최근 우리 나라는 금융환경의 변화가 진전됨에 따라 보험산업에도 변화가 일어나기 시작했다. 이에 따라 보험산업은 지급능력 및 수익성에 관심을 갖게 되었다. 이에 본 연구에서는 국내 생명보험회사의 투자수익율이 재무제표에 나타난 요인에 의해 어떻게 결정되는가를 살펴봄으로써 수익률 결정요인을 찾는데 있다. 본 연구에서 사용한 자료는 생명보험회사 33개사 중에서 외국사를 제외한 29개사를 선택하여 수집하였다. 분석 기간은 1989년부터 1996년까지이며, 생명보험회사는 기존사, 지방사, 내국사, 합작사로 구분하였다. 분석결과, 시차별 분석에서는 결정계수가 기간이 짧을수록 높게 나타났고 예측된 부호는 잉여금, 사업비율이 반대로 나타났다. 그룹별 분석에서는 기존사, 내국사, 지방사, 합작사의 모델이 각각 유의수준 5%에서 유의하였고 결정계수는 높게 나타났다. 예측부호는 자산증가율과 사업비율, 수입보험료 증가율(기존사 제외), 부채/자본비율(기존사 제외)이 일치하지 않았다. 경영평가제도에 의한 분석에서는 결정계수가 높은 편이며, 유의수준 5%에서 유의하였다. 자본증가율은 예측된 부호와 일치하나 영향력이 거의 없는 것으로 나타났다. 유동성 비율은 신설사(내국사, 지방사, 합작사)가 예측부호와 반대의 경우로 나타났다. 또한 총자산은 투자수익율과 규모에 의해 결정되지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 모집인은 투자수익율에 유의적이나 직접적인 투자요인이 아닌 것으로 분석되었다. 기존연구와 비교해 볼 때, 한국 생명보험회사의 잉여금과 효력상실 해약율은 기존연구 모형과 예측부호가 일치하나 나머지 변수는 그룹간 다소 상이하게 나타났다. 결론적으로 본 연구의 분석 결과, 예측부호는 다소 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났고, 유의적인 변수는 없는 것으로 분석된다.

The purpose of this study is to provide a basis for the sustainability of cooperatives, To provide theoretical support for healthy development and academic research. The purpose of this study is to improve people's understanding of cooperatives (farmer professional cooperatives) in China. First of all, we analyze the background and concept of the introduction of cooperatives and the use of the latest advance research in China and South Korea; Secondly, we propose the status of Chinese cooperatives and the growth process of the legal system; Thirdly, we focus on the law and system of Chinese farmer professional cooperatives. Therefore, this study proposes the following four enlightenments : First, China should continue to improve and improve its legal systems, such as the tax assistance legal system, financial preferential legal system, and technical assistance legal system. Secondly, it is necessary to strengthen government supervision of cooperatives, improve the internal system of farmer cooperatives, improve the financing policies of farmer cooperatives, grasp the relationship between development and regulation, and form a development model centered on farmers. Third, the development of farmer cooperatives must be integrated with the local culture. Fourth, we must strengthen the training of cooperative members and strive to improve the level of management and self-innovation.

1972년 프랑스의 Aerospatiale사와 독일의 MBB사의 합작투자회사로 설립된 Euromissile사는 원래 양 회사의 주요과 제인 Hot, Milan, Roland 사업을 관리하기 위한 목적으로 15년 동안 유지될 계획이이었다. 그러나 현재 Euromissile사의 설립은 성공적으로 평가되고 있으며, 양회사는 지난 1987년에 또다시 15년간의 Euromissile사 유지계약에 합의하였다. Euromissile사에 부여된 주요업무는 합작과제의 관리기능과 마케팅 활동이며, 나머지 연구개발 업무나 생산은 모회사에서 수행된다.

Chemical industry, as one of the basis industries of the country, is characterized by converged high-end technology and large scale capital investment. In 2018, the government announced "The Strategy for Chemical Industry Development" with the vision of 'An Upgrade to the Advanced Chemical Industry'. In the meantime, the advanced chemical industry in Korea has been developed not by its own R&D, but by the upgrading of technologies and processes through the technology transfer from developed countries. The method of technology transfer was mainly achieved with international joint ventures (hereafter IJV) linked with technology transferors from developed countries. As it is necessary to grasp the determinants of the technology transfer and their importance to promote the transfers through IJVs, this relative importance analysis study was conducted by using the method of quantifying experts' opinions (AHP) on the determinants of the technology transfer of both parties. As a result of the analysis, in the Hierarchy1(PEST factors), the technology transferees focus on economic factors such as 'profitability of technology transfer' and 'cost efficiency', while technology transferors considered technical factors such as 'operational excellence (abilities to continuously improve technology process)'. In addition, transferors and transferees have different priorities for technology transfer determinants in all areas of Hierarchy 2 (sub-determinants). This suggests that Korean government or enterprise should shift the policy direction toward 'technology-oriented' when they promote advanced-technology transfer through IJVs.

Under the background of globalization, the borderless nature of film and television language makes the exchange of film as the carrier become an important part of cultural exchanges in various countries. Therefore, film co-production between China and the United States, China and Japan, China and South Korea and other countries has become an important part of the current Chinese film industry. Among them, China and South Korea are close neighbors, and the exchanges between the two countries' films are also increasing. Korean movies have recovered since the 1990s, and they prospered at the beginning of the 21st century, and have formed a unique influence in the international community, especially in crime, suspense, love and other types of films. The co-production of Chinese and Korean films began to appear in 2000, and the signing of the "China-Korea Co-production Film Agreement" in 2014 prompted the rapid convergence of Chinese and Korean film co-productions. However, the co-productions of China and South Korea did not achieve good expectations in terms of communication effects and market evaluation. This article will use the "cultural discount" theory in cross-cultural communication to analyze the reasons for the cultural discounts produced by Chinese and Korean co-productions and how to avoid this phenomenon to the maximum extent.
