A Study on the Assessment of Environment Stress in Mokpo Approaching Channel (목포항 출입항로의 환경스트레스 평가에 관한 연구)

  • Recently, many ships such as fishing boats, cargo ships, high speed ferry boats are visiting Mokpo harbor. In particular, many marine accidents have been occurred at this area due to the narrow channel, a thick fog, the existing of the shallow waters etc. However there is no suitable ships' routeing system which takes account of today's traffic situations in this area. This study aims at the settling of hazardous factors to mitigate the danger to vessels in Mokpo harbor and to secure the safety of maritime environment.

  • 자율운항선박은 인공지능, 센서 및 통신 기술을 활용하여 스스로 운항하는 선박으로, IMO 자율화등급 3단계 이상의 자율운항선박을 개발하여 선원의 개입을 최소화하기 위해 많은 연구가 진행 중이다. 항만에서는 스마트항만을 위한 연구와 함께 자율운항선박과 스마트항만간 연계를 통한 운항 효율성 향상이 주목받고 있다. 운항 효율성 향상을 위해 과거 항적 데이터 및 항만 Port-mis 데이터를 활용한 입출항 지원 연구가 진행되면서 자율운항선박이 통항량이 적은 시간에 항만에 도착할 수 있도록 스케쥴링 계획 및 이에 따른 전역경로 생성 연구가 진행되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 입출항 스케쥴링을 통해 자율운항선박 전역경로가 생성되어 운항 중 급작스런 통향량 증가나 다른 외부요인으로 인해 정박지에서의 대기가 필요한 경우 정박지 대기를 고려한 자율운항선박의 전역경로를 생성에 대한 고려사항을 연구하였다.

  • Recently, the demand for autonomous navigation technology has increased, and related research is also increasing. Autonomous ships generally follow the planned route, calculate the avoidance route according to the risk situation while sailing, and follow a calculated route. In general, an automatic steering device is used to follow the route, and among the operational automatic steering device methods, the route control mode is the most appropriate method to apply to autonomous ships. Therefore, in this study, we developed a route-tracking algorithm to apply an avoidance route using the navigation control mode of an automatic steering device. The algorithm was developed by dividing the straight and turning sections. A performance test was conducted to satisfy the performance suggested by IEC 62065, the relevant international standard, using simulator equipment that had acquired international certification to verify its performance. The results of the performance verification confirmed that the cross-track error, which represents the straight distance between the ship and the route, satisfied the performance standards suggested by IEC 62065 when the ship followed the route.

Optimization for Production of Phellinus linteus Mycelia with Anti-Complement Activity (항보체 활성을 갖는 Phellinus linteus 균사체 생산의 최적화)

  • To produce the functional food materials from edible mushrooms, hot-water extracts from 70 kinds of mushroom mycelia were examined for anti-complementary activity and Phellinus linteus showed the highest activity through the complement fIxation test. The maximum production of Phellinus linteus mycelia with anti-complementary activity was observed in culture medium containing soluble starch 3.0%, peptone 0.3%, yeast extract 0.4%, $MgSO_4{\cdot}7H_2O$ 0.1%, $K_2HPO_4$ 0.2% and in the culture conditions controlled at initial pH 7.0, $30^{\circ}C$ and 150 rpm by the rotary shaker. In addition, the maximum production of mycelial dry weight was 15 mg/mL after 18 days under the optimal conditions, and anti-complementary activity was reached to 88% in 5 L-jar fermenter.

Optimization of Anticoagulant Production from Phellinus linteus Mycelia (상황버섯(Phellinus linteus) 균사체로부터 항혈전 생산의 최적화)

The maximum production of anticoagulant activity and the mycelial growth was observed in culture medium containing soluble starch 3.0%, peptone 0.1%, $MgSO_4{\cdot}7H_2O^{\circ}C$ 0.1%, $K_2HPO_4$ 0.1% and in the culture conditions controlled at initial pH 7.0, $30^{\circ}C$ and 150 rpm by the rotary shaker. In addition, the maximum production of mycelial dry weight was 7.5 mg/mL after 10 days under the optimal conditions, and anticoagulant activity was reached to 390 sec in 5 L-jar fermentor.

  • The purpose of this paper is to find some implications for Korean seaports in terms of operation and development of ports, in particular for attracting more transshipment container cargoes into major Korean seaports. This was accomplished by the O-D analysis between major Korean seaports and top 20 Chinese ports.

  • 자율운항선박, 스마트 해상물류 등 미래 해상환경의 패러다임 변화에 대응하여 항로표지 현장시설을 고도화하고 신해상교통인프라 지능화 및 정보서비스 개발을 위해 스마트 항로표지 및 연계기술 개발 사업을 수행하고 있다. 본 사업의 1단계 연구 성과로 스마트 항로표지 통합플랫폼과 항로표지 서비스 성능시험환경이 구축되는데, 본 연구에서는 스마트 항로표지 통합 플랫폼에 설치된 각종 센서에서 수집된 정보를 육상의 성능시험환경으로 연동 시험에 관한 시나리오를 설계하였다. 스마트 항로표지 통합 플랫폼 및 장착되는 센서에 사전에 설계된 해양자원명을 부여하고 항로표지 정보관리시스템의 등록하는 절차를 제시하였고, 실시간으로 수집되는 항로표지 정보를 연동하여 빅데이터 분석 플랫폼으로 저장하고, 저장한 정보를 항로표지 서비스로의 적용과 활용에 관한 시나리오 설계 결과를 검토하였다.

  • 울산항은 국내 최대의 액체화물 거점항만으로 지속적인 물동량 증가에도 불구하고 다른 무역항에 비해 정박지가 협소하고 날씨의 영향으로 해양사고 발생 개연성이 매우 높은 실정이다. 울산항의 지형학적인 특성과 선박 교통량을 고려하여 울산항 정박지의 전반적인 실태를 분석하고, 정박지 투묘 선박의 안전성 확보를 위해 효율적인 정박지 운영 및 개선방안을 제시하였다.
