This paper aims to analysis sectoral innovation patterns of technological innovation and localized knowledge spillover in Korean manufacturing sector. Sectoral innovation system approach proposed that the specific pattern of innovative activity and knowledge spillover in an industry can be explained as the outcome of different technological regimes. Technological regime is defined by the particular combination of technological opportunities, appropriability of innovations, cumulativeness of technical advances and properties of the knowledge base. Based on a sample of 2,882 firms in manufacturing sector, this paper provides empirical estimates of the relationships between firm's product innovation and localized knowledge spillover. Results of the analysis provide considerable support to the hypothesis that firm's product innovation and localized knowledge spillover are related to the nature of the underlying technological regime. In the industry based on the tacit and specific knowledge, firm's product innovation is positively related to the localized knowledge spillover. This paper also shows that high stability in the ranking of innovators are related to high degrees of cumulativeness and appropriability.

현재의 가치중립적 개발방법론은 프로젝트의 실패를 야기하고 있다. 이러한 문제 해결을 위해 가치기반의 블루오션 개념을 적용한 요구공학 프로세스가 제안되었다. 하지만 프로세스들은 정형적인 분석기법의 미비로 인하여 정량적인 결과를 도출해내기 어렵다는 문제점이 있다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 기존의 고객 요구사항 분석에 유용한 Kano model을 가치혁신 요구공학 프로세스에 적용하여 수치적이고 정량적인 분석이 가능한 프로세스를 제안한다.

청동활자의 혁신은 고려인들에 의해 이뤄졌다. 활자인쇄술의 전파에도 한국인들의 공헌이 부분적으로 있었다. 실용적인 금속활자는 타르비츠를 거쳐 뉘른베르크, 스트라스부르그, 마인츠 등으로 전파된 것으로 보인다.

This study analyzed the demographic characteristics, strengths and weaknesses related to information acquisition of local innovation diffusion types. This study use ordered probit model to find strengths and weaknesses of innovation diffusion type in rural area. The individual characteristics of 'formal extension type', 'situational reaction diffusion type', 'agriculturist connection type', and 'systematic approach type', all differentiated according to innovation diffusion type, were analyzed. Following Choi & Choe(2008), immediacy, accessibility, referability, applicability, and satisfaction were the highest in the situational reaction diffusion type, systematic approach type, formal extension type, and farmers connection type, in the order. And there existed organic contexts among individual characteristics. So this study tried to analyze strengths and weaknesses of innovation diffusion type with a focus on immediacy, which emerged as the most important variable in the process of interpreting innovation diffusion. And the strengths and weaknesses of each innovation diffusion type were presented.

전파이용의 대중화와 새로운 주파수대 기술개발, 무선통신 및 전자기술 등의 기술혁신에 따라 전파 사용이 급격하게 증가 추세에 있으며, 무선국의 급증과 다양한 통신시스템, 복잡한 무선통신 방식, 다양한 무선통신 서비스 요구 등으로 전파환경은 매우 복잡하다. 또한 통신시장 개방화 및 국제화에 따라 무선통신사업도 국내 및 국제 경쟁시대에 돌입하게 됨으로써 각종 규제가 완화되고, 무선국허가 규제 완화, 무선국운용 규제 완화, 무선기기 수입규제 완화, 무선국 허가수속 간소화 등으로 외국의 무선기기가 다량 수입되고 있는 실정이다. 이와 같은 전파이용 규제완화 요구, 무선통신기술의 급속한 발전 및 무선통신 사용자의 다양한 서비스 요구에 능동적으로 대처하기 위해서는 전파자원에 대한 료율적인 활용은 물론 전파이용 질서를 체계적으로 확립할 수 있는 방안이 강구되어야 한다.

This study analyzed the disparity between the supply and demand of information demand and information provision generated among information providers(agricultural researchers) and information adopters(farmers), the two subjects of the local innovation diffusion process, with a focus on the contents and methods of sharing information and according to individual innovation diffusion pattern. In information provision, the characteristics of the contents of information in terms of their temporal necessity and effective period were more important than the field to which the contents of information belonged. In addition, the selection and strategic provision of an information provision method appropriate to each pattern according to the contents of information were proposed as a way of resolving farmers'information demand and strengthening their links to experiment stations. According to the analysis, information provision methods such as the limited use of some patterns in methods of providing documents, provision of production information using experiment field, and eco-friendly agricultural information to all types through regular study group sessions, search for plans for using ICT, and supplementary and interconnected composition of individual information provision methods were applicable in a complex manner according to the situation and management format, and the standard here was the contents of information.

This paper critically examines research trends on the relationship between technological innovation and economic growth in Korea. There are different views on the role of innovation in economic growth including Exogenous and Endogenous Growth, National Innovation System, Technological Capabilities, Economic Catch-up discourses and so on. According to these theoretical discourses, existing studies about Korea are reviewed in a critical way and then future research work is proposed through such a critical review and reflection.

This paper proposes a platform construction plan for the use of spectrum big data, collects and analyzes the big data in the radio wave field, establishes a linkage plan, and presents a support system scheme for linking and using the spectrum and public sector big data. It presented a plan to build a big data platform in connection with the spectrum public sector. In a situation where there is a lack of a support system for systematic analysis and utilization of big data in the field of radio waves, by establishing a platform construction plan for the use of big data by radio-related industries, the preemptive response to realize the 4th Industrial Revolution and the status and state of the domestic radio field. The company intends to contribute to enhancing the convenience of users of the big data platform in the public sector by securing the innovation growth engine of the company and contributing to the fair competition of the radio wave industry and the improvement of service quality. In addition, it intends to contribute to raising the social awareness of the value of spectrum management data utilization and establishing a collaboration system that uses spectrum big data through joint use of the platform.

The diffusion of innovation theory provided the basis for a model of agricultural development that the extension service continues to use today. This study aims to examine the history, influence, and impacts of innovation diffusion theory on the extension service. It reviews some of the major developments in the literature related to the theory, examines its criticisms, and discusses the implications for extension. As such, innovators are younger, more cosmopolitan, have higher incomes than later adopters, and have the largest operations of all adopter categories. There are two critiques on diffusion of innovation theory in which are the method and inequity recurring from diffusion.
