Route selection needs the analysis function of GSIS to analyze and manipulate a lot of spatial information efficiently. Therefore, it needs the linkage of system requiring the knowledge and the experience of experts as a method that can estimate each quantitative route for an efficient route selection. In this study, the route selection model through construction and analysis procedure of position information using GSIS were presented, and route selection system linked with expert system was developed. This system is easy to be used and managed for presenting route alignment according to conditions as a graphic user interface environmental window system by applying three tiers based object-oriented method. Using GSIS, the various information required for route selections in database was constructed, the characteristics of subject area by executing three-dimensional terrain analysis was grasped effectively, and the control point through buffering, overlay and location operation was extracted. Three alternative routes between a beginning point and an end point inputted by route selection system were selected. Therefore, the applications of the route selection system are presented by applying this system to the real study area.

Urban development is a cause of expansion of impervious area. A permanent storage is operated as a method of reducing runoff of watershed. The purpose of study is to propose reasonable choice of simulation model for rainfall-runoff in the prior review system on disaster effect. First, we indicated problem about concentration time choice in the flood simulation. To test the adequacy of a rainfall-runoff simulation model, We analyzed characteristics of rainfall-runoff about urban and natural watersheds. A simulation model was calibrated with the storm of july 7 to July 9 in 2009. From the result, we proposed that SWMM and kinematic wave method as the flood simulation models for urban and natural watersheds. A simulation model and design method of a permanent storage for flood that is proposed in this study will be useful for practical design of flood simulation. The hydrologic analysis method of the study can be used for capacity evaluation of permanent storage plan.

It is expected that the maintenance cost of domestic bridges will increase considerably due to the increase of bridge service time. In response to this situation, the government and relevant ministries are focusing on developing ways to efficiently allocate limited budgets and to rationally select maintenance bridge. In this study, to develop a risk - based bridge maintenance priority decision model, 14 common risk factors causing damage to bridges were extracted and AHP analysis was performed to select 5 important factors. Based on the existing literature review and expert consultation, we derive the evaluation criteria and the impact weights of the selected factors, and based on this, I presented risk based bridge maintenance priority model. Using this model in combination with existing maintenance priority methods will lead to more reasonable bridge maintenance priorities.

Supplier selection for energy production facility is a multi-criteria decision-making problem and is of strategic importance for cost efficiency of synthetic fiber production company. The purpose of this paper is to present an approach to select best energy production facility for a synthetic fiber production company. Toward this, we derived criteria to evaluate the energy production facility and develop an Analytic Network Process model to help decision makers set priorities on multiple criteria while considering both qualitative and quantitative aspects of the problem. The application of the proposed approach indicates that it can be successfully applied to facilitate the decision making process for selecting the best supplier of the energy production facility.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors of the main selection criteria of the contract form used to conclude the sales contracts of used ships and to assist parties in selecting the most suitable contract form for trading situations. The methods of the study are based on identifying the factors from the questionnaires using analytic hierarchy process analysis, following the selection of typical details through interviews with the S&P Broker Group and finding the solutions that match each detail. The analysis shows that ship traders prefer the Norwegian Sales Form (NSF) to NIPPONSALE for various reasons. Considering the sellers' situations, NFS is the more reasonable option for major countries, except Japan. NIPPONSALE is relatively more focused on the advantages of the buyer's conditions, including for Japan. It is important to select the appropriate clauses from these types of contract, according to the trading conditions, including the main and additional terms, in order to create a mutual agreement between the shipper and the consignee that leads to more cooperation and balances the purposes of both parties in adjusting the time for securing and disposing of the vessels.

디지털 전자출판의 대표적인 형태인 전자책은 다양한 분야에서 급성장을 하고 있으며 그 분야와 시장은 더욱 넓어지고 있다. 국내에서도 전자책을 제공하는 업체들이 생겨났으며, 이용자들도 증가하고 있다. 책을 검색하여 원하는 도서를 찾아 읽는다는 의미에서 도서관의 기능도 하고 있으며 따라서 합리적인 분류체계가 수반되어져야 할 것이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 국내 전자책 컨텐츠 업체 5곳과 국외 4곳을 선정한 후 이곳에서 제공하고 있는 전자책의 분류체계를 국내는 KDC와 국외는 DDC와 비교분석하여 보고자 한다.

터널은 긴 선상구조물로서 사전지질조사에 의해 설계에 필요한 정보를 정밀도 높게 구하는 것이 매우 어렵다. 따라서 터널시공 중 암반 및 지질상황을 관찰하고, 터널주변 지반의 거동을 계측하여 지반에 적합한 지보공을 설계ㆍ시공하는 것이 필수적이다. 이를 위해서 터널시공 중 정량적인 암반분류와 계측(일상관리계측과 대표단면계측)이 주기적으로 실시되고 있지만, 이러한 결과를 어떻게 시공에 반영하느냐는 터널의 합리적인 시공에 있어 매우 어려우면서도 중요한 문제라 할 수 있다. (중략)

정보통신산업은 대규모 설비투자, 자연독점성, 망의 부성이 지배적으로 나타나고, 공급 및 수요의 잠김효과와 쏠림현상이 크며 기술의 혁신정도가 매우 크다는 규제의 대상이 되어 오고 있다. 그러나 최근 정보통신업은 다각적인 측면에서 급변하고 있다. 이러한 급격한 재반 변화는 규제자체에 대한 재고의 여지가 있고, 경쟁상황평가에 대한 근본적 인식의 전환이 요구되는 것이다. 본 고는 규제의 시발점이라고 할 수 있는 시장의 정의, 관련시장의 경쟁상황 평가와 시장지배적사업자 선정에 이어 규제옵션 및 규제수준을 설정하는 합리적 방향에 대해서 서술하고 있다.

본 고에서는 축대칭회전 Shell을 해석모델로 선정하여 주로 Shell의 휨 강성이 구조체의 거동에 미치는 영향에 대하여 검토하였다. 어떠한 구조형식이든 외력의 작용하에서 발생되는 응력이 축방향력 뿐이라는 것은 상당히 합리적이고 역학적으로도 명쾌한 동시에, 실제 설계상 이상적인 판단기준을 부여하지만, 실제로는 필히 휨상태를 수반하게 된다. 이러한 휨상태는 구성요소의 휨강성에 크게 의존하고 있고, 구조체에 어느정도의 휨강성을 부여하므로써 작용하중에 대한 저항능력의 증가, 변형 및 응력의 저감에 효과적이라는 것을 알 수 있다. 본 고에서는 등방성 Shell에 대한 선형 해석결과만을 게재하였으나, 이러한 성상은 여러가지 영향인자(지지조건, 하중상태 등)에 따라 아주 상이하게 나타나기 때문에 세심한 고찰이 필요하다고 할 수 있다.

이동망 착신접속료의 합리적 산정, 이동망 설비 공동사용 대가 산정 및 보편적 서비스 비용산정 등 다양한 필요성에 따라 영국, 미국 호주 둥에서 이동망 원가를 합리적으로 산정하기 위한 원가선정모델 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 본 고에서는 영국 Oftel 모형을 중심으로 Bottom-up 방식의 이동망 원가모형을 살펴보고 향후 국내 이동망 원가산정 모형 개발시 유의해야 할 시사점을 도출하고자 한다.
