This paper has represented about the wind power industry of the west-south seashore with leading industry development for Honam Economic Region. These projects have composed of wind power industry of the west-south seashore, offshore wind turbine(2MW, 3MW) and onshore wind turbine(3kW, 5kW, 10kW), 11 projects, during 3 years- with honam leading industry development for economic region. The contents of these project are 3 favorable products and 3 business support projects. The favorable products are the MW offshore wind system with Outer-rotor type PMSG, the 3MWoffshore wind system with adaptation type of west-south sea, the hybrid generator system with wind turbine technology basis.

인터넷 기술의 발전으로 우편물류시스템은 우편집중국을 중심의 허브-스포크 구조를 기반으로 자동화 우편소통 시설과 우편물류정보시스템 구축 등의 많은 변화와 발전을 해왔다. 현행 우편물류정보시스템은 바코드를 기반으로 정보의 교환 및 처리를 수행하며, 물류정보의 수집, 처리 및 활용에 있어서 실시간성과 동적인 운용 측면에서 진일보하기 위해서는 차세대 정보기술인 RFID를 지원하기 위한 연구가 필요하다. 따라서 이 논문에서는 우편물류의 운송용기를 중심으로 업무 및 시스템을 분석하며, 업무 효율성과 생산성 개선을 위해 RFID 기술을 적용하기 위한 정보처리시스템 모형을 설명한다.

국내 농림업 중 축산업의 비중이 날로 높아지고있는 가운데, 정부는 올해‘세계와 경쟁하는 한국축산업’을 비전으로 삼고, 소비자 지향적 고품질안전 축산물 공급과 지속 발전가능한 축산기반 구축 등을 정책목표로 산업을 이끌어가고 있다. 이러한 정책목표 달성을 위해서는 먼저 각 축종별, 분야별 산업현장에서 일하는 축산인들의 적극적인 참여가 요구되고 있고, 무엇보다 이들이 현장에서 겪는 애로사항을 해결해 생산자와 소비자 모두를 만족시키는 축산기술 창출을 위한 연구 개발이 중요한 요소로 부각되고 있다. 이를 위해 국내 유일의 축산관련 R&D 기관인 축산연구소는 현장 중심의 신기술 개발 및 보급을 목표로 오늘도 총력을 기울이고 있다. 향후 우리나라를 넘어 세계 축산연구의 허브로 거듭나게 될 축산연구소의 올해 연구계획과 운영방안에 대해 올해 초 새로 부임한 이상진 소장에게 들어보았다.

The exhibition and convention industries, which are recognized as industrial hub linked with many relational industries. It is important to prevent a excessive competition for convention centers among districts and to gain some benefit fairly. Each convention center needs a lot of convention to held in it's district. In order to obtain many conventions to held in Korea for many convention center, convention bureau has to manage the processes to attract convention with many collaborators using the convention hub-network system. We should, therefore, pay attention to construction of the convention Hub-Network system to activate the convention industries in the district. We lay out the critical design for three functions of the convention Hub-Network system using UML. Finally we show the demonstrative web pages that explain critical three functions.

최근 들어 일반인들을 대상으로 하는 인터넷 서비스가 보편화되면서 B2C 기반 전자상거래의 수요가 급속히 증가하고 있다. 뿐만 아니라 기업과 기업간(B2B) 혹은 기업과 정부간(B2G)의 전자상거래를 위한 포탈 사이트나 허브 사이트 등의 구축도 매우 활발히 이루어지고 있다. 이와 같은 인터넷 기반의 전자상거래 시스템은 사용자들에게 기존 상거래에서는 경험해 보지 못했던 다양하고 방대한 정보와 편리성 등을 제공하고 있다. 반면, 지불 정보나 구매 정보 혹은 개인 신상 정보 등의 유출과 같은 보안상의 문제점들을 해결해야 하는 어려움도 내재되어 있어 안전한 전자상거래를 보장하기 위한 일환으로 자바카드 기반의 사용자 인터페이스가 요구되고 있다. 여기서, 자바카드 상의 개방형 플랫폼 보안 서비스를 구현하는 것이 본 논문의 목적이다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위해 자바카드를 기반으로 하는 개방형 플랫폼상의 CEPS 보안 메커니즘을 분석하고, 개방형 플랫폼 구성요소인 보안 도메인(Security Domain)의 보안 요구사항에 근거한 자바카드 보안 서비스를 제공하는 기능을 구현한다.

대용량 실험데이터를 생성하는 가속기, 전자현미경, 전파망원경 등과 같은 첨단 실험장비들의 기술적 발전으로, 생성되는 실험데이터의 규모가 폭발적으로 증가하고 있다. 이에 따라, 데이터 분석연구에 대용량 데이터의 저장이 가능하고, 데이터 분석에 필요한 고성능 계산 서버를 갖춘 전문 데이터센터의 활용이 증가하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 전문 데이터센터를 연계한 데이터 분석 연구환경구축에서 가장 기본이 되는 데이터수집을 위한 고성능 데이터 전송 시스템을 구현하고, 이를 적용한 사례를 통해 제안하는 시스템의 효율성을 검증한다.

미래 해상환경 변화 대응의 일환으로 항로표지의 스마트화를 위한 정보의 디지털화, 정보교환 체계의 표준화 등 항로표지기반의 정보 통합 DB구축을 통한 해양분야의 ICT 기술개발이 요구되고 있다. 또한, 항해안전을 위한 아날로그 정보 전달 기능의 항로표지 역할이 해양정보 수집 및 활용의 허브기능으로 확장이 되며 스마트항로표지의 도입 및 전환이 요구되고 있다. 이러한 해상교통흐름의 변화에 대응하기 위해 본 연구에서는 표준화, 디지털화된 항로표지정보의 통합 제공을 위한 디지털 항로표지 정보관리를 위한 정보협력시스템을 설계하였다.

In recent years, it is very difficult to construct and expand new infrastructures in a city center because of long-term low growth and lack of space due to urban overcrowding. So, there is a need to study a variety of Retrofitting techniques and urban applications that can lead to sustainable development while efficiently utilizing existing facilities. 'Retrofit' means a sustainable urban retrofitting as a directed alteration of the structures, formations and systems of existing facilities to improve energy, water and waste efficiencies. In this study, we applied a hierarchical network design technique that can reflect the structural hierarchy of a city to study how to retrofit public transportation routes in Seoul. The hierarchical network design means dividing the hierarchy according to the functions of hubs and connecting different hierarchies to form a hierarchical network. As a result of comparing the application results of various retrofitting scenarios of public transport, the differences of daily PKT and PHT by about 2.6~3.2% less than before the improvement address that the convenience of passengers is increased. Therefore, it is expected that if the route planning is established according to the proposed method, it will increase the number of passengers and the operational efficiency by the improved convenience of public transit passengers.

Late-Koryeo people networks were constructed from four different history books that were written by various historic aspects in the period from king Kongmin to the final king of the Koryeo, Kongyang. All networks constructed in this study show scale free network properties as if most social networks do. Tajo-sillok preface is one of subjectively written history book that described personal history of the Lee Seong-gye and his ancestors. It is confirmed that the book is one of the most biased-written history books through network study. Jeong Do-jeon known as a Chosun dynasty projector is not greatly contributed for founding of a Chosun dynasty in network study and various historical documents as well. In this network study, we provide objective historical information in the historical situations of the late-Koryeo and during establishment procedure of Chosun dynasty. Hub nodes in network is denoted highly linked nodes, called degree. Stress centrality is a unit to measure positional importancy in the network. If we employ two factors, degree and stress centrality to determine hub node, it represents high connectivity and importancy as well. As comparing values of the degree and stress centrality, we elucidate more objective historical facts from late-Koryeo situations in this study. If we further develop and employ a new algorithm that is considered both degree and stress centrality, it is a very useful tool for determining hub node.
