외계행성 탐색시스템으로 관측한 영상은 한국천문연구원 본원에 있는 자료처리 시스템으로 실시간 전송된다. 이를 위해 한국과학기술정보연구원이 운영 중인 첨단망과 UDP 전송 프로그램을 활용하고 있으며 연간 약 140TB의 관측 영상을 칠레 55Mbps, 남아공 39Mbps, 호주 410Mbps의 속도로 전송하고 있다. 관측 영상이 전송되면 MEF 포맷으로 구조화 하고 bias, flat, crosstalk 보정과 bad pixel masking 등의 전처리 과정을 거쳐 각 연구과제별로 실시간 배포하고 있다. 중력렌즈 연구를 위한 우리 은하 중심부 관측영상은 차감영상 기법을 사용하여 약 3억 개의 별에 대해 측광하고 있으며, $18K{\times}18K$ 크기의 대용량 관측 영상을 빠르고 효율적으로 처리하기 위해 256개로 분할하여 분산처리하고 있다. 2014년부터 자료처리를 위한 시스템을 구축하고 증설하였으며 현재 11대의 서버(212Core)와 2.7PB의 NAS 스토리지를 운영하며 연간 700TB이상의 자료를 처리하고 있다. 우리은하 중심부 측광자료에서 검출된 변광 현상을 정리하여 측광데이터베이스를 구축하였다. 본 발표에서는 KMTNet 실시간 자료처리 과정에 대한 상세한 내용과 향후 자료처리 시스템 개선방향에 대해 소개한다.

Urban logistics plan of the previous cargo distribution law has changed into city logistics plan of logistics policy law in which its contents adjusted into direction to improve logistics industries, economic well-being and lifestyle conditions of the city. But the city logistics planning didn't include yet a systematic backbone that plans a vision, performs propelled plan to realize it, and then gives feedback through scientific evaluation indexes. In this context, this paper reviews the previous logistics plans and helps operating and managing a efficient city logistics plan a mid-long term through representative index development required to establish city logistics plan.

This paper examines new phenomenon and transformation that arise from the expansion of knowledge-based economy, envisions the meaning of e-government through comparing traditional administration with new governance, formulates the e-government model, and presents a direction for next e-government for the conclusion. These new phenomenon include a transformation to product and service convergence model, cyber sovereignty dilemma, privacy and information security threats, and various others. Also, there is a gradual transformation from government-oriented administrative approach to a new governance model that strengthens the role of NGO. And, e-government must work together to realize this new governance ideology. New e-government must be transformed where government and citizens can implement and manage e-government together. Therefore, expanding applications of Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) technologies, promotion of e-Democracy, and improvement of user interface to improve usability must be emphasized.

In this study, the use statistics by type of data in the A university of a Institutional Repository(IR) with exponential growth in usage and the trend of changes in the access path for users to access A-IR were analyzed. In particular, it was verified that securing various exposure paths contributed to the spread of A-IR by focusing on the change in the approach path, and also confirmed that the method of communication between the ages, such as SNS, is used as the approach path of A-IR. Through this process, the company was planning to suggest the direction of operation, including diversification of exposure paths that activate the institutional repository.

이 연구는 농협 하나로마트를 표본점포로 하여 슈퍼마켓의 점포성과에 미치는 영향요인을 규명하기 위한 것이다. 기존의 유통관련 선행연구가 소비자조사를 통한 점포선택이론 중심으로 접근하였다면, 본 연구는 소매공급 측면에서 접근했다는 점과 소매입지모델 뿐만 아니라 소매경영이론 측면에서 내적요인까지 아울러 접근함으로써 슈퍼마켓의 점포성과에 대한 영향관계를 종합적으로 접근하여 규명하고자 시도하였다는 점에서 그 의의를 갖는다. 본 연구의 접근은 슈퍼마켓 경영에서 환경요인인 외적요인과 역량요인인 내적요인에서 점포성과에 영향을 미칠 것으로 기대되는 다양한 변수들을 선정하고, 이 변수들에 대한 검증을 통해 슈퍼마켓의 점포성과에 미치는 영향관계를 분석하였다. 분석의 신뢰도와 설명력을 높이기 위하여 변수별, 요인별 접근을 시도하였으며, 대상점포의 설명력을 높이기 위하여 동업계 편균대비 비교분석과 도시와 농촌간의 입지유형별 특성과 차이점을 규명하고자 하였다. 연구결과 현실적 측면에서 채용가능한 결과를 도출할 수 있었다. 본 연구가 대형 슈퍼마켓이 향후 유망업태로 주목받고 있는 상황에서 농협 하나로마트를 표본으로 하여 슈퍼마켓의 점포성과에 영향을 미치는 요인을 규명하고자 하였으나, 향후 슈퍼마켓의 점포출점, 전략수립, 점포운영 등에서 실질적인 방향성을 제시할 수 있도록 연구가 보강되어야 할 것이며, 나아가 타 업태 및 업종에 일반화될 수 있도록 기대한다.

The objective of this article is to summarize the commercial lithium ion battery (LIB) recycling processes in Korea and to suggest new direction for LIB recycling. A representative LIB recycler, SungEel Hitech Co. has successfully operated the LIB recycling process for over 10 years, and new recycling processes were recently proposed or developed by many recycling companies and battery manufacturers. In the new recycling processes, lithium is recovered before nickel and cobalt due to the rapid rise in lithium prices, and metal sulfate solution as final product of recycling process can be supplied to manufacturers. The main problem that the new recycling process will face is impurities, which will mainly come from end-of-life electric vehicles or new additives in LIB, although the conventional processes must be improved for mass processing.

Integrated Railroad Information System(IRIS) Construction Project is one of the super projects in Korea required to invest over 100 billion won and 10,000 engaged manpower until Dec 30, 2004. Composition of this paper is as follows; firstly, examined individual contents and aspects of IRIS, and studied formality and contents that have been based to project methodology for successful propulsion of project in overall situation of SI project progress until present. Secondly, presented for construction background of IRIS as well as Project Management and Project Development Methodologies. Thirdly, described each characteristic and development substance for individual systems after present whole contents and system image of the system. Finally, presented successful propulsion result of this project and development directions. We presented development example laying stress on IRIS's Project contents and propulsion circumstances. Evaluation about operation results should be analyzed and studied in detail operating system from now on.

Recently, the Chinese government has appointed the 'Centers for Faculty Development' (CFD) in 30 universities as the nationally-levelled model center for faculty development in October 2012, and its policy for the quality of college education and teaching expertise has begun. Therefore, this study is aimed at grasping the current situation and problems of Chinese universities' CFDs, and suggesting future development directions. Especially, it attempted to analyze the operational condition of 'the Center for Faculty Development' of H University located in Hebei Province, China. The following research questions were constructed; 1) At the national level, it quantitatively analyzed the China's developmental steps of higher education by using the data of China's Ministry of Education, and along with this national background, this study tried to grasp teachers' perceptions of teaching activities and their demands toward CFD programs, through a questionnaire survey of faculty members of H University. The data analysis indicated that those centers for faculty development in China were established quickly, and has evolved into specialized organizations for enhancing teaching expertise. This study can contribute to promoting productive exchanges of higher education between Korea and China in the future.

This research focused on the strategy consulting of the 'Pankyo Technovalley' for the formation of the innovation clusters The study was performed based on both theoretical study and related qualitative study approaches. Particularly, 'scenario planning' as a foresight method was used for the strategy formulation of the innovation clusters. The major determinants for the success of the formation of the innovation clusters can be summarized as follows; the enhancement of the service of the host institution of clusters, the alignment of the national cluster policy with the strategy of the host institution and the networks of the clusters. In terms of the needs of times, this study regarding the strategy for the formation of the innovation clusters is anticipated to be a good reference for the R&D organizations and technology cluster participants in coming years.

This research analyzed acceptability of local public enterprise management assessment targeting Chungcheongnam-do direct management enterprises. To do this, this research analyzed influence with acceptability of local public enterprise management assessment by composing the area with 5 aspects related to local public enterprise management assessment. More differentiated strategy is required to operate management assessment efficiently, since direct management enterprises have different shape from other public enterprises in respect of organizational structure. In case of water and sewage, it tends to be difficult to return the result of management assessment to the local government organization, so that managers' interest and effort is necessarily required. Also, responsible person's professionalism is required to raise achievement of direct management enterprise through management assessment, politic management plan for this is necessary. Above all, the structure of incentive for management assessment result is difficult in making intended effect as other public enterprises. Therefore, differentiation of compensation system for assessment result is required.
