Most university libraries in Korea have expanded the subscription of high-quality electronic resources in their amount and category, which are directly available to academic and research users via the web. Despite more than a decade's history, however, a lack of statistics made it difficult to get the overall pictures of electronic resources subscription status in Korea. The purpose of this study is to provide the analysis on nationwide statistics survey of how much money are spent on electronic resources, what kinds of subject resources are mainly subscribed, and how they are used and required by academic users, etc. Some comparisons are made with several factors that have effect on collection development of university libraries. This study will contribute to the future selection and subscription of electronic resources.

The information security industry is technology-intensive, high value-added industries. South Korea's response has excellent ICT skills and experience and skills in a variety of cyber attacks, has become a benchmark in the world. However, the small size of the domestic information security company, supporting infrastructure is lacking. Domestic information security industry is the primary condition to activate the export. For the export of high value-added enterprise information security products and services, it is necessary the establishment of the domestic IT information security infrastructure of the industrial promotion is based overseas. Come to analyze the domestic information security industry, capital of this small, market reclamation of overseas expansion, information, manpower shortage was a problem. This fact, combined losses caused by cost-free period AS. Therefore, the study on information security in the infrastructure industry overseas bases is necessary. How to select and analyze the causes of infrastructure in selected overseas offices. By utilizing the infrastructure of overseas bases, can raise the added value of the products and services of the Information Security company, we can enable the export of small and medium Information Security company from overseas offices.

해외지역 다국어기반 웹사이트는 사용자에게 해외지역 관련 기본정보 및 전문정보를 다국어기반으로 서비스를 제공해야 한다. 또한 해외지역 다국어 기반이라는 사이트의 특성에 맞는 메뉴와 콘텐츠의 제공이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 특성을 고려하여 해외지역 다국어기반 웹사이트의 표준모형을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 먼저 국내에서 운영 중인 해외지역 관련 웹사이트들을 대상으로 정보구조, 사이트맵, 용어 등을 분석한다. 그리고 이 분석 결과를 기반으로 하여 향후 해외지역 다국어기반 웹사이트 구축 시 참고할 수 있는 표준 모형을 제안한다.

Recently, the service of the technical information(journals, proceedings) which are taken in from abroad and provided has some difficulties to make users acquire the information with ease because the bibliographic information, article and document delivery service are not linked to the related organizations. In this paper we propose to supply a high-degree retrieval service by the systematic and unitary DB construction and management and to make a nation-wide efficient management and cooperation system of the foreign technical information from abroad as building up the assigning a part of the location guide and document delivery service and cooperation system of the bibliographic information from the foreign technical resources.

The Overseas Construction Engineering Information System (OVICE), which is operated by the Korea Institute of Construction Technology, uses the Overseas Construction Information Service classification system to service information required for overseas construction of domestic construction engineering companies. In this study, through the application of the recommendation system using collaborative filtering, identifying the relationship between the subjects for real users, verifying the adequacy of the overseas construction information classification system currently in service. Through this, I would like to propose an information service classification system that reflects actual user demand.

Problems encountered under the (TDF) transdorder data flow and the current insights of overseas information services which have considerable influences to the domenstic information market are discussed. The various organizations which provide the oversears database services and do bridge role to the domestic users are investigated. The current Internet connectivities by non-profit members as well as commercial sectors for the overseras information services are also discussed. Attention is given to that the overseas information services must be understood and proceeded in the perspective of TDF and of the considerable problems implicated, and that the researchers having interests about information services must have an idea to the information sovereignty.

해외원전사업은 아직 초보단계이기 때문에 시장정보와 $\ulcorner$마케팅$\lrcorner$능력에 있어서 열세(劣勢)에 있는 등 사업추진에 어려움이 많고 위험부담이 수반된다. 해외원전 사업을 성공적으로 달성하기 위해서는 우선 해외시장 정보의 공유(共有)와 국내 관련업체들의 분야별 상호보완적인 협력체제를 유지해야 한다. 또한 단기에 가시적인 성과를 기대하기 보다는 장기적으로 인내심을 갖고 꾸준히 추진하는 전략적인 노력이 필요하다. 우리의 진출 분야는 원자력사업을 시작하려는 나라들과 교류를 증진하면서 타당성(妥當性) 조사, 설계, 기자재 공급, 기술용역 지원, 그리고 건설 시공 등을 맡는 것이다.
