On Methods for Activating Third Party Policing for Enhancing Citizen Participation in Policing (적극적 시민참여활동을 위한 Third Party Policing의 도입방안)

  • A participating civilian in the policing is become very important issue and strongly encouraged since variety and intelligent crimes have occurred. Moreover, necessity of invigorates of Problem-Oriented Policing has been emphasized in Korea because the effects of the Problem-Oriented Policing in the Case-Oriented Policing had been proved. Lastly, practical use of the Third Party Policing (TPP) is a main purpose to deal with spreading of the Gated community, which controls the outside. To utilizing the Third Party Policing in Korea, several solutions are suggested such as making the manual of operation process, organizing task force team for TPP (the Third Party Policing), changing the sense of civilian and police organization and realistic way to motivating.

The Urban Housewives' Consciousness and Behavior for the Environmental Conservation and Their Concern of the Hosuehold Waste Management (주부의 환경 보전의식 및 행동에 따른 쓰레기 처리에 대한 관심도)

  • 본 연구는 쓰레기 처리문제와 관련하여 분리수거, 감량화, 재활용 등에 적극적으로 참여해야 할 주부소비자를 중심으로 환경보전의식과 환경보전행동을 살펴보고 관련된 변인들을 분석해 봄으로써 환경보전에 대한 소비자의 책임감과 올바른 환경관을 고취시키고 나아가 환경교육프로그램의 개발과 환경정책에 필요한 기초자료를 제공하기 위하여 수행되었다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1) 주부의 환경보전의식 수준은 평균 4.25(5점만점)로 높게 나타났으며, 연령과 주거형태에 따라서만 유의한 차이를 보였다. 환경보전행동 수준은 평균 3.56으로 비교적 높게 나타났으며, 연령, 학력, 월평균 가계소득이 높을수록 분리수거함이 존재할 경우, 반상회에 참여함에 따라 높게 나타났으며 변화추구에 소극적이고 적극활동형, 전통주의형, 합리주의형, 현실안정형의 성향이 높은 주부일수록 환경보전의식 및 행동이 높게 나타났다. 또한 주부의 쓰레기 처리에 대한 관심도는 평균 3.97로 비교적 높게 나타났으며 연령, 학부, 분리수거함의 존재, 주거형태가 아파트와 단독주택인 경우에 관심도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 2) 주부의 환경보전의식 및 행동과 쓰레기 처리에 대한 관심도간에는 정적상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 3) 주부의 쓰레기 처리에 대한 관심도에 영향을 미치는 변인으로는 환경보전운동에의 참여행도, 환경교육, 적극활동형, 변화추구형, 재활용행동으로 나타났다.

  • In most of the child-care facility, Children's photos, newsletters, menu, training plans, etc. made in print and is delivered through the child's bag. This method does not allow the parents to check their kids' condition and the regarding information. To solve these problems, parents using internet-based CCTV monitoring, or a call to teachers and the child's condition is unknown. In reality, however, is difficult. Therefore, to enable active participation in care SNS-based web integration system is to implement. Through the implementation of this system, the cause of the problem does not completely eliminate but a large portion will be eliminated.

  • This paper deals with the future role of Korean National Assembly in regulatory policy making, Implementation, and evaluation. For this purpose, the author developed the logic for NA's intervention to the regulatory policy making by the executive branch and presidency. Five models of regulatory initiative between National Assembly and the executive branch are also developed by the author. Lastly, new organizational alternatives for the National Assembly to initiate, to participate and to evaluate national regulatory reform policies.

  • Virtual Reality is the technique which makes the man experience the similar interaction behavior to the experience in the real world through virtual space. The users participating in the 3D virtual space using virtual reality technique can have the various experiences in the space desired without restrictions on time and space and then it has been applied in many application areas such as video industry, entertainment simulator, medical treatment, construction and design. The area of video among them has been highlighted as a high-added value industry. Therefore this study classifies video industry into four including movie, broadcasting, advertisement and internet and is to examine their characteristics, application cases and developmental potential. In the industry using virtual reality technique in video industry, it is implied for special elect in the area of movie and for providing the various graphic virtual word to audiences with the introduction of virtual studio and character in the area of broadcasting. It can give audiences a synergy effect by inserting 3D advertisement into virtual space in the area of advertisement. Also the implementation of 3D virtual reality such as virtual museum, virtual model house, virtual home shopping and entertainment on the web is possible with the emergence of Virtual Reality Modeling Language (VRML) and it plays the roles of more entertainments. Accordingly, this study is to seek the application methods using virtual reality technique in video industry.

Young Children's User Experience on Dramatic Activities Relying on Robot Projector Based Augmented Reality (증강현실기술과 로봇을 적용한 동극활동유형에 대한 유아의 사용자 경험)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate young children's user experience on three types of dramatic activity: traditional dramatic activities, dramatic activities relying on robot projector based augmented reality and creative dramatic activities relying on robot projector based augmented reality. Participants were 20 five-year-old children attending D kindergarten, in Seoul, Korea. They read 3 picture books, then did 3 types of dramatic activities in order. Participants were divided into 3 groups in each activity then they took a role as actors and audiences in order. After all dramatic activities had been done, participants had been interviewed regarding to user experience. The findings of this study are as follows; First, the most interesting dramatic activity for young children was creative dramatic activities relying on robot projector based augmented reality. On the other hand, the least interesting activity was traditional dramatic activities. Second, They answered it the easiest one for them the dramatic activities relying on robot projector based augmented reality, whereas the hardest one was the creative dramatic activities relying on robot projector based augmented reality. Thirdly, all the participants answered that it was not hard for them to use the technology embedded in dramatic activities relying on robot projector based augmented reality. They acknowledged the effects of augmented reality technology and the role of robot as well. The result of this study would suggest the feasibility of new technology promoting young children's digital literacy.

  • According to the estimations in historical books and research achievements which have been produced, Ji-kang was a prominent Taoist in the Wei-Jin dynasty. But some philosophers, on their opinions, regard Ji-kang as a scholar who withdrawal from ordinary life in the real society. In this sense, this article investigates the Ji-kang's perspective of the life in seclusion, in particular, by analysing the letter to Shan Ju-yuan in breaking off relations與山居源絶交書. The purpose of this thesis is to clarify Ji-kang's the ideal of life, by discussing the reaction to the realistic society, the reflection on the confused society and the change into the new ideal of life of Ji-kang. Ji-kang's the ideal of life in the letter to Shan Ju-yuan in breaking off relations與山居源絶交書 have the following characteristics: First, he has pursued to participate in the real society by passive and immediate way, but he realized how difficult his ideal comes true. Thus, he seek the new ideal of life, hermit. Second, according to the view of hermit in the ancient Chinese tradition, his view of hermit implicates the change in his ideological tendency from the hermit of Confucianism and Taoism to the hermit of Taoism. Third, he tried whatever methods that were passive and seclusive to participate in the real society, but he isn't a common idealist. In this way, Ji-kang applied these thought of the social life and the ideal of life to the philosophy of living.

A Study on the Influence and Re-participation behavior of Marine Safety Virtual Reality Experience Education on the Consciousness of Marine Safety (해양안전 가상현실 체험교육의 효과성에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between consciousness of marine safety, re-participation behavior of marine safety virtual reality experience education. For the study, participants in marine safety virtual reality experience education were surveyed from July to August 2020. Specifically, all participants were NakDanbo Water leisure center and Song-do Marine leisure center. A total of 300 participants were sampled using convenience sampling method, but 253 were finally used in the data analysis excepting incomplete or faithless questionnaires. the data analysis was conducted through frequency analysis, Cronbach's alpha, Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA), correlation analysis, simple and Multiple regression analysis using SPSS 20.0. The results are as follows. Firstly, participants in marine safety virtual reality experience education positive impact on had a significant effect on consciousness of marine safety. Secondly, participants in marine safety virtual reality experience education positive impact on had a significant effect on re-participation behavior intention. Lastly, consciousness of marine safety had positive effects on re-participation behavior intention.

  • In order to experience and compete in car racing in reality, the barrier to entry is very high. It takes a lot of money and time to recruit or participate in a license, expensive vehicle, and stadium where the game can be played. Because of this problem, various equipment is used to create a feeling similar to real racing in their own space through sim racing equipment. Equipment similar to this reality is called sim racing equipment. The sim racing equipment can be divided into three categories. The first is a racing game device that can run virtual racing, the second is a steering wheel, seat, and cradle that are linked to the racing game device, and the third is a racing motion device that allows the body to experience the direction of movement in the racing game. In this thesis, the feeling of real car racing is based on game racing, and how similar reality to real racing is through the steering wheel and cradle equipment, which are equipment that can control game racing, and motion equipment that allows you to experience the direction of game racing. Let's check how the difference between real racing and data value changes through the G-Force direction and speed change values.

The Effect of Virtual Reality Rehabilitation Program on Upper function, Cognition and Activity of Daily of Living in the with Stroke Patients (가상현실재활프로그램이 뇌졸중 환자의 상지기능, 인지와 일상생활활동에 미치는 효과)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of a virtual reality rehabilitation program on upper limb function, cognition, and activities of daily living in stroke patients. Among the 25 participants in the program, it was randomly classified 13 experimental group and 12 control group. Rehabilitation training was applied 3 times a week and general occupational therapy 2 times a week using virtual reality rehabilitation training equipment in the experimental group, and general occupational therapy was performed 5 times a week, 30 minutes per session in the control group. As a result of the virtual reality rehabilitation program, cognitive function increased by 3.39 points in the experiment group, The control group who received only general occupational therapy increased by 1.5 points. As for the upper limb function, the average of the experimental group subjected to the virtual reality rehabilitation program increased by 4.84 points The control group who received only general occupational therapy increased by 1.34 points. As for activities of daily living, the average of the experimental group that conducted the virtual reality rehabilitation program increased by 20.38 points, The control group who received only general occupational therapy increased by 7.61 points. This result show that the virtual reality program has an effect on upper limb function, cognition, and activities of daily living of stroke patients.
