가변댐퍼식 궤도차량용 현수장치의 성능에 관한 연구 (A study on the performance of variable damper type suspension for tracked vehicle)

  • The feasibility of using fluidic components for improving certain performance characteristics of the suspension systems for tracked vehicle is investigated. This study describes three variable damping systems for which the damping coefficients are function of relative velocity and absolute a of the vehicle body. Through the comparison analysis between constant damping coefficient damper and each of variable dampers. the followings were found: (1)Fluidic Diode Damper gave less accelerations, (2)Both Fluidic Diode Damper and Relative Velocity Damper gave the less time for which the wheel is off the ground, (3) At low vehicle velocity Fluidic Diode Damper gave low energy dissipation rate, while at high vehicle velocity Turbulence Accelerometer Damper gave low energy dissipation rate.

  • This paper presents dynamic modeling and controller design of a tracked vehicle installed with the double-rod type ERSU(electro-rheological suspension unit). A 16 DOF(degree-of-freedom) model for the tracked vehicle is established by Lagrangian method. After showing the spring and damping characteristics of the proposed ERSU, equivalent 2 DOF 1/12 tracked vehicle model is then formulated by regarding the spring and viscous damping coefficients under the static state as constant values. A robust LSDP(loop-shaping design procedure) $H_{\infty}$ controller compensating spring and damping parameter variations is then designed in order to suppress unwanted vibration of the vehicle. The control responses such as vertical and pitch acceleration are presented in time domain.

  • The spring constant and damping coefficient are vital factors of ride comfort and driving stability in the vibration of the vehicle which is mainly induced by a variety of the surface irregularity. This paper reviewed the optimum condition of the damping factor derived from the typical model of two mass-two degrees of freedom. Through the evaluation and discussion, it was presented that the spring of the torsion bar type was not effective for the driving stability in the large displacement of the wheel, and also that the damper with progressive performance has to be fundamentally selected to meet the requirement of the driving suability when this kind of spring is used as a suspension system of the vehicle.

  • The dynamic behavior of high speed train is very important because it should be safe and is satisfied with the ride comfort of passengers. The railway is composed of many suspension components-1st springs, 1st dampers, 2nd springs, 2nd dampers etc- that have an influence on the dynamic characteristics of high speed train. Also, the wheel/rail shapes, the track condition and geometry and many environmental factors-rain, snow, wind etc-are affected the dynamic behavior of high speed train. This paper is reviewed the effect of wind(gust) on the dynamic behavior of high speed train. Vampire program is used for this simulation. The result of simulation shows that high speed train should not be operated when the gust speed is beyond 34.5m/sec.

  • This paper is the result of sensitivity analysis of derailment with respect to the selected suspension elements for the rail vehicle. Derailment phenominon has been explained by the derailment quotient. Thus, the sensitivity of derailment is suggested by a response surface model(RSM) which is a functional relationship between derailment quotient and characteristics of suspension elements. To summarize generation of RSM, we can introduce the procedure of sensitivity analysis as follows. First, to form a RSM, a experiment is performed by a dynamic analysis code, VAMPIRE according to a kind of the design of experiments(DOE). Second, RSM is constructed to a 1$\^$st/ order polynomial and then main effect fators are screened through the stepwise regression. Finally, we can see the sensitivity level through the RSM which only consists of the main effect factors and is expressed by the liner, interaction and quadratic effect terms.

  • 혈액에서의 산소 포화도는 Hb와 HbO$_2$의 광학 스펙트라에서 흡수계수의 차이에 의해서 측정할 수 있다. 본 연구는 하지 조직에서 발생하는 말초혈관계 질환진단을 위하여 파장이 660nm 와 940nm의 LED를 이용하여 산소포화도를 측정하는 장치를 개발하였다. 산소측정장치는 광 탐촉자와 광 신호처리부, LED 구동회로, 컴퓨터와 인터페이스로 구성하고, 데이터의 수집과 분석을 위한 프로그램 을 개발하였다. 구현된 산소측정장치에 대한 임상적인 평가를 위하여 하지조직에서 운동 부하에 따른 실험을 하여 생체조직내 생리적변화에 따른 산소량의 변화를 측정하고, 기기의 성능을 평가하였다. 실험결과 생체조직내의 산소포화도는 광원과 검출기의 간격에 따라 측정이 가능함을 보여 주었다.

  • This paper demonstrates the application of the preventive maintenance, process to analyse and develop preventive maintenance tasks for rectifier and electric transformer in the SeoulMetro company. Attention is given to the frequency designation, technical details regarding the radiometer, previous electromagnetic noise measurements, and applications of the noise data. This study confirms the feasibility and effectiveness of preventive maintenance applications in the electric trains.

  • In large system, design margin makes relatively price higher. So, optimal design through exact analysis of thermal behavior is needed. In this paper, we propose the equivalent load test facility using two inverter & converter system and inductors. Applying actual electrical profiles for motor drive, thermal characteristics of power converter fed AC motor drive are obtained, and the results are compared with simulation results.
