As Korea expanded the leisure time and improved national incomes, the interest and demand on marine leisure activities are increasing. However, most marina ports did not have port facilities to support these demands. This paper suggests the improvement for marina port based on researches and analysis of status on present domestic marina port and port facilities. This is for the improvement of marina management of user-centered marine leisure activities.

This study evaluated the priority of port development in Korea using game theory. First of all, the study selected residents, users and local governments as the subject of port development and measured total evaluation value with the AHP method. In addition, considering complaint level depending on comprehensive evaluation results and selected alternatives in case of affiliation between evaluating subjects, the study proposed a minimizing evaluation method. Also, compensation depending on the selected alternatives was quantified, with compensation strategy being presented. The findings of this study revealed that Busan port should be taken into consideration first for the port development in Korea, as an environmentally friendly port.

해상교량의 규모 결정을 위한 선박조종시뮬레이션 표준시행 조건 및 기법(대상선박 설정, 시나리오, 시행회수, 평가기법 등)을 정립함으로써 해상교량 통항 안전성을 평가하는데 정책 결정의 혼선을 최소화 할 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서는 과거 수행된 선박조종시뮬레이션 관련 보고서 분석 및 평가를 기초로 선박조종시뮬레이션 표준안에 대한 공통점을 도출하여, 국내 선박조종시뮬레이터 보유기관 항만 이용자 및 항만 건설 관계자 등의 의견 수렴과정을 거쳐 수정 보완함으로써 선박조종시뮬레이션의 대상선박, 수행 조건, 평가기법, 시나리오 설정 등에 대한 최종 표준안을 제시한다.

The rapid growth of e-commerce market and changes in distribution channels and consumption patterns have brought about the continuous growth of the domestic parcel service market. To cope with the growth and environmental changes of the parcel service market, parcel companies have made efforts to improve logistics process and construct an information system for customer satisfaction. Since they have focused on a high quality parcel service through a variety of information technology rather than price competition, the importance of logistics information technology has been greatly perceived. Accordingly, this study examined that how information technology and information system quality of parcel companies was perceived by customers and how it influenced parcel service use and satisfaction. To achieve this purpose, this study developed a valid and reliable measurement instrument for logistics information system quality and customer satisfaction based on literature reviews. Then empirical research was made through a questionnaire survey. As a result, six determinants of logistics information system quality were derived: economy, SMS information, tracking web-site information, stability, speed, and accuracy. All factors but economy were found to have positive effects on customer satisfaction in parcel service. Finally, the theoretical and practical implications of the findings were also discussed.

4차 산업혁명의 가속화에 따라 해운 항만 산업 분야 또한 정보적 측면에서 빅 데이터에 대한 업종별 통합과 공유를 통해 연계 산업 간 산업활동 효율화를 위한 노력이 요구된다. 현재 물류 분야에 다양한 플랫폼들이 도입되고 있지만 대부분 화물운송업 또는 창고 중개업 분야에 편중되어 있다. 항만산업의 경우 코로나 펜데믹 이후 발생한 컨테이너 반입 제한 및 장치율 증가 등에 따라 운송사와 컨테이너터미널 간 갈등이 지속적으로 유발되는 상황이 발생되었다. 이에 따라 본 연구는 플랫폼을 활용한 컨테이너터미널과 운송사 간 플랫폼 개발의 필요성을 인지하고 상호 기업 간 연계 효율성을 높일 수 있는 방안을 모색하였으며 산업 관계자인 컨테이너터미널 운영사, 운송사, 포워더 업종 종사자들을 대상으로 설문지 기반 실증 분석을 수행하였다. 결과적으로 EFA를 통해 추출된 14가지 요인으로 IPA 분석을 수행한 결과 1사분면(사용 용이성, 보안성, 정보 정확성, 정보 적시성, 차량 반출/반입정보, 공컨테이너 반입/반출 정보, 풀컨테이너 반입/반출정보)으로 품질에 대한 지속적인 개선이 수행되어야 하며 2사분면(APP 시스템 품질)에 대한 고려가 종합적으로 수행되어야 함이 도출되었다. 또한, 플랫폼 개발의 주체와 이용자의 참여 유도가 필요하며 상호 이해관계자 간 효율적인 연계와 효율화를 위한 인식 구조 개선이 필요하다고 나타났다. 연구결과는 향후 컨테이너터미널과 내륙운송의 효율적인 연계를 위한 플랫폼 구축에 중대한 시사점을 제공한다.

This study suggested the following several possible ways to develop Busan New Port as a comprehensive port area which comprises logistics functions, water front(for relaxation and leisure of citizens) and living zone (for dealing with daily works and chores): First, install extra facilities(e.g. plaza or landscape architecture facilities) for environmental cleanup of fishery port in the vicinity of logistic and housing complex. Second, develop water front for better benefits of users. Third, build a water land in leisure facilities for foreign tourists. Fourth, build a landmark in Port Hinterland. Finally, develop appropriate esthetic area for Port Logistics Hinterland.

The study herein has focused on offering foundation infrastructure in order for seamen who arrive at Korean ports to use internet service smoothly in waiting time and free time. It also concentrated on how to build communication infrastructure for efficient operations when improving existing ports and developing new ports. For this, it has grasped the tendency of researches concerning the existing port communication and has also investigated the status and problems of communication infrastructure being used currently in ports. So it has suggested several realistic development methods based on mesh network and has reviewed them in terms of the stability, economic feasibility and efficiency. Additionally, this research offers the results of the performance test conducted on major equipment in market by the suggested methods. This research can be a good guideline in building wireless communication systems of ports and is expected to contribute to creating traffic volume by improving the image of ports.

The economic appraisal of a port remodeling project must be transparent and persuasive to the public over the entire stage of the project. A project evaluator need to be familiar with the guidelines on evaluation, and to do his best to follow the guidelines to evaluate the given project. To make the right decision on investment, the evaluator must take into consideration not only economic efficiency, but also equity issues such as income redistribution and balanced development between regions. Port remodeling projects tend to produce externalities to the environment. However, these externalities are of qualitative nature, and hard to measure in monetary terms, so these are liable to be ignored in the process of project evaluation. Two different approaches - RP(revealed preference) and SP(stated preference) have been tried to assess the value of these non-market goods. Government authorities need to set minimum guidelines which project evaluators must follow in order to make the evaluation more reliable.

The advancement of the information technology provides a wide range of corporate to cope with new business environments that are different in size, life and operation conditions. The Research methodology used in this study is Technology Acceptance Model. The Study Method are mainly survey and questionnaire. The major result of article can be summarized. Its are as the follows: This paper ware investigated the determinants of 'port service quality', 'perceived usefulness', 'perceived ease of use', 'utilization intention', 'practice use'. There are 400 sended samples and 150 returns, 173 of them are analyzed on a port utilization using TAM model. 1. The Port service quality are found to have a positive effect to 'perceived usefulness', 'perceived ease of use', 'utilization intention' 2. The perceived ease of use are found to have a positive effect to 'perceived usefulness', 'utilization intention' 3. The perceived usefulness is found to be positively related to 'utilization intention' 4. The utilization intention is found to have a positive effect to ''practice use' we hove to provide useful contribution to increase the Korea ports' competitiveness in introduction of port information system. In addition, in order to port development offer some insight in further research.

1992년 포항을 시작으로 현재 전국 항만 및 연안에 18개소의 VTS가 설치 운영 중에 있다. VTS에서 제공하는 안전 정보로 인한 관할 해역의 해양사고 감소 및 해양환경 보전에 기여 했다는 점은 논의할 여지가 없을 것이다. 하지만 폭발적으로 늘어나는 관제정보 제공에 대한 기준은 관제사마다 느끼는 바가 상이하여 선박이 처한 상황과 환경에 따른 정보 제공 기준을 마련할 필요가 있다하겠다. 본 연구에서는 기억 및 망각 이론과 설문조사를 통하여 VTS의 최대 이용자인 운항자 측면에서 정보 제공에 필요한 적절한 시간 및 거리를 상황별로 제시하고 VTS에서 지양해야 할 사항 등을 거론하였다.
