The Impact of Airline's Retention Equity on Customer Positive·Behavior Intention (항공사 유지자산이 고객의 긍정적·배타적 행동의도에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study is to evaluate the impact of airline's retention equity on customer positive exclusive behavior intention and to minimize customer churn based maintenance is aimed to derive key variables in air transport market. A survey was conducted Incheon and Gimpo airport to use in the national carrier of domestic air travelers. A total of 480 respondents completed a survey. The result reveal that loyalty program, preferential treatment & acknowledgement program, and community program have significantly effect on positive behavior intention. However, preferential treatment & acknowledgement program, and community program have significantly effect on exclusive behavior intention. It showed that they are more influence than loyalty program as a switching barrier of airlines. The academic and practical implication of this study has been identified in the competitive market to maximize customer retention factors of maintaining retention equity to derive empirical strategic priorities.

The Effect of Ecotourism Perception on Behavior Intention and Satisfaction of University Students (대학생의 생태관광 인식이 행동의도 및 만족도에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of the value perception of ecotourism on the behavioral intention and satisfaction of university students. The results of the study are as follows. First, it was found that all ecotourism value recognition factors, such as cognitive value, emotional value, and functional value, had a positive(+) effect on satisfaction. Second, it was found that all ecotourism recognition factors, such as cognitive value, emotional value, and functional value, had a positive(+) effect on behavioral intention. These results show that the higher the awareness of ecotourism is, the higher the satisfaction and behavioral intentions of ecotourism are, but the functional value made up of services, quality, and programs has relatively less influence than other factors. Therefore, various marketing strategies and educational programs such as the development of accessible weekend products and development of sustainable light-emitting products that can respond to each ecotourism value recognition factor that affects the ecotourism product satisfaction and behavior intention should be developed.

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of value consumption on customer satisfaction of skin care service users. This research was conducted on consumers with experience in value consumption use, and data analysis was analyzed using the SPSS WIN 21.0 program. The results of this study are as follows: First emotional value, functional value and social value had a positive effect on customer satisfaction. Second social value and emotional value were found to have affected behavioral intention. In order to enhance customer satisfaction, the skin care service provider should not only provide reasonable and practical services, but also form emotional communication or social ties. Also, in order to increase behavioral intention, it should enhance social dignity or make people feel happy through diversion.

  • This study examined the causal relationship between exercise satisfaction and behavioral intention experienced by participating in park golf with passion. The target was 189 park golf participants, and The subjects of the survey were those living in Sejong City and playing park golf from July 20 to September 14, 2023. SPSS 21.0 was used for data analysis. In addition, the influence relationship between each factor was examined through frequency analysis, reliability analysis, exploratory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. Research results: First, passion had a positive effect on exercise satisfaction. Second, passion was confirmed to have a positive effect on behavioral intention. Third, exercise satisfaction had a positive effect on behavioral intention. This means that the thermal emotions of park golf play a role in increasing satisfaction and behavioral intention. If an environment is created where participants' passion does not decrease, it will have an impact on expanding the base of park golf.

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the structural relationship between surfer's experience, lovemark, flow and customer behavioral intention. The model's goodness-of-fit test was conducted to analyze the mediating effect of experience, lovemark, flow and consumer behavioral intention. The result is as follows. First, As a result of the conformity test of the research model, all the fit indexes met the criteria for goodness of fit to predict the causality of experience, lovemark, flow, and customer behavioral intention. Second, experience factors positively effected the lovemark. Experience factors had a positive effect on the flow. Flow had a positive effect on customer behavioral intention. Lovemarks had a positive effect on customer behavioral intention. Experience factors did not have a positive effect on customer behavioral intention.

  • This study examines the relationships between the Theory of Planned Behavior(TPB) and entrepreneurial intention. Based on the TPB, we compare the on the effects of TPB on the Entrepreneurial intention with nationality and majors among university students in Korea and China. For empirical analysis, we collected total 359 survey data from university students majoring in Computer Science and Business area both in Korea and China. Empirical results show that personal attitude and perceived behavior control, except subjective norms, have positive relationships with Entrepreneurial Intention. These relationships have differ according to nationality and majors. China students have shown positive effect of personal attitude, without significants relationship with perceived behavior control. For students majoring in Computer Science have shown positive relationships with personal attitude and subjective norms, differing from those majoring in Business with personal attitude and perceived behavior control variables. This study suggests implications for entrepreneurial intention researches.

  • This Paper investigates how perceived Price, airline service aquality, perceived value. passenger satisfaction, and airline image determine passengers' future behavioural intentions. To test the conceptual framework, Path analysis using a maximum likelihood estimator, was applied to data collected from Korean international air passengers. It was found that all the hypothesized relationships were statistically significant. Perceived price. Perceived value, passenger satisfaction, and airline image were each found to Have a direct effect on Korean international air passengers future behavioural intentions.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the structural relationship between organizational citizenship behavior and behavioral intention. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between conflicts, organizational citizenship behaviors, and behavioral intentions in order to achieve research objectives. Based on this study, hypotheses were established and the implications and implications of these results were sought. First, the relationship conflicts of hotel employees have significant relationship to organizational citizenship behavior. Second, the relationship conflicts of hotel employees have a meaningful relation to the behavioral intention. Third, organizational citizenship behavior of hotel employees has a meaningful relationship with behavioral intention. As the results show, the company seeks for profit but it is also another way for employees to stay in one job and to make an opportunity to contribute value to the company. As the relationship between the individual conflicts, organizational citizenship behaviors, and behavioral intentions, how to solve the conflict problem is the task of the hotel company based on the human resources. Future research and limitations are needed for the efficiency of this study, but it is necessary to specify samples and specimens through an in-depth review of the specimens.

Factors influencing on intention to intake fruit: moderating effect of fruit intake habit (과일섭취 의도에 영향을 미치는 요인: 과일섭취 습관의 조절효과)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to identify factors affecting fruit consumption behavior by application of the Theory of Planned Behavior. In addition, this study examined the moderating effect of a fruit eating habit. Methods: A total of 734 consumers who have ever purchased fruit participated in this study. Results: Results of this study showed that attitudes toward fruit intake, social norms, and perceived behavioral control had significant impacts on the level of fruit intake. Fruit eating habit that showed high correlation with eating behavior was also included in the model identifying factors having an influence on fruit intake. Attitudes toward fruit intake, social norms, and perceived behavioral control had a positive influence on intention to intake fruit. Fruit eating habits played a moderating role in the relationships between intention to intake fruit and real fruit intake. Conclusion: Increasing positive attitudes toward fruit intake, social norms, and perceived behavioral control would be helpful in increasing the amount of fruit intake.

The Effect of Smart Safety and Health Activities on Workers' Intended Behavior (스마트 안전보건활동이 근로자의 의도된 행동에 미치는 영향)

  • With the aim of preventing safety accidents at construction sites, the company aims to create safe behaviors intended through variables called smart safety and health activities to help reduce industrial accidents. Purpose: It analyzes how smart safety and health activities affect accidents caused by unsafe behavior and changes in worker behavior, which is the root cause, and verifies the hypothesis that it helps prevent safety accidents and protect workers' lives. Method: Smart safety and health activities were selected as independent variables (X), and intended safety and anxiety, which are workers' behavioral intentions, were set as dependent variables (Y), attitude and subjective norms, and planned behavioral control as parameters (M). Exploratory factor analysis, discriminant validity analysis, and intensive validity analysis of safety and health activities were used to analyze the scale's reliability and validity. To verify the hypothesis of behavior change, the study was verified through Bayesian model analysis and MC simulation's probability density distribution. Result: It was found that workers who experienced smart safety and health activities at construction sites had the highest analysis of reducing unstable behavior and performing intended safety behavior. The research hypothesis that this will affect changes in worker behavior has been proven, the correlation between variables has been verified in the structural equation and path analysis of the research analysis, and it has been confirmed that smart safety and health activities can control and reduce worker instability. Conclusion: Smart safety and health activities are a very important item to prevent accidents and change workers' behavior at construction sites.
