptance Model(TAM), it analysed which factors affect for new technology acceptance and diffusion. To verify relations between external factors which affect new technology acceptance and diffusion by endogenous variables such as perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use and perceived riskiness, with external factors, mothed used to analyse it. Most of adopted variables were showed positive results except for individual innovativeness and reliability. Based on the results of these analyses, we can suggest rapid. First, technique diffusion agents should have heighten the level of expertise and technology, and build up the network to solve difficulties with technique supply with mulberry farmhouses. Secondly farmhouses of mulberry outdoor cultivation showed positive attitude protected cultivation, but negative attitude it bacause of the burden of facilities investment. Thus, it is needed to capital investment for individual farmhouse hold. Finally, through cultivation technology education, field trip about mulberry protected cultivation, we can diffuse technology receive for negative farmers.

  • The purpose of this study was to develop index about the sixth industrial entrepreneurs to establish the spirit and measuring the sixth industrial entrepreneurship for groups successfully led to the sixth industry of agriculture, which is actively being conducted in recent years aimed at rural stimulate the economy. Enlighten the value of rural resources, production, processing, in a sixth industry establishment that has a characteristic of fusion distribution and tourism in addition to the elements of the entrepreneurship that has been emphasized in the traditional establishment, the more diverse entrepreneurship element has been requested. In this study, to derive the traditional entrepreneurship of the components and the sixth industry entrepreneurship component through literature research, through interviews with experts of the sixth industry, an important element of the entrepreneurship that is required in the field It was derived. Based on the derived results, set the index of the sixth industry entrepreneurship, it was conducted a questionnaire survey of sixth industry workers. Through analysis of the navigation factors, to evaluate the measurement and indicators of relevance, factors that have been set through the results literature study and interviews of exploratory factor analysis it was found that has been rationally constructed. The results of this study, education and consulting for the activation of the sixth industry, would be able to take advantage of, such as in the planning of education programs for whom decide to go back to the countryside(Agro migration). In addition, to diagnose the entrepreneurship of a conventional sixth industry progress mainly, it is expected to be able to help you to proceed with the custom capability development that meets the individual needs.

  • Recently, BIM(Building Information Modeling) is on the rise as a customized solution for construction environment, but construction companies rarely introduce and apply BIM in the construction site. Due to such issues, the fact that empirical data for evaluating the quantitative effect of BIM application is insufficient might be an another main reason. In the end, construction companies cannot assure investment effect of BIM and therefore don't make an investment actively. To activate BIM application, the evaluation system that quantitatively assess usability of BIM needs to be developed. This study aims to suggest a methodology that evaluates the usability quantitatively according to introduction and operation of BIM by construction companies. Accordingly, this study analyzes applicability of 4D CAD by developing an evaluation index and its model with BSC(Balanced Score Card) for 4D CAD, which have high practical use among BIM techniques, and verifies the usability as the entire evaluation index of BIM. Therefore, it is expected that the developed assessment model will be utilized as the critical decision-making information in order to introduce related techniques by identifying the usability and operational issues of 4D CAD.

Comparing Two Peer Tutoring Methods in the Mathematics Classroom: Design and Implementation Research (고등학교 수학 교실의 또래교수 설계 및 실행 비교 연구)

  • The study investigates how two different methods of peer tutoring impact academic achievement and student affect in a high school mathematics class. The two methods include the one-on-one non-reciprocal peer tutoring and the one-on-four interactive peer-tutoring method. We looked into students' cognitive gains and their affect toward mathematics after students had experienced peer tutoring for six weeks. Further, we analyzed student responses in a survey about peer tutoring activities. A finding is that the two methods produced no statistically significant difference in both cognitive gains and student affect toward mathematics. As students expressed views about their peer tutoring experiences, their comments, however, revealed the multifaceted aspects of peer tutoring in the classroom setting. In turn, this supports the use of diverse peer tutoring methods especially when the teacher makes incremental changes in teaching practices to improve student learning. Findings also indicate that appropriate peer tutoring experiences have the potential to create intellectually safe learning environments with high student engagement. This underscores the benefit of designing and implementing diverse peer tutoring methods that are effective in engaging students in learning and increasing the opportunity to learn and create knowledge with peers.
