본 연구는 디지털 기업가정신과 디지털 혁신에 영향을 미치는 요인에 대해 검증하는 것이 목적이다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 디지털 기업가정신에 영향을 미치는 요인을 기술 특성(디지털 기술역량), 조직 특성(디지털 학습역량, 재무 준비성), 제도적 압력(강제적 압력, 모방적 압력, 규범적 압력)으로 설정하였다. 연구모형과 연구가설을 설정하였고, 국내 104개 기업의 데이터를 이용하여 실증분석을 하였다. 실증분석 결과, 첫째, 디지털 기술역량, 디지털 학습역량, 재무 준비성, 제도적 압력은 디지털 기업가정신에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 디지털 기업가정신은 디지털 혁신에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 4차 산업혁명과 디지털 전환 시대에 디지털 기업가정신을 통해 디지털 혁신을 이룰 수 있는 기업의 전략적 시사점을 제공할 것이다.

미래창조과학부는 공공기술 기반 기술창업을 가속화 하기 위해 2016년부터 '연구소기업'의 설립을 촉진하고 이에 대한 지원을 강화하고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 공공기술 기반 기술창업 활성화의 문제를 진단하고 이에 대한 글로벌 관점의 성공기술창업플랫폼을 제안하는 것이 목적이다. 본 연구는 공공기술 기반 기술창업의 성과 창출궤적으로 제시되고 있는 공공기술-제조- -BtoB-글로벌의 라인 중 글로벌 관점에서 공공기술 기술창업기업의 성과창출을 도모할 수 있는 방안에 대해 전문가 인터뷰조사와 사례조사등을 통해 연구를 수행하였다. 연구결과, 공공기술기반 기술창업인 연구소기업등은 질적인 성과 즉 성공적 회수사례를 창출하기 위해서는 현재의 양적인 성과에서 벗어나 창업초기 신규창출형 연구소기업에 대한 민간벤처투자가 활성화되고, 혁신적인 사례창출을 다수하기 위해서는 글로벌 성과창출이 요구됨을 도출하였다. 특히 본 연구는 이에 대해 공공기술 기술창업의 문제를 배태한 성공창업 솔루션 플랫폼으로"Inbound" 글로벌플랫폼을 제안하고 있다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between vertical leadership and shared leadership, organizational trust and innovation resistance. For this purpose, a regression analysis was conducted based on data from 286 questionnaires completed by employees working in IT companies. As a result of the analysis, both shared leadership and vertical leadership showed a negative relationship with innovation resistance. For organizational trust, it was confirmed that there was a mediating effect in the relationship with innovation resistance. Shared leadership seems to form a stronger negative relationship with innovation resistance than vertical leadership, it was found that shared leadership is more effective in lowering innovation resistance. Therefore, if the strengths of vertical leadership and shared leadership are applied complementary to each other on the basis of organizational trust in promoting innovation, it will be a good way to overcome innovation resistance, which is a barrier to innovation success. To overcome innovation resistance, especially in IT startups, we propose the complementary application of vertical leadership and shared leadership based on organizational trust.

프랜차이즈 산업은 전문 창업시스템을 구축한 가맹본부가 사업 초기부터 가맹점의 영업활동을 지원하고 사업 노하우(know-how) 및 경영 기술을 지원 해줌으로서 창업 활동을 용이하게 도와주고 있다. 프랜차이즈 가맹점 창업의 장점은 브랜드 인지도를 활용한 영업활동으로 창업초기부터 일정한 수익을 보장 받을 수 있는 이점이 있어 소상공인의 관심이 매우 높다. 본 연구에서는 프랜차이즈 지원서비스인 가맹본부의 상품공급 수준, 고객관리 지원, 슈퍼바이저지원, 교육훈련 지원, 마케팅지원이 가맹점주의 경영성과에 어떻게 영향을 미치는지를 연구함으로 써, 가맹본부와 가맹점간의 서로 상생할 수 있는 지원서비스에 대한 전략적인 방법과 기업가정신과 개인 특성이 경영성과에 미치는 영향을 분석하는 것이다.

This study analyzed the role of innovation intermediaries on the performance of technology-based firms in Korea. Technology-based firms are important to the economy because they contribute to regional economic development and national competitiveness. In Korea, various types of intermediaries, such as Techno-parks and incubators have been established to foster technology-based firms. Researchers analyzed various factors influencing the performance of technology-based firms. On the other hand, there have been few studies on the relationship between the innovation intermediaries and the performance of technology-based firms in Korea. This study identified the firms' capabilities, institutional and environmental factors in the light of the literature. A total of 2,313 technology-based firms in Techno-parks, business incubator of public institutes and universities were surveyed. Of these, 110 respondents were used for empirical analysis. OLS techniques were applied to analyze the data. The empirical results showed that the marketing competence, R&D capacity, which is a firms' innovation capacity, have a positive effect on the performance. The support of intermediaries positively affects the performance of technology-based firms. The economic aspects of regional innovation infrastructure, and cooperation with the customer has a positive effect on the performance of technology-based firms.

This paper examined the effects of youth entrepreneurship on entrepreneurial intention. Especially, we considered scholastic performance as a moderator on the relationship between youth entrepreneurship and their entrepreneurial intention. An empirical analysis on 251 students attending their third year of Suncheon High School revealed the following results. First, the youth entrepreneurship(risk taking, innovativeness and proactiveness) significantly positive affected entrepreneurial intention. The result corresponds to what many preceding studies emphasize, implying that when risk taking, which enables perseverance through uncertain situations, increases; innovativeness, which enables breaking away from existing frameworks, increases; and proactiveness, which creates new opportunities through future-oriented behavior, increase, the entrepreneurial intention of teenagers also increases. Second, a review of the interaction effect of scholastic performance discovered evidence that scholastic performance moderates the relationship between proactiveness and entrepreneurial intention of youth toward a negative(-) direction. In other words, proactiveness positively effects on entrepreneurial intention, but higher scholastic performance imply that such positive tendencies become weakened. The results of the present study will be able to provide significant theoretical and practical implications in carrying out follow-up studies on the youth entrepreneurship, which has been, up to now, relatively neglected.

This study studied the effect of the TIPS support project of the Ministry of SMEs and Startups on the entrepreneurship of TIPS start-ups. The Tips start-up company, which is the subject of the study, was selected for the TIPS support project, participated in all commercialization funds, incubation facilities, and capacity building programs, and was selected as a company that received private investment. One-on-one in-depth interviews were conducted for about eight weeks from January 14, 2022 to March 11, 2022. For this study, the TIPS support project was subdivided into four categories: commercialization funds, incubation facilities, capacity building programs, and private investment attraction, and entrepreneurship factors were classified into four categories: innovation, challenge spirit, leadership, and risk-taking. As a result of the in-depth interview, the influence of the TIPS support project on entrepreneurship factors was in the order of challenge spirit, innovation, risk-taking, and leadership. Specifically, it was found that commercialization funds influenced innovation and risk-taking, incubation facilities had a challenge spirit and risk-taking, competency-building programs had a challenge spirit and leadership, and attracting private investment had an influence on innovation and challenge spirit. The implications of this study are that the TIPS support project, a private investment-led technology start-up support program, was introduced in 2013 and as of the end of March 2022, and a report was prepared focusing on visible performance such as private investment performance and employment rate. However, through this study, by analyzing whether the TIPS support project contributed to the cultivation of entrepreneurship for TIPS start-ups, it was found that it had a positive influence not only on quantitative growth but also on qualitative growth.

The new Korean government sets its main policy direction as Creative Economy. The Creative Economy can be defined as a growth strategy that establishes new companies, enhances the competitiveness of established companies and creates new markets, industries and jobs in consequence of combining of creative imagination, science and technology and ICT. In this context, the concept of innovation cluster, which aims to foster technological innovations from an organic ecosystem perspective, can be a valid policy instrument for attaining Creative Economy. Innovation cluster can and must make a contribution to achieving the Creative Economy of Korea. In particular, the ICT Convergence Innovation Cluster will be a good strategy for this purpose. Based on this conceptual background, this paper analyzes a recently notable case of an ICT Convergence Cluster in Korea, Pangyo Technovalley (PTV). We argue that the Pangyo Technovalley is a representative cluster of converging ICT and science and technology. We identify the major factors for successful development of ICT cluster: regional government's flexible response to environmental change, careful pre-planning and balance between private and public involvement. In addition, we also found that additional factors, settlement condition for securing good workforce, agglomeration of various innovation actors for promoting convergence, and cluster network revitalization are also important for implementing the creative ICT convergence cluster.

근래 지구온난화에 따른 자연재해의 증가와 장기 코로나19의 전염으로 사회적 비대면 필요성이 증대되면서 온라인을 통한 건강관리 및 의료 진단·처방 등 디지털 헬스케어의 필요성이 증대되고 있다. 디지털 헬스케어로 기존 병원 진료의 온라인 원격 진료/처방이 지속 증가하고 있을 뿐만 아니라 관련 빅데이터를 모아 개인 건강과 질병 상태 정보를 취합하여 건강 관리 및 치료를 하는 디지털 치료제 개발이 급속 진행되고 있으며 관련 벤처 창업도 활발히 진행되고 있다. 이러한 디지털 헬스케어, 디지털 치료제 산업의 활성화는 각 개인의 신체 상태를 상시 측정하고 이 정보를 관련 시스템과 연동 할 수 있는 웨어러블 디바이스, 특히 스마트워치의 보급 증대에 힘입은 바가 크다. 본 연구에서는 스마트워치의 기술혁신이 디지털 헬스케어의 수용성에 어떻게 영향을 미치는지 확장된 통합기술수용모델을 적용하여 분석하고, 혁신 사례로 스마트워치를 활용한 디지털 수면 치료제 벤처 개발 현황을 제시하였다. 본 연구를 통해 확인한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째 디지털 헬스케어 스마트워치의 개인혁신성, 효용가치, 사용편의 등 ICT 변인들에 대한 기술발전의 매개 영향은 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 둘째 ICT 변인들과 기술발전 매개변수는 디지털 헬스케에 스마트워치 수용의도에 대부분 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 단 기술발전은 개인혁신성에는 크게 매개하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 혁신기술의 디지털 헬스케어 스마트워치 수용의도 영향 평가 결과는 스마트워치 각종 서비스 상품기획과 마케팅에 유효하게 참조 할 수 있을 것으로 보이며 추후 세분화 연구를 통하여 더욱 소비자 특화된 제품과 서비스를 창출하는데 기여 할 수 있을 것으로 사료 된다.

I examine what factors influence a firm's openness to external sources of knowledge in the Korean manufacturing sector. Related literature suggests a firm's appropriability strategy, absorptive capacity, technology entrepreneurship, firm size and industry-level technological opportunities as possible determinants. Using Korean Manufacturing Innovation Survey, I test how these factors influence the degree of openness of Korean manufacturing firm. I find the followings: First, when the appropriability strategy becomes tighter, a firm becomes more open to external sources. Second, when the share of highly educated employees increases, a firm becomes more open. Third, when a firm is a technology entrepreneur, the openness increases. Fourth, a large firm is likely to be more open. Lastly, ample technological opportunities increase the openness. In Korean manufacturing industries, the highly educated employees and technology entrepreneurship are more influential factors for a firm's openness.
