The purpose of this study was to develop the cultural approach counseling for school adjustment of adolescent. The subjects were 40 adolescents who had randomly assigned to an experimental group(20) and a control group(20). Subjects completed a school adjustment and a style of life. Data analyses were conducted using ANCOVA, ONEWAY of repeated measures. The results of the analyses revealed that subjects of experimental group showed significantly higher scores on style of life and school adjustment than ones of control group. Based upon the above results, it is concluded that the cultural approach counseling for school adjustment of adolescent was effective in improving adjustment of school of adolescent.

This study shows how the organizational culture of fisheries cooperative impacts with empowerment and organizational effectiveness. Result of this study would be utilized in organization management for fisheries cooperative. sample design is based on fisheries cooperative which are registered in korea from October 24 through November 17 in 2012. and total of 195 questionnaires are collected through a personal visit. The result of empirical analysis, organizational culture factor which have an effect on empowerment and organizational effectiveness is the biggest influence to them. At the same time. Sympathy of empowerment factor which have an effect on organizational effectiveness is the biggest influence to it.

A total of 480 questionnaires were sent out for this study and 414 collected, and 410 analyzed excluding inadequate ones. The major findings were as follows:First, the middle school teachers recognized their schooling culture to be neither positive nor negative in nature, rather neutral. They felt administrative work was over emphasized in schools. Second, their overall job satisfaction was slightly above neutral. Factors of organizational structure, human relations, and work-itself showed above neutral and only 'reward and self-actualization' factor below neutral: The 'reward and self-actualization' factor was hindrance to job satisfaction.Third, schooling culture and job satisfaction showed negative correlation: a toxic culture.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship among kindergartens' organizational culture, directors' transformational leadership, teachers' creative personality and teaching flow. The participants of this study were 289 kindergarten teachers in Busan. They completed the survey questionnaire composed of kindergartens' organizational culture scale, directors' transformational leadership scale, teachers' creative personality scale and teaching flow scale. The collected data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, Cronbach's alpha, Pearson's correlation, and multiple regression. The results were as follows: First, there were significant relations among kindergartens' organizational culture, directors' transformational leadership, teachers' creative personality and teaching flow. Second, kindergartens' organizational culture, directors' transformational leadership and teachers' creative personality affected teaching flow of kindergarten teachers. From the findings, it can be suggested that kindergartens' organizational culture, directors' transformational leadership and teachers' creative personality are critical variables to improve teaching flow of kindergarten teachers.

This study researches the relationship between the Folk houses in Heung Yang-islands and the Ulleung-island Folk Houses in Modern Age. Fork houses reflect cultural and geographical features synthetically and concretely. Fork houses contain the thoughts of residents and have been built rationally and economically, therefore studying fork houses is a very meaningful task. This study has a focus on the elements which influenced fork houses of Ulleungdo at the time when fork houses were constructed officially. There have been studies on fork houses of Ulleungdo limited in embrasive characteristics, space construction and arrangement. So, the purpose of this study is to investigate about the element and background of Ulleung-island Folk Houses in Modern Age.

물류산업은 세계의 모든 정부 및 국가기관에 의하여 최고로 인식되고 있는 전략적이고 경제적 이윤추구의 전 세계에 걸친 거대한 산업이다. 싱가포르는 물류산업이 가장 발달하고 최고로 바쁜 항만을 갖고 있는 국가 중의 하나이다. 싱가포르의 강점은 아시아에서 훌륭한 문화여건, 금융과 상업적인 클러스터, 통신 및 운송의 연결성을 가지고 있는 가장 세계화된 도시라는 점이다. 싱가포르는 우수한 물리적인 산업기반 시설의 장점에 의하여 자유경쟁의 이득을 향유하고 있다. 그렇지만 이러한 것들만으로는 싱가포르가 우리들의 경쟁자로서 앞서 있다고 확신하기에는 충분하질 않다. 싱가포르는 적은인구와 지지배후지의 부족 등으로 도전에 직면하고 있어서 배후지를 다른 국가로 이전하고 있다. 싱가포르는 세계 경제 속에서의 국제화 중심이 되거나, 남동아시아 성장에 참여하고 배후지의 결속을 증가시키는 선택을 해야 될 것이다. 따라서 이 논문에서는 싱가포르 물류산업의 전략적 발전을 분석하기 위하여 수리통계학적 방법을 적용하였다.

The purpose of this study is to find out by comparing the ability of comprehension and production of causative and passive sentences and grammatical morphemes between multicultural family children and normal children. Fifteen multicultural family children and fifteen normal children aged 7-9 years participated in this study. The results of this study are as follows; First, the children of multicultural family showed significantly a lower ability to comprehension and production of causative and passive sentences compared to normal children. Second, the children of multicultural family showed the difference about the acquisition of grammatical morpheme of causative and passive compared to normal children. Third, multicultural family children and normal children were not statistically significant differences in comprehension and production abilities of causative and passive in accordance with the increase of age.
