This study aims to identify the difference in teacher commitment at workplace child-care centers and understand the relationship between teacher commitment and teacher efficacy. To achieve this, the data were collected from 176 teachers who were working at workplace child-care centers in Gyeonggi province, One-way analysis of variance (ANOVA), Scheff$\acute{e}$ test, and Pearson's correlation analysis were performed. According to the results, it was found that there is a high positive correlation between teacher commitment and teacher efficacy. The teacher commitment appears high and especially the teacher commitment to infants and toddlers appears the highest at the workplace child-care centers. It was also found that there is a significant difference in teacher efficacy depending on academic ability and work experience of teachers, age of infants and toddlers, and total number of teachers in the centers. This study is significant in that it provides the basic data for drawing up the measures to support the teacher commitment as one of the internal characteristics of the teachers working at the workplace child-care centers. Further studies need to explore the relationship between teacher commitment and teacher efficacy depending on the type of kindergarten or day care center.

The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of the distributed leadership upon kindergarten teachers' commitment of teachers. As a result of the analysis, first, the teachers' recognition on the distributed leadership at a kindergarten was confirmed to have a significant difference depending on the teaching career and the academic background. And the commitment of teachers perceived by the kindergarten teachers was identified to have a statistically significant difference according to the teaching career, academic background, and scale. Second, the kindergarten situation and the teacher leadership among sub-factors of the distributed leadership were indicated to have a positive effect on the commitment of teachers. Especially, the teacher leadership was confirmed to have a positive impact on the whole of professional consciousness, educational love, and passion, which are sub-factors in the commitment of teachers. What the distributed leadership has a positive influence upon the commitment of teachers at a kindergarten can be known to be ultimately the time when a teacher oneself fully recognizes responsibility, influence, and authority with thinking that a teacher oneself is a leader, rather than a director's leadership. Accordingly, a director's many responsibilities and authorities need to be properly entrusted so that the kindergarten teachers can display much more leadership.

This study aims to explore the effect of a librarian's organizational commitment and Organization Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on organizational effectiveness in libraries. The following conclusions were drawn from the research procedures and data analysis. First, the librarian's organizational commitment make no difference by age level. The librarian's organizational commitment makes no difference by career. The librarian's organizational commitment and organization citizenship behavior make no difference by employment status. Second, the highest correlation is maintain commitment factor and all of the commitment. The second high correlation is sportsmanship behavior factor and all of the organization citizenship behavior. The third high correlation is conscientiousness behavior factor and all of the organization citizenship behavior. Third, the organizational effectiveness is affected 13.4% by a librarian's organization citizenship behavior, 5.6% by librarian's organizational commitment.
This study examined the effects of self-concealment and satisfication among the basic psychological needs on the commitment to opposite-sex romantic relationships in early adulthood. The study examined the mediating effects of basic psychological needs, autonomy, competence, and relatedness, in the relationship between self-concealment and the commitment to opposite-sex romantic relationships. For this purpose, a self-report survey was conducted on 197 adults aged 20 to 29 who are currently in opposite-sex romantic relationships, and the collected data were analyzed using SPSS 26.0 and PROCESS MACRO v3.5. The main results of this study are as follows. First, gender, age, and duration of dating period among the subject's demo-social variables significantly impacted the commitment to opposite-sex romantic relationships. Second, satisfying relatedness among the basic psychological needs had the largest influence on the commitment to opposite-sex romantic relationships, and self-concealment negatively affected the commitment to opposite-sex romantic relationships. Third, relatedness from the basic psychological needs had a significant mediating effect between self-concealment and the commitment to romantic relationships. It can be seen that it is crucial to lower self-concealment and to satisfy relatedness among the basic psychological needs in order to promote commitment to romantic relationships in early adulthood. This study is meaningful in that it tried to reveal the influence of individual psychological factors on the commitment to the romantic relationship, and it is significant that it proposed a basis for intervention to promote the commitment to opposite-sex romantic relationships in early adulthood.
Lots of studies have been conducted on work-life balance in various fields. In particular, while a plethora of studies on the work-life balance have focused mainly on organizational culture and work performance, research to investigate the impact of work-life balance on employees' organizational commitment is scarce. This study aims to empirically analyze how work-life balance of employees affects organizational commitment and mediation effects of job satisfaction on the relationships through a survey of 463 employees working in small and medium-sized enterprises, public institutions, and conglomerates in the COVID-19 era. Also, it examines the impact of a smart work environment as a new way of working during the COVID-19 pandemic on job satisfaction and organizational commitment. The findings of the study are summarized as follows. First, work-life balance was shown to positively affect job satisfaction, and job satisfaction had a positive influence on emotional organizational commitment of employees. Second, job satisfaction was found to be completely mediated both in the relationship between work-life balance and organizational commitment and in the relationship between work-family balance and organizational commitment, and partially mediated in the relationship between work-growth balance and organizational commitment. Third, the smart work environment had a positive effect on job satisfaction and organizational commitment. The results of the study show that work and family, work and leisure, and work and growth balance are significantly important factors to improve employees' work attitudes in the changing work environment as a result of COVID-19. The present results suggest that the introduction of work-life balance and the smart work environment is required to increase organizational productivity.

The purpose of this study is to cultivate the attitudes of preservice early childhood teacher's commitment by analyzing the effects of education practicum, teacher efficacy, and emotional intelligence on teacher's education commitment and analyzing the relationship between them. To this purpose, a total of 150 questionnaires were distributed to 75 preservice early childhood teachers of the metropolitan area from November 1, 2018 to March 2019. The results of the study were as follows: First, education commitment of preservice early childhood teachers was positively correlated with teachers' efficacy, emotional intelligence, and education practicum experiences. Second, education commitment increased when the emotional intelligence increased before the education practicum experience, and education commitment increased when the teacher's efficacy increased after education practicum experience. In light of these, It suggests that programs or content education that can strengthen emotional intelligence are effective before education practicum. and that programs or content education that enhance teacher efficacy capacity are more effective after education practicum.
The objective of this study was to empirically analyze the effect that the perceptions professionalism perceived by social workers at local child care centers wold have on organizational commitment. For this study, the social workers at local child care centers in Jeollanam-do were surveyed. 286 sets of questionnaires were used for analysis among the collected ones, excluding the missing values. The results of analysis showed that the professionalism score was above the medium level while the service conviction score was found to be the highest. A positive(+) correlation was observed between perceptions professionalism and organizational commitment. Particularly, the correlation was the highest between occupational consciousness of mission and organizational commitment. Meanwhile, the results of multiple regression analysis suggested that the organizational commitment was affected by occupational consciousness of mission and utilization of professional organization, the sub-variables of perceptions professionalism. Moreover, it was found that the occupational consciousness of mission had the greatest influence on organizational commitment. Based on aforesaid results of analysis, this study presented the direction for the improvement of perceptions professionalism and organizational commitment among social workers of local child care centers, along with the challenges for the succeeding studies.
This study examined the moderating effect which the interpersonal trust between christians has on the daily spiritual experiences and church commitments of christians. This study was conducted on 400 Christians - 193 men (48.3%) and 207 women (51.7%). The SPSS 25.0 program and PROCESS Procedure for SPSS version 3.5 (Model 1) were used for data analysis and for verifying the hypothesis. the results of the study showed: First, the daily spiritual experience of Christians had a significant positive effect on church commitment. Second, the interpersonal trust between christians had a significant positive effect on church commitment among Christians. Third, the interpersonal trust between christians had a significant positive effect on daily spiritual experiences and on church commitment. Hence, based on the above conclusions the role and importance of trustworthy relationships in the church as well as personal beliefs were discussed.
The purpose of this study was to identify organizational effectiveness and organizational commitment according to participation satisfaction in leisure sports activities of police organization. To do this, the researcher selected five police stations using convenience sampling method targeting the police officers who participated in leisure sports activities among those police officers who were working in Gwangju Metropolitan City as of 2009. And as for the subjects of this study, total 200 police officers were sampled. Excluding 27 responses which were insincerely answered or not returned, 173 questionnaires were used for final analysis. The results were made as follows. First, the results from analysis revealed that contribution to public goods, social recognition, and individual accomplishment, which are sub variables of participation satisfaction, had influences on both job satisfaction and organization immersion which are sub variables of organization effectiveness. Second, results from analysis showed that value commitment and continuance commitment which are sub variables of organizational commitment were affected by contribution to public goods social recognition and public goods individual accomplishment, respectively. Third, the results from analysis revealed that both job satisfaction and organization immersion which are sub variables of organizational effectiveness affected value contribution, and that, only organization immersion had an influence on the continuance commitment.

The purpose of this study was to explore the effects of librarian's empowerment and organizational commitment on organizational effectiveness in libraries. The subjects of this study were 148 librarians of 10 libraries in Jeollabuk-do in accordance to purposeful sampling of nonprobability sampling. The statistics program that was used to achieve the purpose was SPSS pc+ 20.0. The statistics methods were used one-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation analysis, and multiple regression test. The following conclusion were drawn from the research procedures and data analysis. First, the librarian's empowerment level and organizational effectiveness make a difference by age level. But the librarian's organizational commitment make no difference by age level. Second, the librarian's empowerment level make a difference by marital status. But the librarian's organizational commitment and effectiveness make no difference by marital status. Third, the librarian's empowerment level make a difference by career in present librarian. But the librarian's organizational commitment and effectiveness make no difference by career in present librarian. Fourth, Very a high correlation is influence factor and all of the empowerment, competence factor, and all of the empowerment. Fifth, the organizational effectiveness is affected 9.3% by librarian's empowerment, 5.6% by librarian's organizational commitment.
