본 연구에서는 부분적으로 형성되었거나 형성될 예정인 해상을 통한 남북 물류네트워크를 분석하여 남북교역 및 북방물류프로세스가 원활하고도 안정적으로 이루어질 수 있는 방안을 모색해 보고 해상과 육상을 연계한 북방물류 경로를 비교 검토해 봄으로써 대표적인 북망물류 경로를 활용하여 북방물류를 활성화할 수 있는 방안을 모색해 보았다. 부산-나진 항로 경유 북방물류 네트워크 구축에 있어 동북아 금삼각지구 개발사업을 분석하였으며, 부산-나진 항로를 중심으로 북방물류네트워크 형성하기 위해서는 중국 동북 3성의 환동해권 해륙복합운송망을 형성하고, 나진을 TSR의 기점으로 활용하며, 해상과 육상을 연결하는 남북 물류망을 형성함으로써, 북한을 경유한 북방교역이 확대되도록 한다. 또한 나진항 물동량에 맞추어 나진신항개발계획 검토안을 구상해 보았으며, 동북아시아 물류네트워크를 구축하기 위한 방안은 먼저, 환황해권 물류네트워크를 구축하고 환동해권 물류네트워크를 구축하여 환황해와 환동해 물류네트워크 연계를 통한 동북아시아 물류네트워크를 구축하고 나아가 환태평양 물류네트워크를 구축한다.

This study extracted the major attributes of the competitiveness of services provided by port logistics networks from previous research and interviews with experts and, based on the attributes, analyzed the effects of change in the competitiveness of the Incheon Port. According to the results, services provided by port logistics networks were divided into facility conveniences, access conveniences, and decision conveniences. In the results on the integrated value of the competitiveness of logistics network among ports, competitiveness was high in order of Busan Port>Qigndao Port>Tianjin Port>Dalian Port>Incheon Port. Particularly in the results of scenario analysis, with the elevation of one or two factors of logistics network service, the Incheon Port was even inferior to the Dalian Port, which had the lowest competitiveness among the ports compared. In the results of reversed fuzzy analysis, the Incheon Port could maintain equal competitiveness with the Dalian Port by raising the service level of the logistics network by 25% for facility conveniences, by 8% for access conveniences, and by 1% for decision conveniences.

급변하는 환경변화에 따라 해상화물 네트워크의 구조에 대한 정밀한 분석과 발전방향에 대한 예측의 필요성이 제기되고 있다. 사회연결망 분석인 SNA 분석을 통해 글로벌 해상 물류네트워크의 변화 특성을 분석하였다.

This study is aimed to contribute in establishing new port policy by research and analysis in design of global port logistics network in the East Asia region. In order to build such port logistics network, 21 ports located in East Asia among the world's 50th largest ports were selected in this study. Furthermore, the amount of container cargo and the ports of call were analyzed to categorize the subject ports in East Asia. Finally, this study tries to find economic network between the base port in East Asia, EU or North America and feeder ports in terms of logistics cost. As a result, Singapore, Hong Kong, Shanghai, and Busan ports were found as the representative ports in the East Asia that may connect North America and Europe with the minimum logistics expenses. Therefore, to maintain the stable cargo volume in ports, Korea should promote not only the overseas terminal operation which links to the Singapore, Hong Kong, and Shanghai ports, but also establish the global port logistic network connecting the Busan port.

본 연구는 지속가능한 물류활동에서 관심을 받고 있는 내항해운(연안해운)의 물류네트워크를 파악하기위한 기초분석으로서 연안여객항로에 관하여 네트워크를 파악하였다. 최근에 기존의 계량적 통계분석방법을 뛰어넘어 존재하고 있는 구조와 실체를 파악하기위해 사회연결망분석이 도입되고 있는 상황에서, 우리나라 연안해운항로의 네트워크를 파악하고자 하였다. 내항해운은 화물운송과 여객운송으로 구별되나 본 연구에서는 화물선만 고려하였다. 국가물류통합정보센터와 해운항만물류정보시스템을 활용하여 한국의 내항해운의 중심성을 분석하였다. 중심성 분석을 위해서 화물선 출입항 척수와 화물처리량을 변수로 사용하여 Pajek과 UCINET 등의 SNA 프로그램을 이용한 결과 내항해운 네트워크를 도식화하고 파악하였다. 결과적으로 네트워크의 node에 해당하는 항만 중에서 어떤 항만이 가장 중요한 노드인지를 찾고, 네트워크 구조가 얼마나 소수의 중요한 항만에게 집중되는 것인지를 확인하기 위하여 중심성 분석을 통해 파악하였다.

Unlike the past, efforts must be made to interpret physical distribution from a network perspective as the service area expands spatially. In addition, logistics networks are undergoing rapid changes due to various changes in the environment. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to analyze the changes in the structure of maritime cargo and the centrality of ports using social network analysis. Using the trade data of domestic maritime at five-year intervals, we investigated changes in the network structure and identified the main factors that affect the centrality of domestic ports. Ports with the highest centrality, which is seen as a port that plays the role of an intermediary, emerged in the order of Busan and Ulsan. This study predicts patterns of domestic cargo trade over the next 20 years based on changes in port centrality and understanding of maritime cargo network, and can be used as reference materials for risk preparation.

This paper outlines a plan to promote South Jeonnam region's logistics capability in connection with the regional logistics bases such as Gwangyang Port, Jangseong Integrated Freight Terminal, Mokpo Port and Muan International Airport. The capability of regional innovation bodies, and industrial innovation generally, needs to be improved by establishing a systematic regional innovation plan. Smaller import and export logistics bases, presently scattered in downtown Gwangju and its suburban area, need to be integrated as soon as possible, in advance of the completion of a traffic network connecting all of the triangle logistics bases. Moreover, plans to develop Muan International Airport to the status of a hub airport need to be established, and its function as an air freight terminal should be strengthened. Gwangyang Port and Mokpo Port should be developed as Korea's key harbors with international logistics bases the two ports, presently conducting simple cargo work, should be transformed into general logistics ports conducting logistics, assembling, trading, and international business by developing their surrounding areas.

막대한 예산이 소요되는 거점물류시설의 경우 물류네트워크에 대한 이해를 통한 효율적이고 최적화된 네트워크 구축이 필요하다. 최근 다양한 분야에 많은 관심을 끌고 있는 사회연결망분석은 페이스북과 같은 복잡한 네트워크를 보다 이해하기 쉽게 만들어 주는 도구로 각광을 받고 있다. 본 연구는 네트워크 분석기법을 활용해서 전국 시도별 물류중심지수를 도출하고, 이를 활용하기 위한 방안을 모색했다.

본 연구는 동북아 물류활성화를 위해 지정학적으로 환황해권의 유리한 위치와 우리나라의 경제중심지인 수도권을 배후로 하고 있는 평택항을 중심으로 한 경기지역의 물류네트워크 전략에 대한 연구이다. 본 연구에서는 국내 수출입 컨테이너물동량의 유통채널의 분석과 물류네트워크 방식의 검토 및 사례분석을 통해 경기지역의 특성에 맞는 물류네트워크 방식에 대해 연구하였다. 따라서 하드웨어 개념인 각 거점별 물류시설간의 물류채널인 네트워크 구성방안에 대해 언급하였고 여기서 대권역과 소권역으로 분류하여 2단계 혼합물류네트워크 방식을 소개하였으며, 이러한 각 거점물류시설간의 효율적인 운영을 위해 가장 중요하다고 사료되어지는 물류정보시스템의 구축방안에 대해 언급하였다.

우리나라 해운 항만 물류기업의 국제물류 서비스 향상 및 글로벌 경쟁력 강화를 위한 방안 가운데 하나는 해외 현지 물류네크워크 구축이며 이를 통해 고객이 원하는 물류서비스 제공 및 글로벌 시장 내 경쟁력 확보 차원에서 필수적이다. 그러나 아직까지 필리핀 물류시장에 대한 우리나라의 해운 항만 물류기업 진출 및 투자 지원에 관한 체계적인 연구는 미흡한 실정이다. 따라서 인도에 진출하는 우리나라 화주기업 및 물류기업의 물류 애로사항 해소 지원, 해운 물류기업의 경쟁력 강화 등 정부차원의 다양한 정책과 지원 사업에 관한 연구가 필요하다. 이에 본 연구는 필리핀 항만물류시장의 현황을 분석한 후 향후 우리나라 해운 항만 물류기업들이 물류 네트워크 구축 방안을 수립하는데 있어 투자대상 시설 및 투자 유망지역 등 다양한 정보를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다. 필리핀 물류시장을 면밀히 파악하는 것뿐만 아니라 필리핀 경제, 인프라 현황, 기업 분포 등 다양한 지표 분석을 통해 물류서비스 경쟁력 제고에 기여할 수 있는 투자 유망지역을 제시하였다.
